Lovepreet was very welcoming and allowed us to chose our own time bits, it was a great experience with great food would definitely come again

Your food is really good. Really good staff Karan served me my meal and it was really great I go there two three times in a week.

Visited this site for the 1st time on 16th March. Sitting in the restaurant eating peacefully while the manager starts shouting at 2 members of staff on their break in a different language. Disturbing my son and my quite time. I complained about this online and the manager has lied. He was 100% having ago at the staff. Absolutely disgusting behaviour of a manager. I know exactly how he's treating his staff, and it wrong.

A great breakfast place. Nice coffee.

Ordered a veggie breakfast wrap meal through the drive thru. Wasn’t until I was on the motorway I noticed they’d given me a regular wrap with meat in?! Customer service is generally poor despite the food normally being good. They make too many mistakes, as a regular customer I’ll be thinking twice before returning.

Asked for no ice, got huge amount of ice. Boston Cream doughnut had negligible amount of "cream", had much better elsewhere. Not v friendly/helpful when enquiring about allergens. Nice chairs though.

Update. Recently awful, waited over 40 minutes for breakfast. Staff are rude and unhelpful! Lovely breakfast, super fast service and great value for money. Kept nice and clean with friendly staff.

Good food selection and freshly made. This means you can have a little bit of a wait if you are ordering hot food but you get it fresh. Seemed very clean with a friendly attendant servicing the seating area.

Don't bother going if you drive a larger vehicle such as a camper or Sprinter as even though they have a massive car park that's never full, they leave the height restriction barriers closed. All the nearby roads have double yellow lines and don't be tempted to park at nearby businesses as you'll get a PCN. Fortunately there is a great McDonalds just around the corner.

I love Tim's. Staff are friendly, great atmosphere, still can't get a van into the car park though.

The French vanilla latte is amazing.

Their breakfast is better and cheaper than a McDonald's, the coffee is better too. They have an excellent assortment of, albeit very Americanised, baked goods. The restaurant area is clean and the big comfy chairs beat McDonald's hands down. If ever I have to choose between the two again, Hortons will be getting my custom. *These stars are based on fast food restaurant expectations.

extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The buns were incredibly hard, and the donuts tasted stale, as if they had been sitting out for days. Furthermore, after consuming the wrap, I experienced significant stomach upset. This suggests that the food may not have been prepared or stored properly. Based on my experience, I suspect that may be tampering with food to push out older products. This is unacceptable and a serious health concern. Overall, this was a very negative experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location until the food quality and safety concerns are addressed."

I went through the drive through and was just going to get a flat white. Pleased to find that breakfast and a hash brown for an extra £1. Food was good, coffee was good and the service was good. No complaints

When they first opened they were great. But they've recently gone downhill & are frankly not worth the money. I recently ordered a "Christmas toastie" which featured two cubes of turkey, a tiny rasher of bacon and no Cranberry sauce (see photo). The potato lattices were not fully cooked. Considering the meal cost £7.30, I'm somewhat disappointed. They also need to sort out their smoke extraction system as the entire restaurant has a thin haze of smoke from the kitchen, this could pose an issue to those with Asthma or other sensitive conditions.

Awful experience. Ordered lattice fries with cheese and gravy and some camembert bites food was tiny portions cold and stale tasting. Also bought a small box of timbits chose the flavours we wanted on the ordering screen only to be given a box with mostly the flavours we had asked to be removed. It was not even busy at all so dont know why they messed up pur order. Very disappointed and would not go again definitely would not recommend to anyone. I regretted not going to the KFC across from them.

Order around 40 pound of stuff donuts are great but coffee and breakfast are not good and can’t even taste ginger in the gbl, all 4 coffees barely had any taste in them service careless would not recommend this Tim Hortons you won’t be satisfied!

Popped in for a quick coffee and a bite to eat, ordered some chicken strips, the famous timbits, and a coffee. Took an absolute age for our order to be put together, the "Freshly Prepared" chicken strips were warm at best! The Timbits were tiny, and very dry and the coffee was undrinkable...how can coffee be so bad these days? The machines practically do it for you!? Overall for what you pay, I would not recommend coming here at all...they should have stayed in Canada!

I was given 7 timbits when I ordered a 10 box 😡 I was with my 39 month old toddler, she was so upset , the worker could not count unacceptable. 🙌will be coming again though

Hi I was served by Karan and Himanshu and I received 5 star service from start to finish, the best restaurant way better than KFC, and McDonald's I'm afraid has gone down hill.

Tim Horton's is our go to fast food. They are quick but have a different menu compared to the other fast food restaurants. The lattice fries are great and the doughnuts are delicious.

Breakfast portions are bigger and better than McDonald’s. Nice seating environment. Quality Iced drinks are available through out the year. Perfect for team meetings. Also offer halal chicken and beef lunch/dinner options. Ample free parking space. Staff are polite and offer assistance as much as you need. Perfect for small meetings and team gatherings.

Food and doughnuts are always really tasty and fresh. The place is very clean and comforting. Definitely recommend.

The best service I received in a long time I felt like a king, the seating area does make you feel like your on the throne, the service was 10/10, highly recommended I would personally like to thank Himanshu with glasses and Karan, hope I spelt correctly, anyway I will 100% come back and visit you. Just I received my order and I found hair in the food

My wife had purchased a couple of breakfast muffins when she got home, and we started to eat. I noticed that her's had mould on the bottom side of the muffin. She was very disappointed and also she is highly sensitive to getting a bad reaction from eating this.

The coffees were brewed fresh and the food was hot and delicious, a good place to sit and work nice atmosphere.

Food and donuts were delicious. They have their own special freshly brewed coffees. The French vanilla was nice.

I really enjoy going to Tim Hortons for breakfast and sometimes we stay for lunch 😋... I like the grown up feel of the restaurant, not like mcdonald's which is aimed towards kids...

Anyone who knows Tim Hortons knows why they go there, tasty coffee, really good donuts... I recommend it
