Nice wee pub with friendly atmosphere. Free entertainment with live bands playing most Saturday evenings. Hope this keeps going but would even pay a small entrance fee to keep the bands coming. Friendly owner and bar staff. What more do you need for a local night out.

We were at the Woodside on Saturday evening to see a band. Good band, great service and a friendly atmosphere. Great night

Sunday football (Chelsea Liverpool final) drove up from London early for work on the Monday evening so we popped in to watch the game and have a few. Got a nice reception from the staff and everyone one else. Had a great evening and a memorable one too. Thanks to everyone for making us welcome

Quiet but welcoming nice beer and good chat with barstaff.

This single star is to the gentleman behind the bar that resembles Where's wally. I've never been so appauled by the service provided. He pours pints like Ronald Mcdonald, he's clearly in the wrong job.

Atmosphere was fab pie was great beer and wine great service second to none all good

Hospitality a joke the barmaid was so miserable. Ime from out of the area .would not recommend this pub to anyone .this has to be the worst pub I've been to in a while .Scottish people are so helpful and caring but not behind the bar in this pub
