Top pub, great beer, great ambience. Love the wood burner now winter's drawing in. Went in after work a couple of times last week and barman remembered what I drank... love that!

Great staff and customers. Recommended for anyone who needs a nice drink and a chat to see the night away

Nice friendly pub, about 6 taps for cask however disappointed out of all those not a single real ale line for stout/porter/mild - not even the well renowned Ossett brewery voodoo. We'd planned for two drinks here but only did one do I could get a dark beer elsewhere. Second time I've noticed this in this tap pub.

Quiet when we visited, on our way to watch Ossett United v Marske United. Nice place cosy place, plesent staff, very welcoming.

Nice pub with good size beer garden. Friendly staff and really good WiFi that works very well outside. You can order your drinks from your phone. A bit more expensive than some local pubs but lots of different real ales to choose from.

Always well priced delicious beers from Ossett Brewery. Service was fast. If you sit out side you have to order off the Ossett Brewery App

Fantastic pub . Great beer and friendly service

Always a great welcome from Gemma and her team. Given the current situation she is the most professional out of all the OSS ETT pubs I have visited. The others could learn a lot form the Tap especially on how to look after your customers. Silver Kings is really top notch at the moment, shame no Excelsius or Sunshine IPA, however as a positive it save me waking up with a hangover . Lets be honest no one likes to go out to be told to wear a mask sit here etc etc, its not like this in the Tap, yes the follow the rules and ensure their customers follow the rules but they do it in such a nice way that that you happily oblige. In one OSS ETT pub you have to get up to go ask for service! not so at the Tap they are always coming round ask if you need drinks or are you OK? Well done. Thank Gemma and team keep doing a good job in this difficult times you are the leading OSS ETT pub when it comes to friendly and efficient service with a smile!

Xmas eve.... 9.20 pm.... No Xmas music an about as much life as a tramps vest... Which is much more lively than the welcome from the bar staff... One drink... And back to the Vic...!

Had a couple of cheeky pints this afternoon...tried the Mango beer ( vegan and gluten free) well kept, lovely clean flavour..great service too.

Very good selection of Ale, pub is well presented plus a nice beer garden with decking. Staff were very helpful.

Good beer, cosy but don't wear nice clothes as drinkers are allowed to let their dogs sit on the seats.

Ossett brewery if getting pricey £3.25 for a pint of beer I'm not surprised only 2 people in on a Saturday afternoon

Glasses were disgustingly dirty as well as the beer being flat on multiple occasions. Overall a poor atmosphere and generally grubby, won't be visiting again

Really nice pub with excellent Ossett brewery beers. Friendly staff efficient. Nice big pub with nice seating area out back. Popular though so can be busy. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the odd ignorant punter hogging the bar area and ignoring people trying to get served (there's always one Pratt).
