I feel like the quality of service and cakes have been stooped very low. Last year Dee made an amazing birthday cake however this year I believe it was absolutely atrocious and no effort was put into the cake. Does not pick up calls or message back either.

Thank you to Dee and her team for our beautiful cake. Everyone absolutely loved it. Will be coming back for more in the futute !

If I could give 0 stars I would, but seeing as 1 is the lowest it will have to do. This lady has caused nothing but upset and stress for my family. She was booked and paid on time to provide a cake for my brothers wedding, however on the day turned up over an hour late, with a cake which was literally slanted. It was noticed by everyone how the cake was tilted to one side, she ruined the schedule for the DJ, who just before she decided to turn up, advised not to even bother with the cake anymore as it had already pushed the day back too much. Taste wise, it was mediocre, no one commented on it saying it was nice, just how it was slanted (what a lovely memory for someone’s wedding day). After the wedding she was contacted on multiple occasions by my sister in law and was literally ignored , she only replied once my brother messaged off his own page. She then agreed to a refund of £100, this has then had to be chased up with her. On two occasions she advised the refund was going to be sent, only for it not to be sent and again had to be chased up. Now that we have explained to her we will contact trading standards, she has taken it as a ‘threat’, as a business owner she should understand that customers have the right to use that service, which is provided for customers who don’t receive the service they have paid for and is not a threat at all. I mean you only have to look at previous reviews to see how awful the company and its products are. Please do yourself a favour, save the upset and stress, do not use this company. The owners attitude is also shocking for someone who should have a good level of customer service, maybe she needs some training to learn how to deal with customers appropriately.

Awful lady and awful business. She absolutely ruined my wedding day turning up an hour late which ruined our schedule for the day and caused unnecessary stress. To add to this, the cake was melting and lopsided. She ignored my messages and calls after the wedding to discuss this, my husband finally got through to her, she admitted fault and promised a partial refund and three months later we have not been compensated, she just makes excuses. It's absolutely appalling and I'm left shocked and saddened that someone could firstly provide such poor customer service on someone's wedding day and then not even follow through on a resolution.

AWFUL! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL BUSINESS! The owner of this company called “Dee” provided us with our wedding cake. It was SO expensive. She turned up an in HOUR late to our wedding! When the cake eventually arrived, it was SLANTED! We then asked for a small compensation for all that happened. She agreed a partial refund. Three months later and she still hasn’t provided us with a partial refund even having messaged us to say she will send a refund to us. Shocking business! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Causing unnecessary stress on our wedding day.

It was such a shame because years ago, Denise had done cakes for mine and family's weddings, which were 5 star quality, look, and taste. Since, we've ordered a number of times and the cakes are consistently dry - one we couldn't even get a slice out of as it crumbled as it was cut. Another tasted pretty dire and another was pure flavourless stodge which we had to eat with custard to get through. The customer service is lovely and the aesthetics are obviously the focus, but I won't come back, unfortunately. They're not worth the price given 3/4 of our experiences.

I’ve ordered twice from Toffee Nosed Cake Company and both have been excellent. The first was an afternoon tea set for two, the second was my partner’s birthday cake (single tier lemon cake). Both were delicious, well decorated and reasonably priced. Lovely business owner/s too. We’ll be using them again I’m sure!

Stunning Afternoon Tea from the Toffee Nosed Cake Company! What a wonderful experience I had with Dennice from start to finish. Arranged for a very special ‘lockdown’ birthday gift, Dennice was brilliant, she responded quickly and talked through the afternoon tea, taking into account any food requirements. And the end result was fantastic, beautifully presented, the sandwiches were sumptuous, lots of filling and lovely tasting fresh bread. And then a plethora of delicious cakes to satisfy anybody’s tastes. It was very well received and talked about for the rest of the day. I’d like to thank Dennice for such a wonderful service.

The afternoon tea was superb and beautifully presented. There was a wonderful selection of cakes which were all absolutely delicious. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and felt it was very good value. Thank you we had a brilliant tea.

I haven't a bad word to about this business. The owner Dennice is a really lovely lady, she did my birthday cake which was great and then I opted to try the Afternoon Tea which she delivered for my Moms birthday, we both couldn't get enough - best AT we have ever had, we couldn't stop raving about it! Great food, great prices -totally recommend.

