nearly 2 hours waiting, never ordering again and I would suggest for anyone

marked my order as delivered 1.5 hours after order but its still not arrived

Delivery time took a little while but it was accurately estimated and food was hot and lovely.

My chicken was not cook through properly

arrived cold, first time I've been disappointed in this restaurant.

The driver was rude - he buzzed on my door aggressively and came up shouting as he wanted me to come down to collect the order - that’s unacceptable

1 hour late and wrong order had to call Pepe's and get new one delivered

Not to bad compared by price we have request spice chips but they don't buyer's

even though my order was a little late the food still arrived piping hot and the guy was very polite and apologetic. never a bad experience with them

Took around an hour and a half from ordering however the food arrived hot and was very very good! We would order again

The items were missing when i called then their behaviour and attitude was unacceptable very bad service they didn’t delivered my some items and I complaint them

said delivered but food is not here. will be phoning in morning for a full refund including delivery charge.

Ordered Weekly until the paneer in their rice dish was half fried Also there is HALF the amount of paneer. I thought it May be a Mistake but I ordered 3 times more and it's still the same. I Won't be back. My favourite takeaway dish too! So SAD

Food was good apart from loaded fries were really cold

I have clearly mentioned that 22:40 but still the driver came at 22:55 and I had only 10 mins for my break as he got 6 orders in total to be delivered

Unfortunately while the food was fine, for the second time the fruit shoot was missing from the kids meal

DO NOT EAT HERE FOOD POISING, THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED. Used to be my favourite place in the area, it still tastes good but now for certain I know it isn’t safe to eat here. I’ve personally had chicken bones, which aren’t a big deal but still shouldn’t be in a quesadilla. Now I will not eat here as it almost killed 2 of my close friends. Unless u want skitters and a trip to the hospital avoid. Not worth the risk

The meat was over cooked and taste so bad

The food not cooked properly and also took very long to come and we didn’t hear anyone knock on the door so now are foods rubbish

I placed an order around 6pm and it came at 7.35 food was cold water £16

ordered at 18:30 and now its 20:00 still not arrived

Think it was shocking on how late it was we ordered at half 7 and got it at 10 phoned up and they where just rude went away and spoke to some other guy while I was still on phone didn’t ask me to wait minute just started talking then proceeded to say it’ll be here in 5 minutes I still had to wait an hour after it

Great tasting chicken however I’m missing my drink

Yesterday I wrote that the driver was professional but the restaurant employees forgot to give me the J2O juice box, today they say that the food is more than 30 minutes late and it is completely cold. The driver did not find my location and called me and I got down from the 2nd floor even though I am a disabled person. Also, the driver does not have a heat-insulating bag. This restaurant is totally unprofessional and they don't care about their customers.

My juice J2O missing from the order. That's should be a shame for restaurant. The driver was professional and many thanks for him.

Food is always great here, halal as well which is great. Delivery was early so even better

Just ordered 1 family platter, unfortunately they've lost another loyal customer, the sauce with the whole chicken bag has now been reduced to Nothing, tiny sauce tubs doesn't even make up for it..such a dry dry meal

went in yesterday and got the chicken wings with peri chips, the peri chips were delicious but the chicken wings were undercooked and resulted in me waking up with food poisoning symptoms, avoid the chicken get the chips

Food was almost an hour and a half late. When it arrived, the chips were stone cold and it’s too late now to be eating like this. Absolute joke of a place. I’ll never be ordering again and want full refund. No food takes two hours they clearly forgot

The delivery driver was very nice, and food was great as always

They phoned to say it would be 20-25 mins late, but it ended up being over an hour late. Gave me chicken wings and a can of pepsi for free as compensation.

seriously overpriced garbage never again shall I be ordering from this terrible place, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

I’ve never had any issues at all with the food, it’s always as I ordered and tastes great! Estimated delivery time needs updated though as it’s listed as 30-55mins however when I order it’s always a minimum of 90mins before it arrives. My order today arrived 20 mins later than the latest time estimate, almost 2hrs after I made the order.

The restaurant did update me with the time adjustment after I messaged them. The food was delicious when it arrived though, always wonderful food x

total mix up with order delivered on wrong day then delivered again on the right day which we did not expect ,have already provided mix up details

Everything was cooked perfectly the manager must have been working today. Chicken rice box is good value.

delivered to the wrong address and didn’t even get the delivery code from the owner. Spoke to the store and they claimed nothing they can do and owner will phone me another day. I waited 2 hours for my food. Disgraceful.

Ordered at 18.39 and given delivery window of 19.35-19.55. At 19.40 order was marked as delivered, upon phoning the restaurant I was only brought to a just eat help line. I then went to the restaurant and while there it was delivered at 20.20. Food was cold and 40 minutes late with no way to contact the restaurant. I order from here often and never have this issue

Food was lovely, but waited for my notification telling my food was ready to go into the shop, only to find my food wasn’t yet ready. Than had to stand and wait for them to sort it out as i was in the shop so not ideal. The actual food was nice though and the staff were fine.

Iv never been disappointed with food from here only thing is with the pepes salt on chips it’s very nice but there isn’t enough it’s only on the top chips, they did forget my dip but that’s the first time its ever happened

First time trying Pepe's and tbh not impressed 😕 we ordered chicken burgers with the chicken wings.. 5 for £6.99 I'd expect a decent bit of chicken wing but jeezuz tiny bit's of wings and I mean tiny (sauce on them did taste nice tho) as for the chicken burgers hardly any mayo on and fries were OK but what a dry dinner that was 😒 nae dip or salt. wld of been cheaper going to Mcd's tbh so will no be back.. I had heard few people saying no worth the money but thot I'd try for myself 💁‍♀️

Ordered food that hasn’t arrived. Over an hour and a half before we phoned to be told it would still be another half hour. Food then never turned up at all. Will not order from here again. The staff were rude and a refund will be demanded

The wee man ordered mild chicken with rice meal , hardly spoke all the way till he devoured the whole thing then burped and said that was really good ,when can we come back ?.
