The Travellers Well in Neath Port Talbot

Popped in as soon as it opened as in need of a drink (car in garage)non alcohol but then realised I didn't have any cash on me. The lovely land lady offered squash with no charge. Will definitely be returning for a drink and joining in with the quiz on a wednesday as I want to see it filled with people and a lovely atmosphere

Quite noisy in the early hours of the evening... It's a family pub so there are young people. Not complaining just an observation

Had a fantastic experience at the travellers well. The service was excellent, and the staff were absolutely amazing. The menu has a wide range of starters, mains and deserts. We had fiery chicken for starters followed by steak which was perfectly prepared. The standard here has always been top notch, and it’s good to see this maintained over the years. Trust me it’s worth a visit.

Lovely pub, great regulars, always stop off here for a quick pint! Great local feel about the place! Always a friendly welcome here!

Strictly cash only, kind of annoying in 2023. Otherwise its a good drinking spot

A really decent pub, I've been drinking in the Travs for many years off and on and it's the nicest pub in ponty area imo

The place is very good pricing, as of the date of this review, the price of a pint of strongbow cider was £2.50, very nice inside, well worth a visit.

What lovely traditional pub ,a tasty pint ,ham rolls and the locals made us feel very welcome. Il definitely be calling again in the near future.

Stopped off for a quick half in here as on a drive through South Wales. We were far from locals but made to feel very welcome. Barmaid was very happy to help. £3 a pint too!

Called in during a Sunday afternoon walk, after hearing great things about the place, hoping for a hot drink and a snack only to be told gruffly and somewhat sarcastically that they didn't do either. The place looks lovely, it's just a shame about the lack of a welcome.