We first met Dennice, the owner of Toffee Nosed Cakes at the end of 2018 at a wedding fayre in Birmingham. We tried a few samples and were impressed with the flavours of the cakes. We decided to book our wedding cake to be made for October 2019. We paid our deposit and carried on with our planning. As our wedding drew nearer we passed our requests on the design of the cake via email to Dennice, asking for a autumnal themed cake. We had noticed the various extravagant designs posted on the Instagram page and were confident that we would receive the same standard. As the wedding drew nearer we were disappointed that Dennice failed to finalise our designs but we were comforted in the fact that Toffee Nosed Instagram page continued to post beautiful cakes. However, on the day of the wedding what actually turned up was an embarrassment. A plain cake with three large plastic flowers attached that were no way autumnal. My partner explicitly requested that the colour pink was not used, so the pink flowers on the cake were a shock. The base of the cake was in an absolute state with the cake having various gaps, it just looked messy and not something you would expect for £400. Luckily the confetti we used for the wedding which consisted of real dried flower petals saved the day when sprinkled around the cake. The cake didn’t even taste that great, we had a number of guests report that the cake was a ‘little disappointing’ ‘tasted poor’ and that it was highly likely that ‘margarine has been used’ due to the strange taste and quality. We also ordered numerous cupcakes that were appropriate for the various Vegans who attended the day, I can only describe these as slop. There was no surprise that they went untouched. The cake to summarise was abysmal but that pales in contrast to the ridiculous response from Dennice when we questioned her post-wedding a few days later. After expressing our concerns, we were ultimately met with Dennice passing the blame to us saying that we didn’t provide enough direction whilst at the same time saying she follows her customers direction to the letter. Totally contradictory. Dennice then failed to respond to numerous messages and when she did eventually respond she refused to discuss the issue further feigning mental health preservation. To summarise, if you want a cake that looks like her numerous instagram posts, prepare to be disappointed and if it does go wrong, expect to be ignored. Avoid.

Friendly staff but disappointing products. They do offer a selection of eggless, vegan and gluten free cakes. Having placed a large order however, the cakes received were dry, haphazardly cut into different sizes and shapes. Granted they are of different flavours (which is just the topping, the sponges were the same - tasteless and dry), looked like a child had baked the cakes. Perhaps the order was larger than what they can manage?

Dee, was a suburb lady, a pleasure to talk to. She didn't hesitate to take time out of her day to discuss my requirements, and have a chat. A short notice order no hesitation in taking the order. Bless you Dee.

Went for a cake and ended up having a parking ticket.Any shops which endorse this enforcement charges should be avoided at all costs.

Dee is absolutely amazing, she talented and she’s a proper listener, I mentioned what I wanted in a theme of a cake she absolutely nailed it with her imagination and the thought she’s made me love the cake to the maximum level, no over exaggeration the moment she bought it out to show me I was stunned, my kids 18th birthday was a great joy as the twins loved this cake the way she added thought was just them, I 110% recommend her Toffee Nosed cakes, she’s amazing.. Dee using you again hun.... the celebrations will be memorable, you nailed it xxxxx

After a recent 1st time visit to the mall itself I have been issued an extortionate £100 parking ticket. The cake shop appeared empty at the time so I didn't get tempted to go inside but I had genuinely thought of visiting again. That decision later proved to be extremely costly as a parking penalty charge of £100 was imposed (reducing only to £60!! if paid within 14 days). It appears there is a concerted effort on punishing potential customers with manually taken CCTV of peoples' movement and their vehicle. BUYER BEWARE the owners of this shop feel this is a justifiable parking operation! There are plenty of other cake shops further up Dudley Road towards Wolverhampton town centre to enjoy without fear of an over zealously imposed parking charge.

Thanks to The Toffee nosed Cake co, for doing such a great cake, at such short notice. I messaged on facebook close to midnight last night, explaining my dilemma, I had a message from Denise @ 7am to call her back. I explained what I was expecting, and my daughter had her heart set on a drip cake and her favourite colour Teal. As it was such short notice, the eggless substitute wasn't available. My cake was ready before 4pm. My daughter was overwhelmed, and happy.

