Tikka Fusion in West Dunbartonshire

Really poor today, food delivered late and cold. Missing pitta bread and 1 pakora suuce which we paid for and the chilli sauce.

I've had meals from them before and they were fine but this is one of the worst lamb I've ever tasted. My jaws were sore from chewing it for so long. I nearly choked on a piece of it because I couldn't chew it anymore.

Vegetable Byrianna was bland and a smaller than expected portion, stuffed crust pizza arrived minus the stuffed crust, phoned restaurant who made an excuse about not there usual chef or something, said they would deliver pizza later but of course they didn't bother. First time ordering here for a while due to previous order mishaps, won't make the same mistake again.

Waited 3 hours and called over 12 times no answer. Abysmal never use again ruined our night no courtesy call or any communication absolute joke.

pizza & pakora were utterly rubbish. I wouldn't have gave them to a starving animal. Will not go back there again.

Ordered a munchies box which arrived on time but the bottom of the box was so soggy with grease & laying around that it was buckling when lifted. The contents were freezing & although tasted not bad wasn't what you want for your Friday night treat. The chips were like cardboard there was no freshness to them at all. Same for the nann tbh it looked like the chips etc had been repeats. I paid £19.95 for this.

Always great service. Fast delivery. Polite and helpful. The food is delicious. We have ordered many times and it's always delicious.

the calzone was not nice. it tasted reheated & inside tasted like rubber..When you bit into it it was all mushy inside. Disappointed as it was nice before, shows last time was fresh made thus time it must've been laying round the heated up.

BOY TURNED UP AT DOOR "COULDN'T FIND LAST ADDRESS" AND HANDED ME MY ORDER. COLD FOOD WAS WARM, BUT ALL THE HOT FOOD WAS COLD. IF DRIVER HAD PROBLEMS LOCATING HIS LAST DELIVERY, WHY AM I THE ONE GETTING COLD FOOD? SHOULD HAVE PHONED, TAKEN ORDER BACK AND DELIVERED FRESH ORDER!! BAKED POTATOES SHOULD BE DELIVERED WHOLE - 2 CARTONS WITH UNDERCOOKED MASHED POTATOES, SO NO PROOF THAT TWO POTATOES ACTUALLY SUPPLIED AS ORDERED. CONTACTED JUST EAT WHO HAVE ISSUED A PARTIAL REFUND.

It had been a while since I ordered from Tikka Fusion. My mistake. Great food. Compliments to the chef! Also excellent delivery, really quick and early.

Ordered spicy chicken and the amount of chili flakes on top were ridiculous. Pakora cold and felt like it had been lying about . Not happy with tonight's order at all. Had to bin it. Very disappointed as usually it's nice.

Not from this area but ordered some food to our hotel. Food was amazing! Highly recommend. Warm, fresh and so tasty!

I don't eat meat. Ordered a veg biryani and they gave me one with chicken in it! Also phone number does not work and I cannot contact restaurant as call keeps ending and have tried from myltiple numbers. so guess I'm not getting any dinner. Will never order from here again.

Can't fault the food, lovely!! Unfortunately we ordered stuffed crust pizza and it came without the stuffed crust, if it had, it would have ben 5/5 across the board.

Pizza was cold.. and what's worse is we live 5 mins from the takeaway so would definitely expect a hot pizza when paying delivery fees

Haven’t had food from here in years. Absolutely as class as I remember it being, naan was excellent, value of the food was great and the Bhuna was 10/10.

Fast delivery and the pizza was beautiful, that crust was amazing! I don't normally leave reviews but if a place does good food and I feel it's worth a mention I'll take the time.

Only got chips and chicken pakora, both very plentiful tasty and hot. Although be very careful when ordering juice. My big bottle of diet Irn Bru was 6 months out of date. Also warm. Absolutely disgusting really.

Reviewing as I notice it's only got a few and some bam 1 starred them for a bad delivery driver which isn't really fair. Had a tikka pizza and the mixed pakora. Pakora for me needs to be decent meat and veg and basically 10/10 The tikka pizza was also 10/10 TLDR; take a leap of faith on these bois

Chicken pakora is absolutely lovely so fresh and crispy.

Ordered the mixed pakora and hot chilli chicken calzone and it was delicious. The calzone is best ive had, i'd definetly recomend it. Also my son loved the cheeseburger and chips, he says better than mcds. Delivery was early so very happy with the order. Will definitely order again. Thanks

I got a chicken dish with rice which isn't bad but I also ordered a cheesecake and this is how it was delivered. I tried contacting them through just eat but it won't let me since they haven't actually marked my order as delivered. May order the chicken again but never a desert.

Supposed "cheesecake" arrived looking like someone played football with the box before they sent it. Was also just a bad cheesecake but it was completely destroyed

Ordered a recent takeaway including m veg pakora which didn’t smell right and both myself and my partner are now ill.

