We ate here twice in the evening and had snacks in the day here too. The app is a little temperamental here as cellular service is iffy inside the pub, but the WiFi sorted that out. Food and drinks came quick on all 3 occasions. Food was oipping hot, staff warm and friendly. Would recommend 10oz rump meal, mixed grill, jacket potato and chilli, katsu chicken curry, 8 pieces of scampi, 5 pieces of chicken and also the roasted vegetables, as stated all piping hot, steak cooked perfect, very impressed by the budget style of service, would highly recommend, you should not be disappointed.

Food was terrible thrown on a plate and cold made a complaint but was told they wouldn't refund the meal cause we started eating it 🤬 definitely won't be back no care and attention when putting food on plates 🤬👎

Always busy, pretty good food, I have the eggs benediction evrytime, the eggs are perfect. Great coffee and efficient staff.

Tables were left unclean, not wiped down. I removed cups etc onto the next table. They were still there when our food came. Other tables the same, not cleared.

Tables are usually full of dirty plates and glasses especially in the small dining room. Not a pleasant first impression

Lovely food, good company what more could you want.

We have used Haverfordwest spoons for a number of years and never really had an issue. The last couple of times we've used it lately have been disappointing. The staff in genral are very friendly & polite. However, you seem to constantly see tables with plates & glasses on them, always asking for someone to clear them. The food has been dramatically reduced. The burgers are tasty but have less chips on them now. The curry I had was lacking sauce, onion bhaji have got smaller. Recently, I've been to spoons in Godleming & you get a very good amount of food for your money, and the food is levels above Haverfordwest. It'll be a while before I pop back.

Out of date egg! oily hash browns! beans feel like they’ve been left out on the side and reheated same with the toast! And the bacon must of been flashed cooked! all in all worst breakfast I’ve ever had!

Visited today with my daughter. Table was sticky so I wiped it myself. She enjoyed her pizza. Poor attempt at a healthy side though with awfully cut cucumber & tomatoes rammed into a ramekin. My curry was tasty, rice was cold, poppadom was soggy, naan bread ok but tough. Onion bhajees and samosa sides were cold & not worth the extra. Drinks finally arrived halfway through our meal. When we finished our meal we used the ladies before leaving. I am appalled at the state of the facilities. The sinks were covered in black/pink slime. The toilet bowls were the same and some had what appeared to be vomit splattered around the bowls. The light fittings were thick with dust. The windows were covered in mould. I was on my way to an appointment so I didn't have time to wait to see a member of staff as the bar was busy so I thought I would e-mail to report this. That is when I discovered that there is no way to submit a complaint with photos, so here they are.

Food much the same as any other wethersppons, bland really. Nice pub inside though and everything was hot, microwave must have been working for a change.

We sat down at the least dirty table in the restaurant. The server completely ignored us and cleaned a couple tables then disappeared. After waiting for ten+ minutes we left.

I waited 30 minutes for my drink. It never came to my table, instead the waitress put it on the table next to us (which was empty) while no one was paying attention and didn't ask anyone if it was their drink. My sister went up to ask where my drink was for me, and the waitress said that she did bring it over, to which my sister argued that it wasn't at OUR table. So we see a drink on the table next to us which now has people on it and we ask about the drink and they inform us that it was there when they got there. At this point, we don't know how long the drink was there and if one of these individuals had tasted it thinking it might be their drink. We bring it to the bar and the same waitress says she's not giving us a refund or making us a new drink for the inconvenience. So we left the drink on the counter and left.

Food was cold. Table not cleared. No fish. Usually good,but not today.

Lovely spoons, really enjoyed the bangers and mash compared my to hometown spoons. Gammon was a bit burnt according to my dad but a great spoons!

Absolutely stinking place staff useless I would avoid at all costs! Considering your paying cheap for food and drink I wouldn’t even take my dog there for food stinking pub, staff shambles no communication what a run down Wetherspoons tables stinking wipe your feet when you leave!!!!

Abysmal and fairly rude service at the bar; waited there over 5 minutes on my own, one person serving, two people floating behind the bar doing medial tasks and not one person said "sorry, I'll be with you now". Another person comes to the bar next to me after I've been waiting ages and a girl server asks, "who's next?"- I mean where's the awareness? She was not pleasant and no please, thank you or any manners at all. Tables full of piles of empty plates and glasses. They served us mixed vegetables in these tiny bowls, used for sauces- sent them back as it cost £4.60 for three tiny portions. Pretty awful stuff today today all round.