I recieved a gift for afternoon tea for my birthday, My partner and I took some time off to go and use this.I hadn't been for an 'afternoon tea' before, or if I have, hasn't been for many years so I can't remember...We had a great time, sandwiches, cake, meringue and scones!The food was delicious and we were pretty hungry and left full.. Plenty of varied foods and we ate asked about allergies and preference first too..Great service and lovely food!

I visited with my sister for her birthday present. We arrived early and was given our choice of seat. We ordered our tea and coffee and was presented with our food. The choice of sandwiches were ok egg, tuna sweet corn, cheese and ham salad. We asked for one of the scones to be exchanged for a plain one as my sister does not like fruit. All the cakes were very good we even brought a piece back for our husbands. The surroundings however was not so good a good dusting and general tidy was needed it was what I call rough around the edges. The couple which ran the place were lovely and really helpful. Probably won’t return as I have been to better places for afternoon tea.

Good points- Lovely husband and wife team, no airs and graces, cakes served with afternoon tea we’re homemade and delicious, so much so we purchased extra to take home, tea and coffee was also excellent. We were served a strawberry and elderflower mocktail, again delicious. Not so good points - Upon hearing the name Toffee Nosed I expected a posh, high end establishment, but it couldn’t be further from the truth. The building is shabby and very cold, I had to keep my coat on throughout my visit. The bread on the sandwiches was a little dry although the fillings were delicious. This could be a lovely little eatery if the coffee shop was professionally decorated and had heating.

Was a little disappointed with the selection of food on offer. A slight damp smell when we went inside the establishment. Plus side the gentleman who served us was very polite and smiled. Tea or coffee was abundant. Sorry to say I could not recommend to anyone. Don't think the cost per person was real value for money.

Lovely tearoom. Denise couldnt do enough for us. We all had afternoon tea, there was 4 of us and 1 was gluten free. The sandwiches were lovely and fresh( thank goodness no fresh salmon) which none of us are keen on. Great selection. Also the cakes were fresh and so moist, 4 different varieties and a scone with cream and jam. Lovely. Denise is so friendly and helpful. Recommend going.

Everything was gorgeous. Presentation is spot on. Cakes taste beautiful. The lady who owns it is lovely. Will help with anything you need. We are using her for a wedding cake and she has been so helpful. Prices are great. Cannot fault this place.

Booked this afternoon tea through Groupon. As there are five of us we struggle to get deals but Toffee Nosed Cake Company were doing a 2, 3 or 4 option so we jumped at the chance. The cafe is far from posh but the ambiance is good and it's all about the cakes, given the owners reputation. It was school holidays so the owner had some of her children there helping out. It was quite busy but we were seated quickly. The food was great as as the moctails! All in all a good experience and excellent value for money. Only gripe was that the place was freezing.

We Really looked forward to going.The Plastic chairs were not most comfortable.Very close to each Other so much so afraid in case you knocked the next tables pressecco off. Not enough sandwiches so much so kept having to ask everyone at our table how many sandwiches each had had to make sure everyone had had the same amount which was horrible.Too many cakes. plus 4 scones. Had to ask for more jam and cream. Not attentive at all to our table. No one came to the table at all to ask if we were happy if we needed anything. No refills offered at all. Had to ask for a refill that never came. Dead roses on table in stale water. No room on table to put anything. No one offered to take anything away to make more room on table. Glass cabinet on counter looked like it needed cleaning. Was not value for money. Sadly didn't enjoy the experience at all or money spent. I would not recommend.

I cannot fault the service or friendliness displayed. I ordered a large themed cake for my little boys’ birthday which did not give Dee much time at all given the short notice. She was accommodating and went out of her way to ensure I wasn’t disappointed. The cake itself was gorgeous and I would certainly use her again. Highly recommended.

My friends took me here for afternoon tea.... which was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with a quirky vintage feel to the cafe adding to the experience. Following our visit I ordered an anniversary cake for my parents which put simply..... was FANTASTIC! Everyone who came commented on how great it looked and tasted. I can't recommend this lady enough, I'm definately sticking with her for all future orders.

We have purchased a Groupon for here. Have booked in twice and it has been closed twice. Proprieter not very apologetic when contacted and actually reprimanded us for 'having a go'. All the customer skills of a baboon sat on a hot rock on a hot day with piles..... Avoid.

