Qué hallazgo. . . . cuppa encantadora con pastel y bollo. . . . imprescindible para un día húmedo. .

I visited the Thistle teahouse with my mum today and was deeply impressed. The homemade cakes are out of this world, I highly recommend the passion fruit sponge cake. You are greeted in a nice and polite way and feel welcome the instant that you get inside. Everything that I have to say about this beautiful little teahouse is positive and I will certainly try to revisit in the future.

Warm, welcoming, clean and bright and ran by a lovely Scottish lady. Food was very tasty and Coeliacs are catered for. Asked if we would like a top up on hot water for the tea and lots of different teas to choose from. Looking forward to my next visit.

We loved this new Scottish themed teahouse in Beeston. This cosy venue (18 persons max) was full of charm and is sure to be a hit. There was handy on street parking and we were warmly welcomed by Maggie the owner. The tables have Scottish names rather than numbers, solid wood with comfy cushions on the chairs. There is an array of fancy teapots in the window and the fine china was very decorative. In the background Scottish singing was playing. They serve hot food like soup and paninis, but we opted for hot drinks and some delicious home made cakes, including a traditional Empire biscuit. Everything was reasonably priced. We will definitely return to sample some other treats.

Great little place. Almond croissants and bacon, maple syrup waffles are fab. Lazy Saturday brunch. Perfect.

You will always get a warm welcome at the Park Bistro, the food is cooked fresh & the quality is exceptional. I've never had a bad meal. A little gem 'just try it' Jane Andrews

Best coffee in Nottingham. Paul and Kerrie are the loveliest people, so friendly and welcoming. The homemade flapjacks are to die for.

My friends were surprised to see the level and the quality of the service. Amazing foods and really recommend without hesitation this restaurant. It’s the finest African restaurant in Nottingham.

First visit, to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and really impressed! Had the 6 course taster menu, with paired wine, followed by cheese and port. Lovely surroundings, and relaxed atmosphere. Each
