Really nice friendly restaurant... Good curry and very popular.... Booking advisable . They can't do enough for you ... We had dinner for 4 and everyone enjoyed it., even so who is picky eater loved the mild chicken

Stone cold kebab delivered within 30 mins..very bland lamb bhoona..overpriced and probably the worst takeaway I have had in years. As a regular user I can say I will not be ordering again

Horrible restaurant, placed an order and half of it was missing, when i phoned to complained that it was an hour and a half late and when i phoned to complained I haven’t received my pizza or any compensation, as well as cheeky service from staff saying i didn’t request “CHUNKS” on my pizza which was completely made up by the staff herself !!! will not order again and will be phoning tomorrow for further complaint to management

The place does not have a clue ordered pizza chips and pakora waited 30 minutes got home the pizza they gave me was totally burnt would not have gave it to my dog they looked and cut and thought it was acceptable to give to customer if that is their standards avoid

Wir wohnten im Black Bull, schräg gegenüber und gingen hier einen Abend essen. Es war sehr lecker und die Kellner waren sehr freundlich.

Ate here while staying in the apartment above. Chicken pakora and chicken tikka pizza were lovely. Salad was nice and fresh.

They were very busy when I went in but I was served with professional attitude and my order was ready very quickly. Curry was great but a little on the hot side but I did ask for a Madras lamb and menu says hot so I got what I asked for. My partners chicken Tikka masala was perfect. Establishment has only been open for a short while but if the standard we got is maintained it will succeed. Would recommend giving it a go.

Visited this place tonight, the woman who served me had a terrible attitude, clearly did not know how to do her job, as she didn’t even know the menu, and charged me twice. Luckily enough the food was great and the other guy was very helpful. Will be asking to be served by him next time.

Fast efficient delivery. Very friendly delivery driver.Very friendly female on phone taking order. Food however was disgusting. Second time I tried it, gave them the benefit of doubt and ordered again.Big mistake. Will make toast next time we are hungry

Tried this for the first time for a takeaway. It calls itself the “New Village Tandoori” now. First impressions as I walked was not very impressive. Not a clean looking takeaway however worst of all was the girl working behind the counter eating as she served customers. Picking her teeth to get bits of food out of it and then making up pizzas with her hands. She then takes a can of coke from the counter, opens it, sticks a straw in and takes a big gulp and puts the open can of coke in with the food counter for later. She looks as if she needed a wash or at the very least wash her hands after eating and putting her fingers in her mouth.Shocking service. Won’t be back and would avoid. Food was ok as well but totally put off by the girl eating half the profits in front of me!!

Except a delay in delivery at the weekend. Their food is great. Any restaurant that delivers in 15 min then, is not busy.

just had a delivery, ok 50 minutes wait but it was worth the wait, hot deal 1, mush pakora, lamb and mush madras, boiled rice, lovely,

We have visited a few times and mainly for carry outs. On each occasion we liked our food. Disappointed you have to pay for carry out bag/s. Some on street parking or car park at rear. Just outside Cumbernauld as you head towards the M80.

Had a takeaway here first time customer and dont have anything negative to say. Chicken was succulent and tasty. Would recommend

Called up tonight for a delivery. The menu clearly says takes orders until 12:30. Called at 12:05, asked what I would like. Told them a pizza then got told no they weren’t going to do my order. I asked why, apparently my order wasn’t big enough. Such a disgrace as I was still paying full delivery. There is no guidelines on the menu of how much you have order to get a delivery. Shocking customer service, will not be getting business from me or my family again.

i love a madras curry, not had a decent one for ages ( one that leaves my mouth tingling, ) i had a HOT DEAL 1 tonight, mushroom pakora, chicken and mushroom madras and boiled rice, it was beautiful, £8.50. plus delivery. no extra charge for madras,

A real shame, I was so looking forward to a chicken tikka pizza. What a shame they screwed it up. Way too overcooked 😞😞😞

Last minute decision to get a takeaway for a late dinner and thought the village tandoori had never let us down before. Until tonight. I called beforehand to place my order. Turned up about 7 minutes later to see my order was ready. Got home to open my "chips and cheese" to find half a box of chips. Then opened the pizza... at first glance I thought I'd been given a spicy mince pizza. My partner soon pointed out that it was just burnt. If I hadn't got my pyjamas on before opening my pizza I would have taken it back up to the shop. I didn't eat the pizza because it tasted like it had been reheated. The cheese was absolutely solid. The base of the pizza was chewy. I certainly won't be returning to this takeaway.

We use this takeaway all of the time and never had a bad meal. The curries are gorgeous with good quality meat and the pizzas are great too. The delivery service is prompt and food is delivered hot! The portions are massive too! Bonus

Great food low price fast service. All dishes we tried were a bit hot with the madras hotter than average. Beware of the vindaloo.

We have used this takeaway several times and have really enjoyed the food. We enjoyed the chicken pakora,peshwari naan and chicken korma, chicken Tikka and chicken curry. Along with the helpful and friendly service.

Just had a takeaway from this place. Food wasn't presented very nicely. Chips were cold. Pakora was overcooked and order was short... no nan bread and we ordered two different sauces and ended up with two of the same??? All n all it was hugely disappointing and certainly not value for money!

Had the chicken poori to start and it was very good .followed by a chicken tikka bhuna which was nice...would go again if I happen to be in the area.
