Lamb and chicken Shish so nice . Cooked to perfection.

Ordered large chicken kebab with salad and a garlic bread. Service was OK but no salad with kebab and garlic bread was burnt. Disappointed as they are normally good.

I was an order at the counter as I didn't have my phone, despite explaining this it was a little annoying to keep being told it's on the website, However I'm glad I stuck it out . My order was a 12" margarita, a mixed kebab and fries ... I forgot that I wanted 2 portions of fries , and as my order was getting packed I asked for another portion when I asked how much I owed , the guy said don't worry about it , so that was good . I have eaten kebabs all over this country and tonight WAS THE BEST I have had by a mile it was perfect. My wife who rarely comments on takeaway said the Pizza was really nice . So apart from the no menu apart from on line I would give a strong 9 out of 10 overall Mixed kebab 11 out of 10

Ordered for the first time from food hub as just eat are terrible where I live in Epworth. The food came hot and really tasty! Pizzas are lovely.Will definitely be ordering again.

TBK Pizzeria - Thorne Bipolar Kitchen. TBK Pizzeria is like a person suffering from Bipolar, one order is great, really really great, the next it's horrendous! You honestly never know what you are going to get! From crispy chips to soggy chips, loaded pizzas to hardly any toppings at all. It's like they do this to keep you on your toes, as I always find myself going back trying to find that perfect order I once had

Food is lovely, waited nearly 2jours for food and the woman behind the phone needs some customer service training !! Never gets the orders right

Haven't had the food yet still waiting on it the young lady on the phone wasn't very trained think she was learning bless ahaha made me laugh I will be putting a review when I'm finished with the food not expecting the best as of the customer service

I have had some good reviews about tbk so we ordered food the salad on my wrap was half a tomato two slips of onion and about four slips of lettuce not really a salad also only four pieces of chicken which was nice but not enough food hope you all get better food but I'm sorry I will not be going there again .

We usually order from here regularly and the food is usually quite nice. However last few orders haven’t been up to scratch, my husband ordered last night for collection. Lady on the phone was rude and didn’t seemed trained enough to be on the phones constantly asking someone else to find what we wanted on our calzone and wasn’t very customer friendly with my husband about this. Charged us an extra £1 for chorizo in our calzone (even though it doesn’t state this online or charge you extra online), got home and it had pepperoni in and no chorizo. Calzone was that soggy you picked it up it fell to pieces. Very disappointed as this takeaway has improved over the years and continued to do so but seems to be going back downhill

Absolutely disgusting just went in and ordered 2 normal chicken kebabs and 1 large came home to hardly any chicken at all hardly any in the large chicken. Kabab never been so discussed have had chicken Kababs before and been bang on this time it’s like they forgot to put rest of the chicken in the normal size Kababs didn’t have much in either and some of the chicken wasn’t cooked was still raw in places if I could upload photos I would to show how bad the portion size was and the uncooked chicken

We have just called in for a burger. Well there isn't anything BEST about it. Bin worthy waste of money and waste of our time stood there. Wow it was bad it was that greasy it couldn't stay together. What little I ate has left me with grease covered lips and the roof of my mouth. We definitely won't be going there again. Your standards have well and truly dropped TBK. Very disappointed 😡

Kentucky pizza is gorgeous, delivery was quick, definitely worth the money

Food was spot on but the service was a bit poor. I came here as I'd heard they did a 32oz burger. Downloaded the app and couldn't find it, so just ordered a kebab 9/10, Calzone 9/10, and garlic bread 10/10. When I went to pick it up, noticed the actually did do the big burger, and mentioned I couldn't find it on the app, only to be sharply spoken to telling me no it wasn't. When I asked how was I meant to order one, again very abruptly told to order online and then phone to order the burger (sort of defeats the object of an app). Then, I was told but I need to give 24 hours notice on the burger, and then almost instantly this was upgraded to 2 days notice in a tone that was.as.if I should have somehow known what to do!!🤯 It wouldn't hurt to write this notice on your app guys, and don't talk down to your customers if they don't know about it. Made me feel very unwelcome, and if the food wasn't top notch you would have lost my repeat custom. You need to understand there are lots of other companies out there wanting our business.

First time ordered as I was recommended by a friend. Very tasty food. Had the "12 stuffed crust ham and pineapple, same but the godfather, onion rings and bbq beans. Really enjoyed it. Would definitely order it again. Impressed 👏

Foods not bad, delivery is shocking. ( No fault of the driver's)I pre ordered as it was my daughters birthday so I was hoping it would be arriving at around the time I pre ordered for, but no, 45 mins late. My daughter and friend didn't have time to eat before going out. It's a shame I have been ordering for years. Just one too many let downs now, obviously not a valued customer.