My partner purchased a Groupon for here. We booked in as per the terms and conditions. It came to the day and when we got there is was closed. We were not the only ones that turned up. We contacted the owners and they claimed electrical problems. However they were not very apologetic and the tone of reply was.....abrupt. Despite this we gave them another chance and rebooked in. Again closed. Avoid as you will only waste petrol getting there. And if the owner reads this I wholeheartedly advise you to go on some form of customer service training. That and work out how doors work and open them when you know you have customers coming. I will.not be going back for a third try.

Requested a last minute birthday cake and I must say I was not dissapointed....4 tier cake of pure heaven....(lemon and Victoria sponge) .... Have eaten here as well, great service , food is delightful and fresh.. A hidden gem in Penn

Cupón groupon para el té de la tarde para mí y sobrina para celebrar su cumpleaños. A su llegada señaló un olor de comida frita, que no era muy agradable. Estaba hablando con alguien Dennice pero vinieron y sentar luego nos preguntó si queríamos té o café. La primera impresión fue que era el lugar necesitan una reforma. Tuvimos una agradable combinación de colores rosa y fotos bonitas, pero donde el alféizar había sido pintado de blanco, que habían ido a los marcos de color rosa, así que no un aspecto profesional. Había migas de comida en el suelo alrededor de nuestra zona de mesa. El azúcar tenía una costra seca azúcar cannister en que tuve que quitar antes de que lo usamos. Anteriormente había llamado con dieta, pero fuimos a través de ellos de nuevo para estar seguro como cuando hablé con ella por teléfono ella parecía distraído. Bocadillos eran bonitas, hecha y teníamos dos rondas de pan por persona. Un bollo cada tienda comprar! Además de una selección de tartas caseras, todavía no he comido, pero tomado en casa. También me hablaron de ella era el cumpleaños de mi sobrina, pero no había buenos deseos envió su camino, esto no era imprescindible, pero que faltaba un nicety! Tuvimos que pedir un plato de comida para poner nuestro, tuvimos que pedir una recarga de café que recibí entonces tuve que pedir uno para mi sobrina, luego tuvimos que pedir leche. Servicio de atención al cliente era pobre y el servicio no era atento. Tenía astillado Dennice en esmalte de uñas, que no es buena en los lugares de comida y no parece demasiado higiénica. Personalmente, yo no volvería ni recomendar este lugar. Necesita un miembro de Dennice personal al frente de la casa con buenas habilidades de servicio al cliente y necesidades a mirar el detalle más sutiles para hacer experiencia de un cliente. Me pregunto cómo muchas personas van para volver. Es una pena realmente.

No mistaking the talent behind these delicious cakes! The birthday cake for my daughters 21st was the best I've ever eaten, including my wedding cake!! (Made elsewhere). Highly recommend for everything from afternoon tea to that special occasion cake.

We went here for afternoon tea using our groupon voucher. We had a very warm welcome from Denice, who showed us to our seats and took our drink orders. She came back shortly after with our drinks and afternoon tea. She gave us a brief description of the cakes and sandwich fillings we had in our selection and then left us to enjoy.

I had my 30th birthday party here and it was lovely. We had afternoon tea with cocktails with 15 ladies and 7 children. The atmosphere was brilliant and everybody enjoyed the food and drinks. Its a great place to celebrate and indulge in some lovely treats!

My daughter treated me to an" Afternoon Tea " for a "Mother's Day treat on the Monday after, we were offered tea or coffee as soon as we sat down, and then waited for over half an hour for the sandwiches and cakes to arrive, there were only two other people in the tea room when we arrived so did not understand the long wait. Denise was on her own and by the time we were ready to go more prebooked parties had arrived. I think Denise would have benefited from having an extra person to help her especially as she knew she would be busy with the booked parties.

We just had afternoon tea today, this was a gift from our friend. The food was was very fresh and the carrot cake was to die for.

The cakes are made to such a wonderful standard, could easily go into a cake coma with a hot chocolate to wash it down

Had afternoon tea here with my mother. Cakes were lovely and sandwiches were good. The place was cold and needed updating but Dennise was lovely. Only offered a pot of tea and had to buy our next hot drink.

My sister had booked the three of us an afternoon tea to celebrate my birthday. We were greeted warmly by Dennice and offered tea or coffee. Coffee wasn't the best so for refill's we had tea. Afternoon tea was good with a nice variety of sandwiches and cakes. I quite liked the decor but the chairs are very uncomfortable. Overall a good experience.

