New owner is okay. Great set of staff behind the bar. When new landlord took over was very quiet but now its busy and great atmosphere.

Some interesting ales and a good selection of bsr snacks. Parking at the back and a small beer garden

Lovely cobs and porkpie on offer. Excellent range of beers,and to top it off, it's dog friendly 😀

Went to this pub on quiz night with my son,the landlord was a lovely fellow,the barman was very polite and good at is job,even when a large party came this young gentleman managed very well under pressure.The pork pies are absolutely beautiful,the the sausage rolls also.The cobs are fantastic to and is price's are very reasonable.

Aspall is a top cider this pub made it taste like chip shop vinger no plain cider alternative,no music,atmosphere none, will never set foot in there again

Great beer and lovely environment, thanks to Gary and Tracey, beers are kept to a great standard with great pub snacks, thankyou for a great day, this pub is 1st class and managed well. Cheese and crackers on Thursday, nice, again fine ale selection. Good ale every night and also fine cheese and onion cobs.

Lovely atmosphere, great selection of beers and friendly staff. Didn't eat, but the cheese rolls and pork pies looked great. Definitely will be a regular haunt now!

Nice building and nice place just a shame about the fact a 17 year old is serving alcohol behind the bar and the fact they serve underage children in there. Very rude manager too.

Recently refurbished, nice friendly atmosphere, dogs allowed as long as they are not on the furniture, comfortable smoking area. Only serves a selection of cobs but they were very good.

Still a gem of a pub, having been bought by Black Country Ales, it has been fully refurbished. They have a wide range of real ales. Friendly atmosphere with children and dogs allowed. It. Outside seating for those sunshine days at both the rear and front. Well worth a visit.

The stereo typical old man's pub but it has charm and character with a nice selection of local beers available.

As a fan of Black Country Ales Pubs I was disappointed when four of us walked to the Swan tonight for the first time to find it shut at 10.30 and not at 11pm as advertised. I probably will never go back now as they can't keep to their advertised hours. Otherwise nice pub and great beers. A shame and not a good way to run a business.

Proper drinkers pub. Great range of drinks. Don't expect food other than cobs. Nice crowd and comfortable areas, including beer gardens. Dog friendly. Pretty busy but lots of space.

Fantastic range of real ales. Very welcoming staff and customers. Just been refurbished to a good standard and very clean.

This is a nice traditional pub with a relaxed atmosphere. Good selection of ales and ciders. You will receive a warm welcome from Tracy and Garry, and the bar staff are really friendly. They sell cobs which are made fresh daily, alongside porkpies and sausage rolls. They are dog friendly and have water bowls, blankets for your pooch to sit on and jars of doggie treats so they can have a snack as well. This is how a pub should be. Next time your passing pop in and have a pint and see for yourself.

We came here for drinking to talk and remember a loved one that resently passed away. There was over 20 of us spending our money like it was going of fasion , but when 7pm came we were told to leave because we had 4 children with us . Now my issue is the children was behaving and wasnt any issues with them. Our group must have spent over £500 easliy only to be told to leave. We will not be using this pub again and our money will be going to another establishment that apperciates there customers and have more respect for them. ZERO stars only have to give 1 because it wont let me post....

Really friendly and helpful staff. 10 real ales 2 ciders, lovely coffee, cobs with ham or cheese were nice, had a nice few hours here.

Old fashioned pud, with traditional beer ontap. Great makeover by Black Country ales New decor kept as a true old style pub should be. Good to smell no food cooking for once even though they do cobs cheese night and tea or coffee if cold Good thumbs up for Tracy & Gary Unusual pictures on walls no swans only old trees and buildings

I've lived in the area for 23 years, this was my 1st visit and won't be my last. It has had a great refurbishment serves some great real ale at a decent price. Hope it goes well for the future.
