I found this hidden gem on TikTok came to check it out really nice staff helped me out what to order there new items on there menu which is a must try ordered the RnS special loaded fries and a tiger roll was 10/10 brilliant flavours I really enjoyed it definitely going to come back again

We went to Rice n Spice for the first time yesterday evening, we had such a lovely time! The food was beautiful, extremely good value and the staff were very welcoming and nice to talk to. Menu was varied, we had starters and mains all were really tasty and well presented. I wish we had taken photos but unfortunately we forgot! We will most definitely be back again soon!

The food was great I'd can't recommend the lamb chops enough. My curry ghurki or something like that was really nice and spicy with lots of flavours. My lad had a meat sizzler thing and daughter in law had a bhuna, which we all enjoyed the food was served relatively fast it was hot good sized and I can still taste it now! Or the memory of it!. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough and it was also lovely to have a DJ on site. I'll be back!! Well I excitedly went back and ordered the mixed tandoori. I asked if it needed a sauce had was told no. My grandson asked for a glass of tap water after buying a j2o and was told no. I asked if that was usual not not have tap water and was held hostage to a speech about them not selling alcohol and that restaurants make mon ey on the drinks. I asked them why they didn't sell alcohol to be told they don't believe in it due to thier religion but that they allow people to bring thier own. I got another drink for my grandson. So that was the atmosphere gone. The man stood over our table in a somewhat challenging manner for an uncomfortable amount of time triggering my young lady guest to ask why he was standing there staring. At us. My grandsons Connor looked really nice but had hardly any donnir meat on it I'm sad to say. So he didn't eat much of it His girlfriend said one of the lamb chops was to chewy to eat. So I gave her mine was I wasn't enjoying it anyway. She left her burger as it was too dry but at least she ate the chops. I found the lamb to hard to chew and only had a. Couple of pieces of. Chicken whi h were chopped in half. The dry rice and chips were to dry to eat. All in all I'd eaten 1 chop I had to share mine to feed the young lady. I couldn't eat the lamb at all. When i mentioned it to the staff he said it was lovely he had had aome ( oh i thought is he calling me a lier?) Admitedly last time i went rhe food was great andbso were the staff but not today. then when I asked for the bill to pay the blocked my table as I were about to make a run for it. It was not only bad food but bad manners and we all went away hungry and feeling like we'd been kicked in the teeth. What a change from the last time! The photos are of the food that we all left, which was almost everything. I was so disappointed after how good it was the last time

Absolutely love the food here first time visiting but we have just found our new go too After trying everywhere locally I have to say this is way above the rest absolutely gorgeous Really friendly staff great food reasonable price I can't fault one thing with this place Pakora ,garlic chicken,prawn tikka, special biryani, chicken tikka sizzler and more .... All the starters,mains and curries that came with our meals were beautiful Full on next level food

4 of us visited Rice & Spice tonight after saying for months we wanted to give it a try. I'm not much of a curry girl and always seem to go to the same place but we eventually decided to give it a try-‐- As soon as we arrived we were seated right away. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was great. We ordered starters first. All 4 were absolutely delicious. Then the mains. 4 tandoori sizzlers and a biriani. All with different sauces, rice and nann bread. The first time in my entire life I've finished a full curry. I could have licked my plate. By far the best curry I've ever had in my life. The service was brilliant. The 2 brothers we spoke to were super friendly, engaging and couldn't be more helpful. I couldn't actually decide what to have so asked them to recommend a dish and honestly couldn't fault a thing. We will definitely be back. Our new go to for sure . Highly recommend trying if you haven't been before. Gutted it's taken us so long to go. I was actually shocked that all the tables wernt full because the food and service was the best we've had in a long time . 5 stars from us

The Mrs and I ordered the butter chicken loaded fries and the somosa chat can I just say the butter chicken was absolutely delicious it’s was so creamy and tasty and I would highly recommend that dish. The loaded fries were amazing packed with flavour. If anyone is up for good food and friendly service then I highly recommend these guys they won’t disappoint.

