This the the go to place for my wife and I when it comes to wanting a relaxing dinner and we're too tired to have something home cooked The grilled chicken is delicious. We tend to order from here several times a month and have perhaps only disliked the food on a couple of occasions since first ordering from here. Would highly recommend Can be on the expensive side but usually have offers on and also have a loyalty program (through just eat)

Went for some Peri Peri chicken & was really looking forward to it. I ordered half a chicken, 3 spicy wings & portion of garlic bread. Food took ages to be ready (& place was empty). We actually went to a chippy few doors down & when we came back food was still not done. Wings & garlic bread was nice but my “main” meal consisted of 2 measly little chicken legs instead of half a chicken. Had I been told that’s what I will be getting…I probably would have chosen something else. So I didn’t eat any of it & my partner tried to take it back the next day (they were closed by the time we realised what had happened same day). The staff at the shop was very rude to him & basically told him to get lost as they wouldn’t offer refund or exchange it. Needless to say none of our family or friends will go there again! Absolutely awful customer service & disgusting behaviour

food was nice and tasty but the delivery time was not really good, came late when the restaurant is not too far from where we live.

Food was delivered 15 minutes late with no updates. The chicken and chips were cold and had been cooked ages ago. Had to microwave the food again. Onion rings burned. Salad was withered. Avoid this place, waste of money. The driver was nice.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Grill Avenue in Bilston and feel compelled to share my disappointment. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere did not feel welcoming. The person serving me used incredibly disrespectful and inappropriate language when explaining that their menu was "kind of written wrong." As a customer, I found this attitude deeply unprofessional and offensive—it showed a complete lack of regard for basic customer service. To make matters worse, the food was equally disappointing. I ordered a wrap for £6.99, and not only was it very small for the price, but the taste was far from enjoyable. Overall, this was a regrettable experience, and I will not be returning. I would advise others to think twice before ordering from here.

If I could give no stars I would. I spent nearly 50 pounds on food from this place. I can tell you it was disgusting. It was all burnt! I was so surprised, looking at the food I wouldn’t even give it to anyone. I was very disappointed as I was so hungry and looking forward to trying out a new place. Never again. Every bite I was taking it was burnt burnt burnt. Nasty flavour was left in my mouth. Also forgot to give me my coleslaw I ordered which was 3 pound! I won’t get my money back and I went to sleep hungry. I couldn’t eat the food my kids couldn’t even eat it. Chips tasted as if it was fried in really old oil! Chicken tikka and mixed grill was burnt! Save your money and don’t go here! I spoke with the shop, they were useless and non sympathetic. Disgusting. Save your money. They should shut this place down, pointless place trying to rob everyone’s money with there crap food

Amazing food cooked fresh, delivered quicker than uber could update. I ordered, took delivery and finished my meal in less than 30 minutes. Keep the good food coming guys

This place is the place to go. Not cheap but definitely value for money. Their boneless thigh dinner boxes are great munch! Lemon and herb is my go-to. But tandoori flavors are just a good! Definitely recommend. Only slight suggestion is to toss the chips in peri peri seasoning as it seems like just the top chips are coated with it in the box. But doesn’t affect the score. 🔥

Waited an hour for food to arrive upon ordering - we made two items a meal & we only received the fries and not the drink with it. The thick thigh wrap was very fatty. Sheesk kebab wrap was lovely and spicy. Chilli bites were lovely however, it stated you got four per portion. We ordered two portions and only received 6 rather than 8. Was nice to try somewhere new but wouldn’t order again.

So this is the second time ordering from here and it’s some of the best food around can’t fault any of what we had

Paid £36 for three maels dinner time ,food was shocking, chicken was over cooked never been there before was going the chippy next door but the look of the place looked good, wouldn't mind but paying my half of a day's wages on a load of rubbish

I ordered my food through uber eats and the delivery driver gone to the wrong address and as i was guiding him on the phone call and text messages on the app but still he was being arrogant and saying im at the right place and after this i tried calling the restaurant and they never picked up !! God knows who he gave my food to and where he left my order !! Just to clarify his name was neeraj !! You need to sort your delivery drivers out !! Its insane that even you guide them through and they dont listen the instructions and after that restaurant doesn’t even pick your call !! Terrible experience with them

was very disappointed the chips were very small in a packet, the mango flavour could not taste it was a lot of chilli and the chips very cold. just waisted my money todsy.

This place is a complete joke,we asked if food was halal and were told reluctantly it was halal, on this occasion the food was stale,undercooked and smelt funny, on another occasion we ordered the same things without asking if it was halal and food was Bearley edible, the rice is microwaved and grill chicken is undercooked, staff think its a joke to serve non halal food to customers, when asked for halal certificate was told "take our word,its halal "

The food is too pricy for what you get, the portions are small, not whats advertised. I ordered a couple times and it wasn't great. The decor is OK, the location is standard, feels like they are trying to be nandos in a dixy chicken way and it doesn't work.

