I like the place very much it’s and the food is delicious

Food and doughnuts are always really tasty and fresh. The place is very clean and comforting. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast portions are bigger and better than McDonald’s. Nice seating environment. Quality Iced drinks are available through out the year. Perfect for team meetings. Also offer halal chicken and beef lunch/dinner options. Ample free parking space. Staff are polite and offer assistance as much as you need. Perfect for small meetings and team gatherings.

The best service I received in a long time I felt like a king, the seating area does make you feel like your on the throne, the service was 10/10, highly recommended I would personally like to thank Himanshu with glasses and Karan, hope I spelt correctly, anyway I will 100% come back and visit you. Thanks

Just I received my order and I found hair in the food

My wife had purchased a couple of breakfast muffins when she got home, and we started to eat. I noticed that her's had mould on the bottom side of the muffin. She was very disappointed and also she is highly sensitive to getting a bad reaction from eating this.

Food and donuts were delicious. They have their own special freshly brewed coffees. The French vanilla was nice.

The coffees were brewed fresh and the food was hot and delicious, a good place to sit and work nice atmosphere.

Karan is very helpful, he demonstrated the menu very well.

I really enjoy going to Tim Hortons for breakfast and sometimes we stay for lunch 😋... I like the grown up feel of the restaurant, not like mcdonald's which is aimed towards kids...

Friendly staff , the restaurant is clean and tidy. Very easy to use the self service screens and food is always spot on !

Usual star quality. Makes me want to play ice hockey, and hits some pucks!!! Bacon roll was humongous!

This Tim Horton's is now a home away from home, the staff (particularly Ravinder) are so friendly and show personal interest in us every time we are in. Nice place very welcoming comfy chairs for us oldies just a lovely setting you have to order your food on a screen but simple enough.

This is by far my favourite Tim Hortons branch. The staff are so nice and friendly, whilst also providing a very efficient service. I have dined in on multiple occasions which is always a relaxing experience. Also plenty of parking options.

Incredibly poor service here. No display or signage of menu in the drive through before you have to order. Staff rush to for me to order and was told ‘oh my good’ when I took ‘too long’ to decide. Was given the choice of different flavour timbits only to be given a box of random ones 😡.

Popped I through the drive thru to get some doughnuts. I didn’t think to check them and when I got home I realised half of them were wrong. The guy serving me was asking every question to the manager before responding so it was clear he was new. However, the manager should be overseeing him to make sure errors are not made. A receipt wasn’t even provided so I’m unable to go back. This is also not the first time I’ve had an issue with that member of staff.

Ordered a vegan meatless wrap was served a wrap with cheese on. Questioned it and was given an allergen information leaflet to look at. Then another customer appeared at the counter who had also been served the nacho cheese wrap instead of a meatless one. The server then asked me what he should put on the wrap! 🤣 EDIT: From 1 star to 3 star the waiter just brought us extra chips and tim bits and was very apologetic. Proper customer service and remediation goes a long way.

I come in here regularly to do work. Great, relaxing environment, conveniently close to the Cinema.

Place was busy so I used the drive through. Staff are friendly and food was decent. However, I was playing dodgems with the rats on the drive through window outside.

Edit. Had a minor order issue this time so (they left the bacon off the bacon burger) - decided to complain to see how they dealt with it - the just swapped the burger for a fresh one quite quick and apologised. On top of this as we were leaving they gave my 2 year old a little box of Timbits which made her day! Really lovely touch! Food is always consistently good too. Hot and fresh every time! Fairly quick and easy, never really overly busy, really good quality food.

Bang average ordered a toasted bagel with butter only received a plain toasted dry bagel.the maple doughnut not fresh at all must have been sitting there for a few day it was very dry.wont be going back there.

My family and I come here often and honestly I cannot fault this Tim Hortons. The staff are so friendly. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed too - great place to grab a coffee.

The staff are the highlight. The most kind, friendly and lovely south Asian staff members. Credit to them for being nice even at 6am lol.

Regularly visit. The staff is super nice. They even made fresh donuts for me at 11 pm. when they were out of stock on a weekend. Although lattice fries should be avoided as they are never fresh . Soggy and cold

Never had any food from here before, so I decided to give it a try and it's absolutely amazing, cheese toasty was as cheesey as I expected, drinks were amazing and I love how spacious it is in here. Spiffing experience

Food and drink here are set to rival the Mcdonalds near it, and the service is amazing!

Food was ok, however service was slow. Waited 15 minutes for food after been told 7-8 minutes and half food we ordered was cold.
