Went in looking to buy a new Vape as a aternitive to smoking. The owner stated that my old vape was no longer working. He was very helpful in picking out a good quality vape at a good price. There are a good selection of vapes on offer to choose from with knowledgeable staff to help you pick the best one for you needs. He showed me how to set up the new vape and also put the bigger glass in for me. He was helpful in explaining how to prime a new coil and he was paitient with me whilst I decided on what flavoured juice I wanted. After I made my choice, he explained that the juices are all made in the shop by them and they do not add sweetners or anything. Which has made the juice still tasting great without the sweet texture. Vape was £68 Juice was big bottle at £25 As of writing this review, I have had my vape for 4 weeks. I dont smoke cigarettes anymore and I still have half a bottle of my juice left over. Had an issue with the coil that came with my device. The coil got stuck. I took it into the store. They helped me sort the coil and gave me a free one as an apology. Prices of coils for my particular vape. £4 I was a bit iffy at first using this store, but now I am glad I did. 5/5. Across the board. If your looking for a vape or want to change, speak with the staff and they will happily help you make the best choice for your needs. The owner also warned me that 1.5g nicotine can be a bit harsh of the throat and he was right. I will probably go down a level on the nicotine. All in all. Huhe reccomendations to this buisness!!

This is the best vape we've ever tried! It's the only place from where we buy e-liquid from 6 years ,and I'm very happy we found this place ! The vape is clean , doesn't leave that sugary taste in your mouth ( like most of the vape do ) and it doesn't burn the coil ! Staff is always friendly and very helpful!

Been my regular shop for years now, Staff always very helpful not like other stores where all they are interested in is upselling or recommending a kit that I do not need. All natural flavoured e liquid mixed and made by the business themselves! Nice to know what exactly is going into my juice. Moved to the ears a few years ago this is the only place I have found local that’s best for juice, No added rubbish, artificial sweeteners, doesn’t ruin coils. Every time I go in the gentleman is very helpful The loyalty system is a added bonus

Very nice and "dose the job" cbd sweets, they may sound exspensive at first for sweets £29.99 but for the amount of cbd u get compared to what I orderd online from "blessed cbd" supposed to be uk no1 they only give you less than half cbd as u get from here nearly 3 times the price at 69.99 for very similar sweets taste better f,in good price

Very bad experience with an employee, I asked him for some specific pods and litterally showed him my vape and when he gave me the pack I asked if it's the right one since it looked similar to an old version next you know he literally starts cursing at me cause I'm a foreigner. I walked out opened it and turns out I was right, he did give me the wrong one and I had to go get a refund, he didn't listen but wanted to get rid of me at first.

The worst E Liquid I have ever tasted, they didnt taste anything like the flavours they were supposed to be and they all burnt my throat and made cough really badly. Tried to contact them regarding my purchase and have had no reply at all. The worst customer service and E liquid I have ever had the misfortune to experience. Do not buy from this seller, you will be severely disappointed and out of pocket as their E liquid is unvapeable

Nice chap and was helpful. But there liquids do lack flavour. I bought a few diffrent kinds and all had a very slight flavour unlike others I have tried.

Popped in here for a looksee today while visiting from Winchester. Walked out having spent £80! Males my local vape shop seem carbootish. Big shop with cabinet after cabinet of ecigs and mods. Massive range of popular brand liquids including sicboy. Definitely recommend

I''m a vaping newbie and had bought a vape machine from my local supermarket which I really didn't get on with, The vape shop were able to sort me out with a decent vape pen and Paul's advice on a suitable tobacco flavoured liquid was spot on. I'll be back.

Best vape store in boscombe if you are looking for quality liquids and vapes

I have been shopping here for years and have always found the staff patient, helpful and informative. BUT when I went in with a broken £39 Mod Box I'd had for around 3 months they didn't want to know. I shan't be returning.

Used to be my go to place, but after things have changed so has staff. And the way things are done. It feels slack, and not professional. If your new to vape, you might find yourself a cheap mod or thing. But if you been doing it a bit longer, i feel their juice lacks flavor and staff really just want to sell things to you not help you.

Friendly woman and friendly man called Pat who are always happy to help and have great knowledge of the products! I stopped smoking tobacco the minute I started vaping and I love it! Thanks guys

Awkward opening hours and internet orders take too long to arrive there. Might as well use the one in Boscombe direct. The helpful guy who sold me my first vape kit (which is excellent and I still use) seems to have left. Email contact is fast tho. In fact they were very quick to let me know that they blocked my internet account because of my review. Shame. Guess it's easier to block me than hear bad news. Credit to them for sticking up for themselves tho. They don't need my biz.

As an ex-smoker (still a nervous wreck :)), I LOVE these guys! Nothing is too much trouble for them, and I've been using them for the past couple of years. They are knowledgeable and sweet to this rather confused ol' lady. All this time, I've only had ONE problem with my order - and that was entirely of my own making, yet they re-filled my order right then and there and didn't charge me any extra for my mistake. Nice young fellas that are just regular Joe's - very patient and nothing's too much for them!

Just left the Boscombe shop. Given great customer service, the staff really knew what they were talking about! They always make you feel welcome and always walk away happy. And what a great selection of juices too!!

Bloke didn't even know how to work the vapour pen liquids made me sick and even worse was £15 more expensive than other shops. If they don't know how to work products they shouldn't be aloud to run the business.

I visited the store looking for a starter kit and advice and got exactly what I was looking for. The advice was great and the product very reasonably priced. Totally recommend, thanks guys. :-)