Food was nothing to rave about other than the fact the chicken was raw. Nothing is cooked on site but is just pre-cooked and heated in a microwave. Never coming here again.

3 of us went, the person who actually wanted to eat got her food brought out AFTER 2 of us had finished our food. No apology, just they didn't know what her order was or what had happened to it even though it was ordered in the app. Then after 10 mins of further waiting of asking what's happened to her order, said they've found it now and does she still want her food? Seriously?!!!! No comping her meal, no apology, just shoulders shrugged as if to say well that's what we do so what. Looking around us felt like it was a halfway house day release centre. Don't bother eating here, there are far better places to eat around the corner or across the road. Furniture is all mismatched like they picked up any free house clearings of local folk who have died and charity shops didn't even want it.

I absolutely love wetherspoons! I go here about once a week as the food is lovely and the prices are low. Every dish I have ever tried has been well worth the money.

I don't often review Whetherspoons but wanted to give this visit a mention as the food was really good for a spoons and service attentive and friendly. The pub was busy but staff were busy serving and cleaning tables. It was an enjoyable visit here and it exceeded our expectations of a spoons. The tables on arrival was dirty, but they were cleaned promptly.

Went for some food at around 5.40pm ordered my food via the app at 5.47pm thinking I’ll have time to eat my food and be heading home by 6.30pm. My drink turned up really quickly so I assumed my food would turn up. When it didn’t turn up I thought it’s because they were busy although it didn’t look it. It was only when the couple on the table behind me got their food I realised something was wrong (they turned up 10 minutes after I did). I called over who I presumed to be the head waiter to let him know that my food hadn’t arrived to which he asked to see my receipt so he could check my order. The only credit I would give here is that he showed me where to find the receipt on my app as it wasn’t emailed to me. He then proceeded to check what happened to my food. My order was found on a table in the garden where no one was sat. He then said as the food was cold they would re do my order so that I would have hot food. I then waited a further 10-15 minutes for my re-ordered food, I wasn’t even prioritised over the newer customers. When my food arrived nearly 40 minutes after I first ordered it, I said to the ‘head waiter’ that I wasn’t happy with this wait and that everyone on the tables around me were getting food ordered correctly and on time. I was then told that he was sorry and that it was new staff, the staff that managed to find the other tables around me with no problems. Again, I said I wasn’t happy, just to be given a half hearted apology, which isn’t really acceptable. The only reason I didn’t ask to see the manager was that I was now running late because I had to wait so long for my food.

Nice setting. I had a burger. Plain and simple but 25% smaller than before. They used to be 4oz now 3oz.

Ordered on the app and it added two of the mains and I only realised after I payed for it, then went to the bar straight away and told them the mistake I was told there was nothing they could do about it because the “big boss” makes the rules! Then the second steak that I payed for didn’t even come out. My friends chips were undercooked and hard also I had to go back to the bar and remind them that I ordered a drink 20 minutes before. Then I asked if I could replace the second steak for a dessert and was told no. Also there was chewed up food all over the floor underneath our feet! Disgusting!!!! Bring me the “big boss” Would give it a 0 out of five if I could

Uncleaned and poorly cleaned tables, poor communication, service both slow and poor. Bar staff were blunt and 'rude'. Quality of the services provided were below standard and would not recommend to others.

The food is always great and the drinks also but the staff attitude is absolutely shocking majority of them are to busy talking amongst themselves in the kitchen or glass cleaner room whilst other customers are waiting then when you do get the staff attention it's with a attitude shameful to be honest I can count on 1 hand the nicer staff members there the rest should have some more customer training

I had an ok time here, for me the only downsides were they didn't have my favourite drink(Crabbies) and the service was a slow.

Good value for money, the Manager on duty on the day of our visit was miserable and unapproachable, I pity some of the staff that have to work with him. The establishment was quiet but he seemed very stressed, this shouldn't be apparent to customers making them feel as though they can't trouble him - I shall find out the date, 3 weeks ago

Love this place says a lot always packed out. Great quick service never had a bad meal here. Value for money which is important these days.

Great service and lovely brekkie

First visit as a walk-in customer. Extremely busy but luckily there was a table for 2 available. Service excellent and food served promptly. Very nice meal and a pint of my favorite Pedigree beer as a bonus. Will definitely visit again.

A very busy pub. Staff are friendly and work very hard but some of the clientele were loud (at lunchtime) and very inconsiderate to other patrons. One family, in particular, allowed a young child in a high chair to play with his food and throw it all on the floor. The family left without picking up the mess the child had made. Staff were very quick to clear up the mess and sanitise the highchair.