Ordered because of the reviews 1hour 20mins wait for delivery Mild chicken curry the sauce was nice but the chicken tough Donner meat was a little thick rice was nice chips where soggy, also 2 milkshakes taste lovely but no straws with them Overall maybe just a busy night it happens sometimes but not jumping for joy for £29 didn’t finish plate

Lovely place, food was delicious. Staff were very helpful, looked after by Raheem. Called in on a Sunday evening was nice and quiet atmosphere. Would highly recommend definitely going back.

The food and service from rice and spice is amazing ! The owner is a genuine hardworking family man. Couldn’t ask for more in an Indian restaurant than this one offers. Authentic food, quality service, a clean and well decorated restaurant. Full marks from me i couldn't recommend the place enough get down and try for yourself !

Had a great experience eating at this establishment my third visit decided to try the tikka loaded fries I was amazed by the quality of the food prepared and served. A hidden gem in the middle of Dukinfield the business has adapted well through the changes they serve the traditional menu aswel as food which the Gen Z population prefer. The menu has been updated having reviewed the pricing, quality and value defeats many of its competitors in Manchester and the outer regions. I like this establishment for its location and ambience many establishments in the past decade have folded but rice n spice has adapted well and changed with times while others have failed due to not being able to deliver reasonable pricing and quality the business has developed a hybrid menu to adapt with the Gen Z and those who have loved currys just like the old days.

ordered a takeaway at 19 05 rang at 8 50 to be told driver had been and knocked and said we was not in we have ring doorbell and no one came to our door had food from here before was very nice but delivery has to be improved delivery guy said he had rang me but I had no phone call very disappointed has we don't have a takeaway very often won't go here again

Had a lovely meal with my wife on my birthday, The staff could not do enough for us, friendly environment friendly staff and of course the lovely food, have never have cleared a platter of chutney tray with poppadoms before and the main meal was absolutely banging and thanks for one of the brother's for giving me a surprise little chocolate brownie with a candle for my birthday thank you bro Highly recommend coming to this restaurant as will definitely be back again

Came for a birthday meal after hearing good things about this restaurant on TikTok and can happily say the good reviews were correct the food was delicious with large portions and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Visited tonight for the first time, the food was amazing and staff very friendly. Only criticism is they didn't have a changing facility for our baby which they might want to invest in for young families coming to dine. Apart from that everything was great 👍

Never had a bad meal here but feel like they have upped their game recently. They now serve authentic style curries, but they still sell food with a modern twist too so there is something for everyone. Whether you want an authentic Bengali curry or a burger with loaded fries, these guys have got you covered.

We love this place. The food and service are outstanding and the best Indian in Dukinfield in our opinion.

I can't believe how amazing this takeaway was! The flavors were absolutely delicious, each dish had its own unique and incredible taste. The vegetables were so fresh and the portion sizes were just right. And to top it off, you can bring your own booze!

That is a real gem! Everything is made in place, currys are original in taste, good selection. Peshawari naan was really great, everything had its own taste. Instead of mocktails go for mango lassi jug, if think it was made from these super sweet fresh mangos.

Food is so fresh and tasty, tried many different dishes and each one has been full of flavour. Lovely friendly staff which is always nice. Bring your own alcohol and there is a shop next door in case you forget

This place is a hidden gem, I was there last night (Wed 24th April 2024) with my wife and we were extremely pleased with all the aspects of this indian restaurant. The two brothers who run this business were cheerful & friendly. The food portions were generous & everything we had was top-notch. This was our first visit, and we have every intention of returning soon.

An excellent Indian restaurant in the heart of Dukinfield. The owner Rahim was warm and very hospitable welcoming us in to our seats. We went out on a football team meal and we all had a really wonderful time and the food was excellent. The starters and curries including the naan are very tasty and moorish. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. 5 stars for me 👌

1st time trying the food here. And honestly was not disappointed at all. The food and service was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment you walk into the restaurant to the very end of the meal, it was absolutely faultless. Giving this restaurant 5* is an understatement.

