Best place to take dogs 🐕 they are always welcome.

We popped in for food but they don't do food so unfortunately I had a pint of Stella that was really nice. Pubs a bit outdated but it's a proper boozer lol nice place to get pissed.

Nice clean pub on the highstreet with decent beer. A little tired inside and could do with a bit of money but as boozers go its nice and traditional.

First time in this establishment since around 1974. Don’t think it’s changed much. Here now to quench my thirst. It’s doing the job.

This is a lovely pub with a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, the waiting time was reasonable and the prices were too! Will definitely be going again

Haven’t been in here for ages and my mate told be to come for a drink. Glad I did, it’s still a little dated but it was clean and welcoming and Toni is really good.

Enjoyed visiting the pub again. Found the welcome friendly and the beer clean and crisp tasting. Will be going back for another visit soon.

Had a good couple of hours at the Wellington, staff and customers were very friendly. Will definitely go here again

Over 2011 the place has had its management problems, hopefully resolved now. Cant comment on the new inexperienced management.

Not the most up to date pub but the landlord and staff are wonderfull!! If you want a village pub with a warm welcome this is the place for you. Cheap drinks and a reasonably large outdoor area for when the sun is out.

Iys a bit dearer than the Greane King down the Rd but the landlord was welcoming and friendly

Very friendly staff, nice choice of drinks and snacks at the bar.

Cracking no frills drinkers pub. Flagship beer seems to be the Abbot. Was a bit disappointed as it tasted a little sour. Sort of end of barrel taste. Clear as a bell though. Should have been top notch at £3.50 a pint.

Well on a Saturday night its like going back 20 years in time atmosphere wise. Whether that's a good or bad thing would depend entirely on your age & whether you miss the spit/sawdust & fun atmosphere from years ago. For me its a good thing being an oldster. The bonus is the beer is reasonably priced & I've not had a bad pint yet. Infact after the 7th they seem to taste nicer & nicer.
