Stolen data - keep getting texts but never ordered. Did ask twice now to be taken off the system but they have never removed me. This is illegal!

The way they treat staff is absolutely outrageous

Had a special burger from here git to say was extremely surprised. It was amazing. I was just hungry and wanted something different. Highly recommended. The chips were ok, could have been better. But overall was happy with the food

I haven't used real spice in years and after last night's food I was reminded why everything was dry/overcooked and overly spicy even the chips, The pizza was one of the worst I've ever had, It was like the base was premade and had a quick blast in the oven to melt the cheese with very little sauce.

Tried the new loaded fries...oh my god these are fantastic!! My favourite are the Spicy Chilli, the first time tried as made and had them last night but added jalapeños...mwahh chef kiss...awesome. Give them a try folks 👏👏

Ordered the new loaded fries , shredded chicken was freezer shop chicken , over cooked and over priced. Chefs platter was re heated over cooked pakora. Very disappointing and won’t be back

Food is outstanding, absolutely delicious, I have never been disappointed and staff are really nice and a good laugh.

got an email saying on way ages ago absolutely ridiculous amount of time waiting for delivery called takeaway 3 times won't be using again.

Order made over 2hrs ago, received emails saying it was delivered and never appeared called real spice and given pathetic excuse twice , when they finally showed up after three phonecalls given a bottle of juice and rice as a goodwill no way ridiculous will not be ordering again. I don't care if the football is on or not.

Driver brand new food terrible you have to get this place on a busy night to get a fresh meal the donner meat was like reheated seatbelts from a Peugeot 206 and the chicken pakora was like chewing gum won’t be back.

Food was delivered quicker than expected which is totally fine. Pakora however seemed to be reheated. It was solid. Chicken, mushroom and vegetable pakoras. Poor portion of donner meat. Poor quality food all round for something that cost around £25.

Chicken korma not very nice tonight sauce very watery plate was swimming in it couldn’t eat it very poor quality tonight and it’s usually very nice and creamy but watered down tonight

My order didn't turn up because the just eat app isn't working, just wondering if I can get my money back?

Twice now something has been missing from my order and twice it’s took longer than 30 minutes to deliver the missing item , very disappointing

Presentation of food poor burgers wrapped in tinfoil and chips in a soggy white bag they were freezing burger was good but shouldn’t have to heat it up would have preferred food in a container

Normally great food but tonight forgot cheese on chips even though paid extra for it, pakoras dry, pizza cold and bland disappointed to say the least.

best place in cumbernauld for food tikka bhonna is my favourite

only got a can of juice instead of the 2 litre bottle of irm bru quality food though just needed something more than 1 can to wash it down between us lol 😂

Using this place for a while but standards recently are getting poorer the quality of food isn't as good as was, also the amount of time had sauce wrong is getting beyond a joke, last week forgot sauce for 3 * kebabs, this week was wrong sauce, the chicken pakoras are also always very dry clearly overdone or reheated hopefully they bring back there standards as loosing faith in them. Update 2024 Been back using them past few months and absolutely outstanding quality and currently my favourite freshest takeaway in Cumbernauld 👍

Food missing from order need to wait twobday for them to decide if I get a refund ?! Refund should be automatically returned when u have not done the job correct on your side

Can't complain about Real spice. GREAT portions great food never had a complaint always busy so that tells a story.

We have recently swapped to this Indian and have had about 6/7 meals from here now and the food has been great.

I asked for no salad on my burger and received salad. I also ordered a bottle of 7Up and never got that

I don't mind the food coming late but I do mind when the food is cold. I had to reheat my whole order due to it being too cold to enjoy. Very poor.

Reheated chips and not good food.

They sent the lamb tikka kebab without the pita bread and the sauce was all over the bag like it had been dropped. Then I had to wait another 40 minutes for a new kebab and give one that came without the pita bread back. They were also quite rude on the phone even though it was their error in the first place Will never order from there again

Phoned after 1 hour ,told it's just left Arrived cold ,no drinks with meal deal Phoned them told the pizza was cold because they had no space to keep it warm ! Was told I could come down and pick up drinks I had bought with meal deal . Shocking customer service Overpriced food Won't be using them again

Boys do the best pizzas and kebabs in Cumbernauld stuff is always piping hot and food quality is immense, pizza bases are fresh no the pre made ones 5 star

Great food!!! However they did put kebab sauce on my chips and cheese when I didn’t ask for it

They can never get an order right. Something is always missing or wrong. They don’t read the instructions you give to them. They are rude when you phone to correct their mistakes.

Burger was brick hard and chips and panoramic was reheated the lot went in bin

Best meal we've had in ages! Got the 4 in 1 deal pizza with chick tikka and a kebab, chips and a can of juice. Everything tasted superb, fresh, juicy and so satisfying. Great value and came quickly and was all piping hot and btw the salad and sauce was awesome!!! Cheers! 🙂

£40 wasted korma bland Chicken tikka tasteless Buttermilk korma sour &disgusting Would not recommend and definitely never be back