By the looks of our order we received old microwaved rice. The rice was very solid and stuck together in balls. Chicken was on the dry side. Wouldn’t have hurt to give us some sauces, would’ve thought that I’d get some with the order. Overall 4.5/10

Quality yet again food is outstanding

Bought food here yesterday and had to wait for nearly 45 mins after walking in. I watched the staff working and they were handling food after cleaning the floor with broom and pans... Mixing raw meat with cooked meat on the grill. I ordered a wrap which was bought and thrown on work surface that wasn't even clean. When I got the food the chicken was over cooked and inedible so ended up throwing it.. The staff have got no interest in serving food or customers. Avoid.

Never had an issue with food or service and would recommend this restaurant it's value for money you get your money's worth for sure

Only great thing I can say about this meal was that the chicken was cooked perfect. The rice was bland and dry, didn’t taste fresh. The coleslaw wasnt for me but wasnt awful. The chips again didnt taste fresh. You could tell that the bbq sauce its cooked in was the cheapest you could find. Personally I wouldn’t come back

What a rubbish place. £8 for a chicken burger and chips. Tiny portion of chips and the burger is like a Maccys cheeseburger. Not worth the money. Avoid. It was better under the previous management. Has a ghetto feel.

The food arrived late and cold however once we reheated it, (which is something I never really do with food) it was indeed delicious and fulfilling. I would eat from this restaurant again but certainly wouldn’t use Justeat as I don’t like cold food.

Third time ordering and third time something from the order was missing. Called the restaurant and was spoken to rudely. Delivered the missing item 25 minutes later. Restaurant is expensive but have continued to use as the food is good but will not be using this restaurant again.

16th March 2023 Update: So 4 years ago I dropped a 4 star review on this place as I really enjoyed it... but I'm now going to give them 5 🌟 😄 Honestly, I forgot that I used to order from here and was actually looking for another grill chicken place that I go to regularly. And to make matters worse, after I ordered another customer came in and was complaining about a recent negative experience they had with their food - so I had two choices; cancel my order or crack on and see... and BWAAAAAAYYYY I'm glad I cracked on because the food was DE-LIC-OUS 🤤 I'm still lickin' off my fingers haha... mango chilli wings, with mango chilli pitta... down to the mayo and the salad even tasted better than the other place I order from! And my mom whos THE hardest person to impress with anything named take-out, ate off all of hers too and is already planning on ordering some more on Sunday!!! 😂 Long story short, if you don't know about this place already, you need to rock up and enjoy because the food's banging and the guys that work there are really sound! 💯🔥🔥🔥🔥

First time ordering from here and I have to say it was amazing. I had the wings dinner box you get 6 decent sized chicken wings with a generous portion of fries and rice and a side of coleslaw the bones just slid out the chicken effortlessly and the fries are delicious too. I will definitely be ordering from here again soon

Ordered 2 x tandori chicken tikka and a coleslaw. Ordered at 22.08pm order arrived at 22.55pm estimated time changed twice, driver also changed. When food arrived food wasn't hot, there was no flavour other than chargrilled/burnt. Coleslaw wasn't anything special. The actual chicken was thigh (menu does not stipulate this) portion extremely small (more like what you get with a starter) served on warm soggy lettuce. Definitely not worth £5.99 per portion. Would not recommend!!!!

Really Gone down hill especially after changing from Love peri. The 'big' wings are small and overpriced. The portions aren't as good and the dinner boxes were better in card and tasted fresher than foil. The salad was only a bit of lettuce nothing else. Hopefully goes back to its Sizzlers or earlier Love peri days. Also our 3 chilli mayo sauces were missing which was annoying because the chicken was very dry.

Massively overpriced for the portion

(Avoid) Ordered Chicken Tikka Meal it was absolutely shocking how the portion size is 4 little pieces of chicken and cold chips also ordered boneless barbecue chicken thighs and they was too spicy my partner had to put them in the bin. I called the restaurant to ask why the portion size is so small and they said that's how it comes and they can't do much about it. I'm absolutely shocked with this order and won't be ordering again I've also requested a full refund as its a waste of money I would avoid. If you want good food order Pepe's!

Formely love peri peri. Similar food choices with menu rebranding and price increases. The food quality is not what it used to be... especially the buns they now use on the burgers.

I’m sorry but after spending £35 on this meal we are very disappointed. We had half a chicken meal which was literally chicken drumsticks with a thigh attached no breast. Salad on the meals was warm and soft. Our usual was closed today unfortunately which would normally cost £28 including 4 milkshakes. The amount we got for £35 is pathetic and we won’t be using it again. The chips was cold and the onion rings was cheap and soft. Really didn’t enjoy it and so annoyed that it costs this amount for the quality of food we received. Delivery man was the best part about this service. We was actually looking forward to trying this place but wish we hadn’t bothered now. Don’t bother wasting your money here you’ll regret it.
