Iv never been disappointed with food from here only thing is with the pepes salt on chips it’s very nice but there isn’t enough it’s only on the top chips, they did forget my dip but that’s the first time its ever happened

First time trying Pepe's and tbh not impressed 😕 we ordered chicken burgers with the chicken wings.. 5 for £6.99 I'd expect a decent bit of chicken wing but jeezuz tiny bit's of wings and I mean tiny (sauce on them did taste nice tho) as for the chicken burgers hardly any mayo on and fries were OK but what a dry dinner that was 😒 nae dip or salt. wld of been cheaper going to Mcd's tbh so will no be back.. I had heard few people saying no worth the money but thot I'd try for myself 💁‍♀️

Ordered food that hasn’t arrived. Over an hour and a half before we phoned to be told it would still be another half hour. Food then never turned up at all. Will not order from here again. The staff were rude and a refund will be demanded

The wee man ordered mild chicken with rice meal , hardly spoke all the way till he devoured the whole thing then burped and said that was really good ,when can we come back ?.

Absolutely horrific customer sevice .everything ordering for collection they accept the order thn call after 10-15 minutes to say they need another 40-50 minutes for getting collection order ready. That's everything whej I'm on my way for collection. Last time was today same thing gotta Callan and wait for 40 minutes ! I told them had enough just cancel order and refund me. Got hang up on my face . Went to the shop to speak and was told no manage there they can't refund money. And after 5 minutes they said spoken to manage amd refund will be in account after 7 days. No confirmation qas given or nothing . Love the food but not the franchise that runs it Unbeatable poor service, best in the area for disappointment!!!!!

Both my chicken berito is cold and missing both sauces and my chicken salects and my chips were cold

Chicken was like rubber and not even edible. Asked for no salsa and came with salsa on it. So disappointed won’t be back such a waste of money as it ended up getting put in the bin.

Disappointed that there wasn't much peri peri salt on chips. I could count about 5 chips with peri peri salt.

Never had this problem before with them but my chicken was definitely not cooked when I phoned up I got told to come in next time and say who I am and I will get a free one but definitely won’t be back

30 minutes late despite selecting the said time of delivery over an hour before. Chips were freezing , had to reheat . No apology for late delivery, barely a word at all actually. Poor service.

Really nice food and delivered exactly on time. I would say it felt expensive for the amount of food. But you pay for what you get and it was nice.

They always seem to make priority fir white Scottish people who get there order on time or are told order will be ready in 15 mins but foreign people as I see in the reviews are told to wait half an hour. In my case I always collect the order and am made to wait longer and longer each time. It is a shame as the food tastes very good but the guys who work there who are also people of colour are having a very bad inferiority complex which results in this treatment to other people of colour.

Very nice steaming hot peri peri chicken. Chocolate cake was outta the world. Delivery driver waited for me when I missed his call. I Was in the town for one day and due to rain had to get food delivered. Highly recommended.

absolute joke food came almost 1 hour and 45 mins after ordering despite 35 mins delivery time and food was cold as ice don't order from here, have ordered from here for months 2 times a week and it has got beyond a joke last time I order from here

food as always was great, unfortunately one of the pasta boxes wasn't built/closed properly and whennlifted out the bag half the pasta slid out the end of the box and covered my rucksack

I am a diabetic and have to inject, so accurate delivery times are really important, because I injected for the original time given I ended up having a hypoglycemic episode. the food was OK. but don't think I will order from them again.

The Texan Burger had bacon in it an no cheese which I paid for plus I received loaded chips and peri peri chips and I only ordered the former.

Chicken tender and rise'n'chiken extreme hot, was good. For me personally was just spicy but for some might be too much.

Ordered half a chicken and got only chicken breast with an added nan to compensate. They used to be good but now so shabby and unreliable

Honestly I love pepes food but it’s ALWAYS late or delayed when getting delivered, tonight I had to wait 2 hours for my order, and it’s Everytime I order from the Just Eat app it’s always late and delayed Everytime I’ve ordered so the service is really slow and bad, and when calling up the restaurant “oh sorry we are really busy!” Is the main pathetic excuse of a response I would get when checking up my order that is late!!! Honestly get better service!!!!

This will be my last time ordering from Pepe’s. My recent experience was incredibly frustrating. Despite ordering on a Tuesday night, my delivery took almost 2 hours to arrive. There were no apologies for the delay, leaving me to have my dinner at an unacceptably late hour of 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, the food was not worth the wait. The prices are exorbitant for what is essentially chicken and rice. The quality of the food was disappointing, with the chicken being tough and the mild seasoning oddly spicy. It's clear that Pepe's is failing to deliver on both service and quality. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere for your next meal.

we had the wrong phone number with just eat registered. our flat intercom wasnt working. despite this how nice was it to receive a helpful voice on the phone from pepes. its the first time we havent had the usual response. you need to call just eat. the food was also excellent. we will order again.

Pepe's food is delicious. It's our favourite takeaway, and the staff are all friendly.... But delivery took 1 hour 30mins tonight. I ordered at 7.45pm, and didn't get it until almost 9.20pm.

It was great but the order never changed to “preparing and delivery” so when the delivery time passed i wasnt sure if it was even coming. Requested update and it appeared 10 seconds later. Food was great though thanks

The food from here is always amazing, would highly recommend…but…their delivery times are just awful. I order from here a lot and it takes around 2 hours on average to get the food from when the order is placed.

It said it was delivered 15 mins ago and still no sign of it. Delivery said it would take 30 mins then changed to an hour once ordered. This is now an hour and a half and no food. As a regular customer, I'm disappointed and will think twice about ordering in the future.

I've had Pepe's for years and this was the worst one. It was sooo dry, almost like they forgot to the marinate. first and last time going there. I phoned to complain and told the manager will get back to me but a month later still no call. not a good representation for Pepe's
