Fantastic Thai food. A simple pub with a nice atmosphere. Not grand but with a lovely information fireplace and some comfy sofas. Lots of different areas. Jeremy the host was friendly but I doubt that he would take any nonsense! We loved it and will be back.

We came for food with family, and the portions were decent, and the flavour was just remarkable. We had prawn crackers, satay chicken, and crispy chilli squid for starter, then masaman lamb, shank of beef, tamarind duck, and pork neck for main. It is possibly the best I have ever had in Cambridge area. 100% recommend to try if you're around the area.

Wonderful pub with fantastic food and a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of seating outside for the warmer months, complimented by the warm and cosy interior for when the nights draw in. Will definitely be visiting again and would heartily recommend.

The White Horse Barton is fantastic! The lamb chops are incredible, and the prawn Pad Thai was spot on. Completely recommend — great food and a lovely atmosphere!

We stayed over for the night. Extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a Sunday roast too. Highly recommended. Loved the fireplace creating a lovely atmosphere. Nice people. Nice food. I travel a lot around the country due to my work. Every time I travel to Cambridge on business I make a point of stopping over here. I have a new favourite meal. Number 20 on the menu. I have yet to come across such nice meals. I always look forward to coming back here. Especially in winter with their log fires Highly recommended

Real nice people to serve us. Presentation of food was real good. We had chicken satay, tofu noodles 🍜 and masam curry, jasmine and coconut rice. Lovely little find on our way to the airport so cheers

The food has changed… not so great portions small hardly any chicken etc.. staff moody! Don’t bother.

Fantastic authentic Thai food in a lovely cosy pub with a nice welcoming atmosphere. Just 2 minutes off the M11 so made the perfect stop on our journey North from Dover.

We booked the White Horse for a wake for 40 people. We were looked after very well indeed. Plenty of food, the Thai food was lovely, and fantastic service. Nothing was too muchvtrouble We had previously enjoyed a meal here and we will definitely be going back

I really enjoyed our visit to this Pub. We chose this after looking at various menu online. We thought the price was reasonable and we fancied Thai food. So we called and the landlord said we could come for 6pm. When we arrived we received a very warm welcome. The hosts were very kind they came to chat with us and there was a beautiful log fire to enjoy. But above all the food was excellent and very generous on portion sizes. If you like spicy Thai food I'd recommend checking out this menu, but apparently I hear they do Sunday roasts and a Fish and Chip Tuesday as well.

A beautifully cozy pub with a lovely quiet atmosphere and friendly welcoming staff. The pints were a welcome relief after a day of walking and the landlord was kind enough to put the rugby on. The pub also offered the best Thai food ive ever tasted, the honey duck was unbelievably good. My only regret was I didn’t get the opportunity to try the rest of the menu (guess ill just have to visit again!). Thank you for a great weekend.

Exceptional weekend spent at this cosy pub. The Thai food really is terrific and pints were delicious. We stayed in Sycamore lodge which was clean and had great facilities. Lovely to wake up to the sound of birds and rustling leaves in the wind. The open wood fire gives the pub a really welcoming feel and I can't complain about the great hospitality. Absolutely delicious Thai food in a very cosy pub. The Guinness is also excellent ! Perfect spot for after a nice walk in the picturesque local villages. Would recommend the accommodation too, clean and comfortable!

Lovely 2 night stay at the White Horse. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pub is cosy and warm (2 log burners)! Restaurant serves an absolutely delicious Thai meal. Lovely staff and manager. Would highly recommend.

Adrian and Annabelle visited the White Horse in Barton and had a feast and it was incredible Thai food at its very very best. A great host who toke time and interest with his customers. Whent there tonight and was one of the most nicest meals I've had. Would definitely go again and highly recommend it.

I popped in here 2 weeks ago on my way past for a meal. I was really pleasantly surprised at the quality of their food. Now I’m back again and equally impressed. I ordered #20 on the menu. Cashew nut stir fry with beef. Highly recommended. Very conveniently close to Cambridge

Friendly, welcoming and comfortable

We had a cousins 'meet up' on a Monday lunchtime. It was a central spot for us with family travelling an hour and a half each. There were 6 of us and we were given a warm welcome and a very cosy place to sit. I had the Thai soup with seafood which was very delicious. Others had the soup with chicken or vegetables which they enjoyed. My sister had sea bass with delicious salad, and we all had rice. We were very well looked after and it was helpful to find somewhere so welcoming on a Monday. Thank you - we will come again.

The Sunday roasts are absolutely devine. Great value for money at 3 courses for £20. The roast beef was cooked perfectly and the portions are generous. The service is fantastic and the traditional pub setting works harmoniously with the food. The Thai menu is authentic, traditional and cooked to perfection. One of our favourite places to be.

The White Horse is a Thai restaurant and we've just had a fantastic meal there. Superb autbentic Thai food and friendly service in the setting of an old English pub with an open fire! They also do Traditional Sunday lunches if thats more your thing. Highly recommended.

Been to the White horse a few times for thai food which is brilliant. On my last visit for thai food I noticed they now do roast dinners on sunday. I booked a table for my family and what a pleasant surprise. A proper top notch home made roast dinner! , the roast potatoes were done to perfection and the beef was lovely and tender (not a cheap joint of meat) would highly recommend.

Good local pub with a wonderful Thai restaurant inside. Eat in, delivery or takeaway. Mixed crowd, being a village pub. In the summer there's plenty of families, couples and groups of friends in the outside beer garden. Worth a visit if only for the food.

We came here to have lunch, they were so friendly here… Very warm and inviting and lovely atmosphere The food was amazing (wish I’d of took photos of the food) next time !! I would definitely recommend to anyone 😀
