The Vestry in Islington

We had a lovely time at The Vestry. Cocktails were delicious and different. Highly recommended and we will definitely visit again soon.

Fantástica cena grupal en The Vestry para nuestra cena anual de corbata negra. ¡Qué hermoso lugar! Muy bonito, y nos quedamos encantados cuando descubrimos que el gasto mínimo también nos aseguró todo el listón. Una mezcla de velas brillantes, cócteles hipster y calle rústica. La historia de Sepulchre, The Vestry es hermosa y ofrece menús grupales con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Comimos en la antigua sacristía en sí misma, un increíble espacio cavernoso en la parte posterior del bar, y tuvimos 3 empleados dedicados para la noche, que no pudieron haber estado más atentos, así como Thom, que se encargó de nuestra reserva y se encargó de nuestra cada solicitud Somos un grupo ruidoso (coro) y terminamos la noche con algunas interpretaciones emocionantes de 'Jerusalén' y 'Swing Low, Sweet Chariot', ¡así que fue muy útil tener nuestro propio espacio! La comida era estupenda por el precio, ¡me encantó especialmente el huevo escocés! Cócteles increíbles y, en general, una noche fantástica, elegante y de gran valor. Lo único que diría es que podría trabajar en sus opciones veganas ya que no había ninguna, pero realmente apreciamos que haya trabajado con nosotros para encontrar una forma de darle una comida sabrosa a nuestro comensal vegano. ¡Muchas gracias de nuevo!

Reservamos una mesa para ver la final de la Copa del Mundo; Incluso llamamos y obtuvimos garantías de que la mesa había sido reservada y que estaba frente a una pantalla para ver el partido. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos allí, la mesa no estaba a la vista de un televisor y no se ofreció ninguna solución. Es injusto tomar reservas que no puedes honrar, afortunadamente encontramos un buen pub cerca para ver el partido.

Tuvimos nuestra recepción de boda en el Vestry en mayo y fue ACE. Reservamos con unos meses de anticipación, y un miembro entusiasta del equipo nos ayudó a clasificar la comida y el vino con anticipación, y realmente nos cuidó durante la carrera y la noche. Tuvimos alrededor de 80 invitados, y todos pasaron un tiempo fantástico. El Vestry tiene un gran ambiente, y el equipo es atento pero relajado. También hicimos uso exclusivo del hotel boutique de seis habitaciones sobre su local de al lado, el Fox & Anchor. Las habitaciones son increíbles, y con una buena relación calidad-precio. En retrospectiva, la habitación en la parte superior de tres tramos de escaleras tal vez no sea el lugar donde debería poner a su suegro de 79 años. . . ¡pero todas las habitaciones son hermosas!

I booked the Venue for my 30th birthday party and could not have been more impressed. From the set up of the venue through to the communication leading up to the event and the service on the evening, everything was top class. The Bar staff were incredibly helpful and helped everyone have an amazing evening. Thank you so much to everybody at The Vestry for making it such a great event, for anybody in two minds about choosing this venue, I highly recommend.

16 of us had the full English with Guiness and Champagne. Food was excellent and the drinks went down a storm. Tom and the staff were great. We will definitely go back.

Had a few drinks and food with a client at The Vestry; nice enough place with a could selection of beverages - however the bar staff weren’t experienced in making cocktails. Even though there were cocktails advertised; oh well, the beer and wine was good. Food platters were nice without being memorable

Went on a Wednesday night, so can't speak for busier nights (although was surprised it wasn't more full, as it looks lovely both inside and out). Good bar staff, happy to bring drinks over to table when it was quiet enough. Music was nice, not too loud, just enough to keep a nice atmosphere. I wouldn't say drinks were cheap, but pretty much standard pricing for cocktails in London these days. Classy location that will impress anyone you bring along

Used the back meeting room for a gathering of 11 industry folk. Great meeting room, good facilities, excellent service.

We had a private party and screening of a tv show here. 25 people comfortably accommodated. Good sized TV and good sound. Food was really good and wine delicious. Really friendly and staff/chef very flexible about dietary requirements. Can recommend....

Great, friendly little place. Everyone was very helpful and all the food was really nice and spot on for a drinks party.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Some of the food options are a bit pricey but very tasty. They also do one off everts that are worth the money but book up asap!