This is always the starting point and sometimes the end point for any night out...The town waited years to get a spoons and it was well worth the wait..Always a good happy atmosphere in here and the staff are flat out most of the time so hats off to them. The only food I ever have there is a fry up and can't fault that at all.

I didn't like my gammon, or the reheated mash, but the people I was with enjoyed their meals (burger and steak).

Me n my friend went for a late birthday meal. Bit busy n rowdy but you get over it, then we went to the bar to buy a starter, got the nachos which were AMAZING, then went back up to the bar to order our main and was told we were too young to be served and had to leave. Keep in mind we had already been served food (the nachos).

What you'd expect from a wetherspoons

Once again another top breakfast from my local wetherspoons. Top up coffee on tap and a giant plate of bacon, sausage, eggs, beans, hash brown and black pudding. Plenty of seats and space for our child's buggy and high chairs easily accessible. All ready for my next visit!

Warm and inviting Great friendly place to eat and drink. lots of selection on beer's and a good menu with special offers on every day. free refills come with all hot drinks and the drinks are less than half the price of most cafe's.

Could do with cleaning the tables quicker. Food delicious and good value but must update the app when items not available e.g. I ate here twice last week and ordered pints of Black Dragon (flat - 7.5%) cider and bothe times got the bottled (sparkling - 6.5%) cider.

You know exactly what you are getting at Witherspoons breakfast was very nice the place was clean and staff attentive and quickly did what they had I do think that one more would make a great difference but I suppose it is like everywhere they can't get any staff

Warm friendly welcoming staff. My mother's fish and chips and my steak were cooked to absolute perfection, and what fantastic value for money - £20.00 including one beer! Completely different experience to all the other Weatherspoons I have previously visited, it showed the manager and staff took great pride in running this establishment and offered the best customer experience possible. Highly recommended and I will most definitely be returning as a regular customer. Highly recommended.

Standard spoons experience so no complaints, Food was cheap and cheerful that was complimented well with traditional sticky tables. Very obvious the chicken was piping hot fresh out the fryer, can't get any better 👌

The food & service were very good, a member of staff went the extra mile. When a request was made. But unfortunately the atmosphere was spoiled by some young parents that couldn't control their toddler from screaming when she didn't get her own way, she would make a blood curdling screech, They sat on the table adjacent to ours. 😟

The attitude from one of the staff members here is terrible... Ordered the peri peri chicken. What I got was a couple of pieces of meat. It was no half of chicken at all! When I asked the man where the half of chicken was he said its there! I wished I had taken a photo of it!

Allowed us to stay talking for a long while.

Went to get food didn't end up bying any food because the service wasn't good was going to speak to the manager about the way me and my partner was spoken too but ended up just leaving, usually it would be my place to go for food until my last experience

Quick service and hot atmosphere.

Went for breakfast. Good value compared to many a greasy spoon. Tired decor, sticky tables, red carpet, dark wood, you the know the vibe. But if you want a good feed to last the day, £8 gets you large breakfast with unlimited coffee. Can't complain. Would I go again? Sure. Beats Macdonalds any day.

You cannot compare any other pub against the great value for money at weatherspoons. £1.71 for a pint of beer! In this financial crisis it means you can meet up with friends and still enjoy a few hours without going bankrupt 😄

Pop in for a few drinks in the evening along with a few sharing dishes (garlic bread,southern fried chicken strips & nachos) 3 dishes for £14. Food was hot and the service was ok though it did take around 3/4 of an hour for someone to clear our dishes once we'd finished our food.

We go there every Thursday.This week.the batter on the fish was very brown and the fish was dried up. We had to send it back, the second lot was very nice.

Staff were absolutely rubbish, I asked for a kids menu, the waiter said over there, pointed I said none there oh well we don't have kids menu ..had a look around myself found the kids menu. Staff at the till were slow, boy was on his 1st shift, so wasn't his fault, but couldn't hear a word he said..

Had a quorn katsu. 2 quorn nuggets missing but they did add a pubic hair. Took the food to the bar and barmaid was very polite and gave me a pint in return. Though this wasn't really good enough for such a public health fail, I couldn't fault her. Kitchen staff should be retrained or sacked and replaced. Disgusting.

If I could give 0 I would, waited a hour for my food , although it’s pre cooked at 8am and microwaved to serve wanted some grub but have to wait hours most staff are a joke not all of them certain ones are very helpful don’t bother 😂
