Amazing food, excellent service and lovely space and atmosphere. Genuinely one of the best meals we've had, we all enjoyed our different dishes and the staff were brilliant!

Went to The Thai Corner Restaurant for lunch today. It’s a lovely little Thai oasis with delicious food and extremely well decorated. We had spring rolls and tom yum soup for starters followed by one of their curries, along with vegan crackers. All their curries can be made vegan so a great place to go for us vegans. Staff super friendly too. Definitely a hidden gem of the New Forest!!

We visited Thai Corner to celebrate my partners birthday, it was the first time we’ve been since they moved to their new premises and we were not disappointed! The food was fantastic, and the service was brilliant too. We are so lucky to have such a brilliant Thai restaurant on the waterside.

After only moving to the area I saw this come up of recommended in the area. My Dad and I gave this a try last night and they didn't disappoint. The food and service was first class from start to finish. The prices are also really good for the quality of food you get. Will definitely be coming back.

We would like to say a huge huge thank you for allowing us to have our wedding reception at the Thai Corner. Where do we start. The tables, the decoration were absolutely fabulous. The ambiance was breathtaking. The food , well what can we say..it was superb!! Every morsel was eaten! You went above and beyond.For once we were lost for words. Thank you does not convey our gratitude. Both of you 2 fabulous people who we are so lucky to call our friends, went way above our expectations, also a massive thank you to Charlie & Finn. The best Authentic Thai food !! Thoroughly recommend.

Visited Thai Corner Restaurant again recently. Excellent meal as usual. Staff welcoming and waiter service good despite the restaurant being later full. Only criticism really was that when we arrived for an early evening booking, the restaurant was near empty however within the hour the small restaurant room became full to capacity and the resultant noise became almost unbearably loud to such extent that you could not hear yourself or your partner speak. It detracted somewhat from an otherwise pleasant and enjoyable evening meal.

Excellent as always. Really delicious food and some decent non alcoholic drinks (which is a rarity in restaurants but needs to be addressed).

We booked for a rainy Saturday night and the place was packed. It is only a small restaurant, but it didn't feel like you were on top of one another. The service was excellent, friendly and professional. We had a selection of 3 starters consisting of Scallops, Dim Sum and Chicken Satay. All were delicious. For mains we had Thai Green Curry and whole Seabass with ginger and pickled plum. Both were excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic Thai food at a very reasonable price.

Great Thai food with cheerful service.

The restaurant is great, central location, car park a 2 minute walk away too. Lovely clean restaurant, it feels very cosy and welcoming. Booking is easy, and no issues with it. The owner was our waiter, really helpful, very cheerful, made us feel most welcome and at home. We haven’t been here for a year, he still remembered our favourite dishes, and the tweaks we like too, outstanding! Having spent some time (on several occasions) in Thailand, it’s awesome to find a proper restaurant which serves real Thai food. No added rubbish to bulk out (like tofu), just melt in the mouth delicious meals. Check backs on each course, perfect timing, drinks brought to our table as well. The restaurant is lovely, service is perfect, food is amazing! If this restaurant was nearer to us we’d be here every few weeks. They cater for personal requirements, so if you want something more mild, or hotter, just ask. I have been lucky enough to travel extensively, and eat out once a fortnight too. This is in my top 3 restaurants I have ever been to, one of the others is closed down, the other is a 24 hour flight away, yes, it’s that good!

Tuesday evening and we hadn’t booked, thankfully they managed to squeeze us in, within 5 minutes of us sitting down the restaurant was full. The service and the food both excellent! Can’t fault anything, everything we ordered was cooked well and really tasty. We were in Hythe on business, what a great way to end a busy day with a fantastic meal.

The surroundings are pleasant and there is plenty of parking nearby. We have been several times and are happily working our way through the menu. If you are there at the right time you can hear the spices being pounded; the staff are very proud that the pastes are produced fresh every day.