Not one to write reviews like this. I'm a big believer that if you have issues with a meal then contact the restrauant first and feedback your experience - which I did and it wasn't pleasant. First of all what was positive about the meal (which I did feed back to the take away) the delivery driver was nice and so was the quality of the meat in the meal. I called the restaurant because a Bhuna Curry and rice we had ordered had leaked all over everything. Also ordered 2 mixed hoagies which came with no sauce. Anywhere we've ordered from usually give you sauce as standard. You could pay 50p for BBQ sauce, mayo, salsa etc we neglected to pick one of these as it usually comes with sauce. I would have happily paid for kebab sauce if listed. Anyway hoagie was dry as a bone. Called the take away to feed back about the meal. Spoke to a girl initially. Next thing I know whilst explaining about leaked curry she's not there. She comes back on the phone and says your meal will be arriving soon. I said that's not what I'm calling about I'm trying to feedback about the meal. A chap then comes on the phone, by this point I'm fairly annoyed his attitude was bad. I started off with the positives. According to him you don't get kebab sauce at their shop. He rudely said they were busy - didn't want to listen offered another Bhuna which I refused. However, the point of this review is that mistakes happen but how you treat and speak to customers who have just spent money in your shop counts. They have lost a customer.

1star is actually over rated from our overall feeling from phone order to delivery which was nearing 2hrs ??, things missing in order. We will absolutely never use this place again. Food was cold when it finally arrived. I never post but sick as wasn't a cheap order and goods were far from decent when delivered

I have been visiting this establishment for the best part of the year now and I can honestly say it succeeds on every conceivable level. The dishes are prepared in an open-plan style, so you know only fresh produce and ingredients are being used. The chicken korma is one of my personal favourites, of which there are many. The sauce is not overly sweet, but is very creamy and smooth on the palate. There is fish on the menu, and it can be cooked with batter or breadcrumbs, in addition to a portion of scampi being available. The menu also boasts a fine and very varied selection of 'house specialities' dishes. Considering the current economic situation battering the nation, I think the prices are very reasonable and extremely competitive. Special recognition must be paid to the four guys who run the place - a nicer bunch of fellas you will never meet. So friendly, polite and very approachable; there is always a very light and lively atmosphere within. Hygiene and cleanliness are well taken care of, as the cooking equipment and surfaces are constantly wiped down and sterilised throughout the day, and once more before the close for the night. I highly recommend Tikka Fusion for all of the above points I've discussed above. I think you will be very impressed.

Where to begin.....2 pizzas both had raw dough and burnt toppings somehow. Not sure how this can be possible. Chips and cheese was fine i guess, as long as youre not that fond of much cheese, chilled desserts in with hot food and therefore melted, both of which were ordered with cream, one of which was forgotten evidently. 40 quid spent, 40 quit wasted. the bottle of cola was the only thing we didnt bin. Ordered a chippy within minutes of receiving this.

This is the best take away Indian food I have ever had and I’ve eaten a lot all over the world. Always fresh, completely individual dishes that are all unique to each other, and always delicious. Well done you guys!

This is the absolute BEST, and most authentic curry in all of Scotland. We order at least once a week. The food is top notch, the staff and drivers are friendly and accommodating. I will never order from anywhere else!

Ordered a pizza which was really nice , reasonable price. Kids are normally picky eaters but they really enjoyed the food and staff were really friendly.would recommend.

Well this place used to be amazing until it has recently changed hands. The food, service and attitude from the staff ss absolutely shocking (apart from the delivery drivers they are brilliant and respectful. )

Waited 2 hours for the order to be delivered and when arrived half of it was missing tried to phone and it was disconnected

Just had the best kebab meat and chicken tikka on a garlic nan,,,,,,amazing food every time!

I ordered a 10 inch pizza and waited 2 HOURS for it to come. when the driver arrived he handed me my pizza and I gave him the money for the pizza. as the man walked away he suddenly turned back he turned around and screamed that I did not tip him any money I told him he deserves no money for how long it took next thing I knew I was getting strangled by the big brown man I managed to take him off me. he suddenly grabbed my cat and tore it apart and ran off to his car. never ordering again

First class takeaway for quality and service large portions always hot and superfast delivery. Highly recommend!

Got 2x10 inch pizzas for £8.50 my partner got hot Mexicana and a got pepperoni with extra cheese pineapple and stuffed cheese crust and a bbq dip dip was same as the dominos one best bloody pizzas we have tried in westdunbartonshire we stay Dumbarton n they came roasting not freezing like most shops am fussy n these were 10/10 defo be ordering again better than dominos pizza any day n staff pleasant on the phone to

Best Indian take away in dumbarton food is gorgeous try the hot chilli chicken calzone.. They're amazing dont thinking on his menu but yu can ask for it

Ordered a 'King' sized chicken kebab. Got given a mediocre Donner kebab took it back and they replaced with the smallest chicken Tikka kebab £8 for what? See picture of what they class as a King Sized kebab. Avoid disappointment avoid this place.

I ordered a small kebab and a burger meal with sauce and salad got sent replacement and there was no sauce or salad. Want be buying from there again.