I'd tasted a friends birthday cake from Denise earlier last year, it was beautiful so decided months in advance I'd ask her to do my birthday cake. I asked for 3 specific things for the cake to include taste wise.

My 11 year old daughter paid for this via Groupon for her nanny's 70th. Unfortunately the whole place looks very tired from outside and was a disappointing first impression.

A fab afternoon. Mochtail for two. Sandwiches great fillings. Cake wow so nice. Scones cream and jam. Tea/coffee. I will go again most enjoyable.

Visited here last weekend using a voucher purchased from groupon for afternoon tea for 2 people with mocktails. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly owner who showed us to our table and took our drink order. I opted for an English breakfast tea while my partner chose a peppermint tea from the good selection of teas available. The food itself did not take too long to arrive, especially as there were 3 other tables having afternoon tea at the same time as us. We were immediately impressed with the presentation and selection and was very pleased that everything tasted as good as they looked. The portion size was perfect, we just had 1 small cake left over which we took with us to have later. Speaking to the owner after we had finished we found out that she runs cupcake decorating classes on Sundays so am considering giving that a go. All in all I would recommend and will be returning.

I would just like to thank the owner SO very very much for making THE most AMAZING Birthday Cake for my husbands birthday. The brief given was to make a delicious big chocolate orange cake with fabulous decoration. The owner delivered the cake to where the party was an hour before hand (this was last night) and that was the first time I actually saw my husbands birthday cake and it most certainly exceeded the brief!!!! It looked amazing!!!!! All our guests were asking where I had used as it could not of tasted more delicious and look more fabulous. Going forward I will most certainly be using 'The Toffee Nosed Cake Company' for all my future Birthday cake orders. Many Thanks Again,

I arranged for Dennice to make our wedding, which we decussed to have the groom to have a grey suit with a Batman tshirt and Pumar trainers. Also the bride to have a cheeky grin on it face. The figures were out of proportion and were sized incorrectly with one another. The tiers were not straight and looked unprofessional. The decoration on the cake was poor and I feel the amount I paid was over priced for quality.

Reviews were mixed for this place so I wasn't expecting much. My friend and I had a good mixture of sandwich fillings (my friend being vegetarian was catered for extremely well) the cake were so fresh and light and ALL homemade! The scones were also still warm. The food was really enjoyable. Service was very friendly albeit a tad slow but hey-the lady was doing it all on her own. It's really easy to find and with free on street parking right outside. We really enjoyed it, and would go again! So glad we tried it!

I do support local businesses and after realising this establishment was not just a cake bake shop I excitedly visited for a bite to eat. We came for a brunch, rather than for cakes.

Arrived late, but not a problem, very quiet for a Friday. Had a lovely chat with the owner, lovely carrot cake, had to ask for more tea but not a major. A pleasant afternoon tea.

We visited here after finding cupcake decoration lessons on groupon and really fancied giving it a go.

I went after my friend purchased a groupon voucher for me, her and 2 other friends. We read some of the reviews so went with an open mind as some of the reviews where bad. We found it lovely, the sandwiches were fresh, the scones were warm, my friend needs decaf tea and she did this for us and the cakes were lovely. One review I read said "they left feeling hungry" I don't know how as we all had 4 triangles of sandwich each, a scone and 2 pieces of cake each which left us feeling full but not sick. It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere and we will definately be reaturning in the future.

After reading the reviews was a bit anxious about going but have to say could not fault the food at all. The cakes were definitely made fresh and the sandwiches were also lovely.

Attended late morning as a family for hot drinks and cake. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and the cafe had a lovely vintage look to it. Best of all were the cakes, the carrot cake was moist and delicious and the scones were the best we've ever tasted. Will definitely visit again :)

I saw this company on groupon and decided to purchase afternoon tea as a treat for my mom, unfortunately the whole experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival it became clear that the owner was the only member of staff, she was rushed off her feet and later said to us that she was by herself because another member of staff had recently quit. I don't believe this for one minute as after reading other reviews from months ago the same poor excuse was said to them. Tables were left uncleared and were left waiting to simply get a cup of tea. Although the cakes tasted nice the portion size was not enough at all, the tiny triangle sandwiches ensured that I left there still hungry. The owner is ruining her own business by her poor practice, you can not do things half heartedly and expect to gain returning customers who recommend you to family and friends. It's all good saying that you were a master chef semi finalist but you need to be able to deliver the goods.

