What a lovely pub. Popped in here to have a quick pint while out on a walk at the weekend and found friendly locals and staff, lovely decor and a crackling fire with comfy arm chairs near by. Don’t be put off by the weathered pub sign outside, this place is a little gem, I will definitely be back. The only thing that might have added to the experience would have been the availability of home made pasties etc at the bar!

Would be a half decent pub if the landlord had manners & was polite. Never known such shocking customer service & disgusting manners. Avoid, use pubs within Downham Market.

85 Old Hunstanton RoadThis is a very special place. We have been coming here for dinner, B&B for years to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food is first class & fully deserves it's Michelin star. Kevin, the proprietor/chef is a culinary master & his wife Jackie is a delight - chatty, informative and always happy. Quite honestly I don't know quite how they do It between them. The restaurant itself is tiny, but beautifully presented & maintained and the rooms are perfect. Nothing better than one of Kevin's meals followed by not having to drive home!! It's a tough ask to follow all this with a super breakfast, but we do our best and can't ask for more. Can't recommend The Neptune highly enough.