Wouldn’t even rate it 1 star! We spent £30 on our tea & it was absolutely rank! Wouldn’t even feed the ants! Cheesy chips look & taste like they have been in the microwave, Chicken nuggets are dry & hard, the TBK special kebab wasn’t special at all! Absolutely w***k! We have had to order food from else where as this was horrendous. We got recommend by a friend as they highly recommend & thought we would give it a try…never again! The only thing half decent was the garlic bread but that’s not exactly hard to get wrong is it!

Absolutely vile! One of my family members left with food poisoning after eating one of the pizzas throwing up all night been complaining all day he wasn’t feeling right had eaten nothing else since the pizzas so can’t be anything other then that, disgusting need shutting down clearly not hygienic whatsoever.!!!!

Placed order at 7.15 on line said 20 n Minute delivery when arrived at 9.20 I had to reheat it n it also saiid salad n chilli rib tubs salad was chilli wasn’t ruined it so extra fuming 😡 not one for complaining but for gods sake it’s been a joke

First ever order I wont be ordering again chip came wet,soggy and cold and the steak burger half of it wasn5 even in the bun and the bottom of the bun was wet and soggy.

This used to be a good takeaway, unfortunately i decided to go there for tea. I was unable to eat my food and i wont be going back!

Arrived 20 mins late. Chicken kebab was not worth the money (hardly any chicken). Pizza topping just dropped off the base. Chips in kids meal didn't arrive. Drinks were delivered right next to the food, which were warm and undrinkable. Taste overall wasn't good all round. First time ordering from here and would not again.

Contractor new to Thorne, this is simply the best takeaway around, staff are excellent and the food is amazing

Absolutely great, have never had a issue and the pizzas are very well topped up and taste amazing, the kebabs are also stunningly tasty too.

Be warned. I cancelled an order made on line as they rang to say they didn't have something I ordered on 28.11.18. I requested they arrange a refund. They advised I needed to do this. I rang the payment site the day after (charged on my mobile as based in Guernsey). 6 calls later they are saying the takeaway haven't responded to confirm cancelled order. So.. They could've arranged the refund. I still don't have my 37.80 and am now going through my credit card. I will never order again. Used to order food a lot but standards have gone down over time. Order is usually missing an item. And then this farce!

Ordered the quad mania pizza, it arrived 20 minutes late, the pizza was awful, greasy, toppings were not what we ordered, it tasted salty and left a strange taste in our mouth. The chips were dry and cold and there were old stale wedges mixed in with them. Complete waste of money won’t be ordering again

Pizza was nice. Changed a topping and was charged 50p extra but still had the original when I got home even after the chef confirmed it had been changed.

Phoned up told us they would be 45minutes phones them 1 hour and 30 minutes later and still haven’t even made the order unbelievable will never use this takeaway again would recommend everyone to use pizza land fast and reliable.

We rang to order to give TBK another chance because the last few orders from TBK haven't been great , the food had been cold or the pizza topping had been stuck to top of the pizza box or an item had been missing ..so they had a deal on so i said ok we will see if theres been any improvement, anyway so while on the fone one of the people who work there ( a woman) could be heard saying we had a cheek to come back there seeing as we had been ordering from somewhere else, so told them not to bother as we heard the comment tbh your lucky it wasn't me on the fone that attitude was disgusting yes we had the boss apologising but sorry not good enough we were good customers who prob would have started ordering again every weekend if the food had been fine , we are not in a contract we can order from where we please .. staff training needed on customer service In fact she should have been dismissed , Will not be ordering again I am disgusted and plenty of people will hear about this

once a wk we eat from tbk; had enough now, never seem to be able to supply what we ask for or to be more specific what the menu implies. complained on numerous occasions; good at replacing food considerably later, by then lost our appitite; will give a miss in future and try somewhere else.

I used to love this place. I just ordered from here and for 2 large chicken kebabs plain with nan breads it's came to £15.20 so 2 chicken breasts chopped up with 2 pieces of bread it's nearly 20 quid I know there is inflation but Christ this is ridiculous. I used to order that same thing and it used to be 12 quid how can u warrant a 3 pound increase bearing in mind I know that at wholesalers for 5kg of chicken it's only £20 and bread is the that expensive so please tell me how you have the ordacity to charge your customers this much has there been a massive price increase on lemon juice that I'm not aware of. It's disgusting will be looking for another kebab shop which is a shame because your food is always nice

This is a message to Tbk just tried to order food to Grange rd as we order 5 or 6 days a week and you have put ur prices from 7.50 too 10 quid a 25 per cent pay rise well you have lost 2 very good customers as you tell you have ruined my only night off work so God I hope you read this very poor service and ur Web page is still in old prices
