The Village Bakehouse in Tameside

Not very happy. Made a telephone order for two hot sandwiches, bread and two pies’. Waited about thirty five minutes to receive half my order and the sandwiches were stone cold but charged full price. Didn’t want to do this but that blonde woman just isn’t fit to work in that environment.

Very slow service.expensive for what you get

Fantastic bakers, a credit to the village

Popped in for a bacon and mushroom sandwich yesterday. The bacon was great quality and cooked perfectly. Also Really reasonable. I would say it’s the best bacon butty I’ve ever had. Will definitely be returning 👍

Been getting my bread from here for several decades - and that's despite leaving the village over 11 years ago. Best bread in South Tameside!

Friendly Management and Staff. Good selection of hot and cold food. Sandwiches made right there, so you get plenty of what you ask for and It's all reasonably priced. Need I say more?
