Tim Hortons - Manchester in Salford

Very very disappointed. The food was dry and tasteless. I had high expectations as I was told the food was good. I will not be going again.

Our first visit to Tim Hortons. Vey impressed. Clean and tidy. The music was played at a sensible volume level .Very good food, better than the local, albeit global rival! If I'm in the area again and I wanted something to eat, I'd go to Tim Hortons

I brought my mum to Manchester for a day out and she wanted Krispy Kreme but I convinced her to go to Tim Hortons instead as I personally think the donuts are far nicer and fresher here. Whilst there, not only were we both impressed with the great food and drinks, but the service was unmatchable. Alex D repeatedly came over asking us how our day was going, striking up pleasant conversation and when he overheard us saying it was my mum's first time he brought some timbits for her to try. A genuine pleasure to have gone there and people like Alex need to be commended for making people's days a little brighter.

Great! Good, tasty food and reasonably priced. Nice, friendly staff. Clean seating area and ordering was easy! Definitely recommend!

Terrible experience at Tim Hortons! Received a voucher with no clear expiration date in the email, only found out it expired when I tried to use it. Contacted Tim Hortons, explained the situation, and asked for a reissued voucher, but they flatly refused. Poor customer service! Won't be going back. Beware!

The quality of the burger meat was really poor. Thin patties which tasted low quality. The bread also was cheap looking and tasted boring. The price is so high compared to what you get. Really disappointing. We wont be eating here again

This is a good cheap breakfast place, sadly this mornings experience was poor, informed no mayonase on offer, proceeded to serve me 2 damp pancakes ? I will come back,but no mayo ? Cmon guys, it’s a staple .

Revolting processed frozen burgers. Taste like cheap frozen crap from a fairground ride. Chips are fried waffle things .. no indication that's what we'd get so that was irritating. Staff were friendly, shame about the food. £9 for a cheesburger meal is more expensive than Burger King and half the quality. Even McDonald's is better.

I generally visit once a week for breakfast and its always a treat. The staff are all very friendly especially Joanna. She brightens up my morning she's so lovely. She's efficient and helpful - what a star. I've tried a few different things on the menu and have liked them all - I'm not sure if I have a favourite - they are all good.

Drive thru. First and last time. Was surprised how quickly my food was ready. Probably because it had been sat there for quite a while. Luke warm and totally not enjoyable. Had bad drive thru meals before at different chains but this was dire. Never again. Really bad first impression. Won't be given the chance of a second. Shameful.

Visted Tim HORTONS this morning Chris was very helpful and went above and beyond in the customer service, he was helpful in showing us the variety on offer and allergy discrepancies if there was any, thanks to Chris for making our Tim HORTONS visit worth it, will definitely be returning!

I love Tim the staff are always friendly, nice selection of coffees and fresh doughnuts, especially love the Tim bits with a French vanilla latte

We had never been before so went through the drive thru which started with getting the wrong order. Then we had to wait in an overflowing carpark with others waiting on the food, surely it must be good... absolutely not! The food tastes like it had been fried in reheated off oil, horrid burnt taste to it and very bland. We will not be going to a Tim Hortons ever again, very disappointing.

Went in and left, one person in line pre us, 5 persons in the back stood chatting. We waited, then left. You need some of the staff from Warrington to train who you have there.

From the outside looked very appealing so we went in for a coffee and doughnuts. Inside was very poor messy and in one corner on the leather chairs there must’ve been two dozen used cups in a tray. mentioned it to someone who appeared to be a manager and staff and they looked at us gormlessly. Had a coffee and on the way out some half hour after the mess was the way. Not sure that I will go there again.

Burger in kitchen foil, fries substitute in a paper bag. Bland, barely warm - not a £15 experience. More expensive than McDonald's and lacking their flavour and professionalism. I won't bother to return I'm afraid.
