I had a language barrier with the server and he ended up being rude and ignoring me because I didn't understand him but I was being nice about it after asking what salad I wanted I specified I diddnt want any chillies and no garlic mayo because I am pregnant and I have been told I cant have that he still put garlic mayo when I said ketchup and put chillies on my burger and even went out his own way to fry the chillies so they dried out and where more spicy, and my friend purchased chips and lettuce and he hid the fact he only put a dot of garlic mayo under the lettuce which made her purchase a pot of garlic mayo for £1 when they are normally 50p. OUTRAGEOUS.

Was a regular here, but the last couple of years it’s terrible. Tried it again last week but it was inedible, shame it’s declined so much as it used to be so good

My own fault ordered wrong and after calling them they understood the mistake ,the one on my behalf,they then took it upon themselves to deliver what I'd thought I'd ordered and very swiftly delivered it what a great customer service and really excellent food thanks ever so much you don't get that every day totally blown away

Decent takeaway and reasonably priced. Ordered a donner kebab on nan, chicken/donner kebab on nan, pizza and some sides; jalapeño with cream cheese and x2 samosas. Sides weren’t bad at all, jalapeño’s were amazing, samosas not authentic but really big in size, no bad. Kebabs were lovely, plenty meat, bread not too doughy but not too thin either, it held the kebab, I requested my salad separate from kebab and they did just that. Pizza was heavenly. Delivery on time and food arrived hot. 5/5

Recently bought a burger from here found it to be very greasy could taste the grease all night

We always order a special mixed folded kebab and each time there beautiful, Staff are always so friendly! We live in Irlam but always go to La mamma for the best folded kebabs!!! 5*

Place is aight. Chicken wings have 10/10 skin but the flavour’s lackin, put some marinade em boss man. Chicken burger is absolutely deaaaad, no flavour n barely any peri peri sauce. Allow the chips aswell bare soggy n that. The cheeseburger was calm but that slice of cheese was a disappointment. Only thing saving this from 1 star is the pizza. The pizza is bangin mate I’m tellin ya it could end wars. Fix up that seasoning boss

4 years ago was excellent NOW don't know what has happened but the standard has dropped dramatically, just had a mixed kebab, very little salad, very little sauce, stale naan, not the La Mamas I once knew, very disappointed 🙁🙁🙁🙁

Horrendous service. Ordered online for 8pm delivery. Rang at 8.15pm told me it was 10 mins away. Called again at 9pm and they said I never ordered. Ordered over phone to collect and had to repeat my order when I arrived to collect and then they started making it. Shambles.

I use this take away often . you could say we are regulars. ... went in tonight after a great night out with family . Met afew friends... went in to shop afterwards ...the guy behind the counter saw us (3) come in to the shop.. after five minutes of looking at the menu the guy says.. *we are closed*.. .. my response was .. *we have been here 5 minutes*.. nothing! Diabolical.. if your closed turn of the lights or at least tell the customer that JUST walked I the door.. don't wait 5/6 mins to tell us.. .. i will be complaining to the manager tomorrow for sure

Absolutely disgusting!! I’ve ordered a chicken wrap from here a few times but today they have not put any salad on or sauce. When I phoned to ask why his response was “not my problem” and put the phone down. I went into the shop and there’s feathers stuck in the oven and the place where they prepare the food is filthy, the hygenie is beyond a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