Myself and our football group attended rice and spice for a meal, Rahim and his team was very welcoming, the food and service was top notch best meal i had ate out in ages. I wish to thank everyone involved in the preparation and presentation of our meal on tonight. It was exceptional in every way and added so much to our enjoyment of what was a football team gathering. Please pass on my special thanks to all the staff at Rice and Spice. We will certainly be coming again and we will have no hesitation in recommending you to all our friends

Not much of a reviewer but Booked a family event at this restaurant. Was recommended by a friend all i can say it is excellent food and service. We tried a variety of currys the lamb was amazing also the king prawn, the naan bread was on another level. Definitely recommend.

First visit recently with my niece but it won't be the last! Delicious food, friendly waiters and lovely, comfy restaurant. I had the vegetable pakora (which were huge 😁), paneer saag and we shared a coconut rice and pashwari naan. My niece had aloo chat puree and chicken tikka malaya which she said was lovely. Everything was spot on and so tasty! Definitely my new favourite indian restaurant in Tameside!

Myself and my grandson ate here on 2/9/23 and as usual the food was plentiful and delicious,the service is always great and nothing is too much trouble that’s the reason it’s our favourite restaurant

Went here for first time after mum recommended the guy asked me if I like it will I do a review and you know what I think it deserved that review! Had the butter chicken it was perfect great flavour great big pieces of meat which I love but the surprise winner on the night was the prawn cocktail! I had it as a starter and wanted more! Good value, quick, and great customer service highly recommended from me!

Fantastic food! Excellent service from really friendly staff. Fantastic prices, we had a five course meal each for £14:99 but they also do a three course meal for £9:99, and the food is gorgeous. We've been on numerous occasions now, and it just gets better and better. The chef will cook your dish and add any extras that you want, eg, extra chillies or garlic 🧄 etc. The service is fantastic and so friendly. The food is amazing. This is our go to place for a long time to come! Also, it's take your own alcohol!

Food was late and arrived stone cold, poppadoms weren't fresh and naan bread and chips had sweated in the packaging (that had obviously been left a long time) until they were like rubber. Not happy for the price. Salad was unedible.

I was told that the rice n spice is I nice restaurant so we booked a table tonight and we were not disappointed the staff were attentive from the minute we walked in the place is nicely decorated and spotless the food is very good and plenty of it it's great that you can take in your own beers and wine ,I would highly recommend this restaurant a big thanks to the staff for a great experience and we will definitely be going back *****

A top Indian restaurant, would recommend highly to anyone who feels like trying something new in manchester. The step up menu is a must to try out, for decent price. They have highly quality and tasty food within the menu. The mix starter and Bombay aloo was the highlight of the day for me. Can't fault the food. Got the set meal for 2 for £24.99. It was more than enough. The chicken tika starter was so soft and full of flavour. Would highly recommend and best curry house in duckinfield.

A BIG PROBLEM.... I have had an issue like this before. If I tell you just how outstanding this restaurant is, how excellent the staff were, how superb the food was, how tasty and fresh everything single item we ordered was, how nice the atmosphere is, how generous the portions are, how well priced it is and even how easy it is to park. Then it will get harder and harder to get a table at what is easily one of the very very best curry houses I have been to, and I have eaten in a lot of them ! Seriously, this place is a hidden gem. If you want an exceptional meal in nice unrushed surroundings served by genuinely nice local lads, you MUST try here. You will be pleased you did.

A great little restaurant hidden away in dukinfield, fantastic food and great people. It's well worth a visit if your in the mood for some great Indian/Bengali flavours. The chefs signature dishes are on point, dont forget the Biscoff milkshake it will leave drooling from every slurp 😋
