brilliant service from jade garden, have ordered from here a few times since moving to the area and food is always delicious . Recently, there was miscommunication between myself and the lady who took my order over the phone - I ordered chicken in black bean sauce with peppers but she misheard me and thought I said beef, when she read back the order I misheard her read back beef to me instead of chicken. Very disappointed when I received beef in black bean rather than chicken as I don’t eat beef. I rang them to explain and they happily sent the delivery driver back to pick up the beef in black beef to replace it with the chicken in black bean at no extra cost which I was so grateful for. Thanks so much from a single mum who hadn’t had a proper meal all day and was so excited for my Chinese! Highly recommend Jade Garden. Gorgeous food and brilliant service. Thanks so much again!

Belter of a kebab house can’t go wrong 👍🏻

Just brought a bag of chips back as a quick tea after a party. When I went I was told they were closing up but they had chips. Well, I’ve brought them home and they look like they’ve been cooked 4 times over or microwaved. Disgusting. Won’t be going back.

Chicken was delicious very hot tasty and succulent. Much better than in other stores in Newport.