A wonderful gem of a place. Local to us in the Waterside area of The New Forest. The staff are super helpful and friendly, offering a quick and efficient service. The food was amazing. My husband had the Green curry and egg fried rice and I had the Basil stir fry and egg fried rice and we would definitely recommend both. Full of flavour. We left feeling full and happy.

Asked for spicy and I actually got spicy, which was lovely. Had pork basil with rice and a fried egg on top.

Now that the original owner has died I can no longer recommend it. I wonder how long it will survive.

We got welcomed by the lovely owner who was very lively and polite. We sat down and they gave us a jug of water without even ordering it! The waiters were very quick on their feet and they always asked how our food was and if there was anything that was not good. The portions of food are very decent. Our family all enjoyed their food and I definitely recommend coming here! It is a good place if you just want something different and delicious.

Food was goodddd, epically the coconut ice-cream and banna fritters!. Main were yummy we got thr massage curry and pad see yeww. The tom yum s out was good but we also had bbq ribs, which were a bit mid.

What a wonderful restaurant. First time we've been there. We had the sharing starter with chicken satay, ribs and battered prawns. All delicious and 4 of each so plenty to share. Then had red curry, stir fry and noodles. Again delicious and good sized portions. Banana fritters to finish were great too. Will be back to try something else! Been back again May 23. Again a brilliant choice of dishes. Loads of BBQ ribs for starter and delicious soup. Green curry wasn't too hot so just right. Loved it.

We had the spicy&sour curry. Worst Thai we have had. This place has great review scores so can only assume the other dishes are better and we were unlucky in our choice. Veg was undercooked and hard.Tofu was over cooked and mushy. Everything was swimming in spicy water. Was more like a soup than a curry. Don’t get this

The food is just excellent. We ordered to much and had to take a doggie bag home. Service great. Meeting up with family to discuss some family matters, but has a foodie family all very happy with the excellent taste of the fresh food. Seafood platter while it seems pricey was very filling. Beef salad as usual always just perfect and made an adjustment for a family member who can't take Chilli. Thank you for your attention to detail.

This is our 'go to' Thai restaurant. The owners are just so friendly and helpful. The food is authentic and so tasty. We struggle to stay away and go there reasonably regularly.

Whilst visiting a good friend this side of the Southampton Water in Hythe, we were greeted by a friendly waitress at this Thai restaurant. We didn’t have to wait or book in advance. There is plenty of room with easy access. The food is very good and I left absolutely nothing. I had the “🌶️🌶️🌶️” jungle curry for main and it was fantastic. On the level of a Madras heat wise. Altogether a very enjoyable experience and I would recommend it. It does get busy so possibly you could call ahead to see if there’s seats available.

I was more than 13 times in Thailand, and I know how it has to taste. I had tiger prawns with garlic and pepper and it was perfect. Also my husbands chicken with cashew nuts and my sons chicken with oyster sauce. Excellent and friendly service, fair prices. A wonderful restautant!

Excellent Thai dinner. We haven't been since before covid so we were glad to get back. They did not disappoint! We started with a Mojito cocktail and prawn crackers and chilli dip. I had stir fried chicken, veg and cashew nuts and my partner had the seafood platter with really exemplary fish . We had jasmine rice and egg noodles alongside. So beautifully presented and very tasty. We finished with tiny banana fritters, ginger syrup and icd cream.I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

One of the best Thai restaurants I've been in Tremendous food . My only issue is I wish they did pints of Singha instead of the very expensive option of buying many small bottles.

Average Thai food, no wow effect. Thai is my favourite cuisine and I’ve eaten at hundreds of different Thai restaurants around the world. Unfortunately neither of the two mains we ordered (Cashew Nut Stir Fry and Beef in Black Bean Stir Fry) were that great. The taste was unauthentic, and the sauce left a weird aftertaste. Prices are OK and staff friendly, but I think this restaurant is only rated so high because there’s no better alternative in the surrounding area.