I was given a groupon voucher for my birthday. We got booked with our second choice date, so no problem. On arrival we were greeted by the owner who is really lovely. It seems that Groupon (who you have to book with, not the owner) booked several tables for the same time. We were one of 3 or 4 booked for 1pm. I think this explains why it took so long to be served. If the owner has no control over the bookings they're not staggered correctly and delays can happen.

Had Groupon voucher for my birthday in January and had to wait for 4 months to get booked in food was ok but not great after waiting 40 min not value for money very slow service due to one person working no customer service what so ever no ambience in the place tired dummy cakes in the window

Agree with many of the reviews. Booked afternoon tea for my mothers birthday, using the groupon offer. Waited nearly 30 minutes before the drinks were served and nearly an hour before the food was served. When it came the sandwiches were satisfactory although the banana cake and scones were delicious. The owner was on her own and as the place was quite busy she was constantly interrupted from dealing from each customers order. Definitely needs more staff to assist with clearing tables and getting the orders sorted. This really let the place down. Although the food was filling it was expensive for really what was just a plate of sandwiches and cakes. Just being truthfull and honest.

Waited half an hour for our drinks and over an hour for our afternoon tea. When asking how much longer it would be after seeing a table of 4 arrive after us get there's I was told by the owner it would be a further 10/15 minutes as she was singlehanded as a member of staff quit some weeks ago and everything was made fresh. Maybe pointing this out when we first arrived would have managed our expectations a bit better. Very small portions for the amount you pay. If they're going to book in afternoon tea perhaps they should concentrate on this instead of also trying to run a cafe at the same time. Too many orders for one person to deal with.

We were looking for somewhere to have lunch and came across this little cafe. The owner was working by herself to freshly prepare our order so we did not mind the wait for the food. Drinks were served promptly, tables and chairs were clean, owner was very friendly and the food was delicious. Very reasonably priced. Would go back based on this visit.

this afternoon tea was given as a gift - the afternoon tea per person consisted of three corners of a less than fresh sandwich, one piece of cake (not homemade as expected), a scone with jam and cream, a very small meringue and a small pot of tea which held less than two cups of tea between two people. All was served by a child in dirty, rundown surroundings. £16 was charged for this meagre offering which is an absolute insult. we were also asked to vacate the table as there were other guests expected, RUDE! I urge anyone thinking of booking a tea here, please don't. The pictures displayed are far from what is served.

We visited on March 11th, having booked with a Groupon voucher given as a gift. The café was full and the owner was obviously single handed. We were found a table and the wait started. 20-25 minutes later we were brought a small pot of tea. The teapot and cups were not clean. We weren't served with our cakes, sandwiches etc until nearly an hour after our arrival (by which time the tea was cold). We enjoyed the cakes and scones. I would not have written this review if there had been an apology for such a long wait, but none was forthcoming, either as we sat and waited or as we left.

This was our first ever visit after hearing loads of recommendations through friends on Facebook. I did read reviews before I booked and they were very mixed. I have to be totally honest that the reviews are very true. The service is friendly but nothing wow as alot of waiting around. We booked afternoon tea for a Saturday and paid full price over phone at time of booking. The owner called me day before as forgot what time I had booked for. When we turned up our table was not ready as people were just finishing up. The owner said oh that'll be your table. We stood with our two young children waiting to be seated. In the end we just sat down whilst her young son was clearing the table up. The table was never given a wipe over. We were left waiting to the point our 3 year old kept saying she hungry and kept looking over waiting for her food (Our daughter never says she is hungry! ) Empty tea cups were given straight away to us but no tea etc. We could see the owner was rushed off her feet as on her own with help from her son, but bless he only a child. Eventually our food was here, the sandwiches were nothing special. They looked like they were premade and taken out cling film and cut into triangles. The cakes and scones were tasty but overall not worth the money we paid. Loads people came in using the Groupon offer which would have been better as definitely not worth paying full price for. We ordered extra separate sandwich for our daughter but the owner forgot what I had asked for and so later cane over to ask us again. We have been yo many afternoon teas and usually are do full up after but this did not do anything like that. Maybe if we came weekday and it's quiet, we'll get different experience. Would not rush here again.
