The Village Cafe in Slough

Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Clean cafe with plenty of parking outside. Food was properly cooked and nice and hot. Will definitely visit again.

I was staying at the Hilton and could not bring myself to spend 20 plus pounds for a burger, so I headed into town and stumbled into this little takeaway shop. Locals were ordering food so I knew it had to be good. Had a donor sandwich and some onion rings. The onion rings weren’t great, but the sandwich was delicious and inexpensive. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the hotel and totally worth it!

Excellent service and food is great well worth it love this place all of the staff are very friendly and the breakfasts are lovely

Ordered lunch there on a Sunday. My partner and I both ordered the lunchtime special of chicken steak burger + chips + drink. Quite tasty and very reasonable price

Mi pareja y yo comimos aquí regularmente, a veces nos puede pedir un sándwich y otras veces será una completa en el desayuno caliente. Siempre nos dan la bienvenida con una sonrisa y el personal siempre dispuesto a cambiar las cosas que no nos gusta, por ejemplo no comer frijoles, así que normalmente swap estas para los tomates, o pediré un huevo frito, en vez de piratear. Todo el lugar está limpio y ordenado, y las salsas son buenas marcas como Heinz o HP, lo que hace que el mundo de diferencia para mí! Hay una gran variedad en el menú para satisfacer la mayoría, el aparcamiento es fácil y sin duda recomendaría este pequeño café para un delicioso desayuno o almuerzo.

I used to frequent 2-3 times a week, but lately service has become crap. They wont swap any ingredients for anything, today plate was practically chucked on the table. Rude service becoming more frequent for regular customer. Fat boys is better, friendly and accomodating.

I have been here several times this year and value for money and the quality of the food never disappoint friendly staff and very clean restaurant always make it a pleasure with lots of hassle free parking

A couple of doors down from the Carp & Trout chippy is this little cafe very clean and very good food at reasonable prices well worth a visit parking is a bit limited but OK for vans and cars.
