It was our 57th wedding anniversary on Sunday. We went to the Sun Inn. We received a warm welcome, the food was served hot and cooked to perfection. We had a great time, thank you. Looking forward to our next visit

A lovely place for a Sunday lunch could only manage 2 courses plenty of food well worth the price next time I will try the sweet starter and main course beef was delicious

Classic countryside pub good food decent beer worth a visit

Lucky enough to go to their quiz night on Wednesday with friends. Had a lovely evening, full of fun, in a cozy relaxed atmosphere. Had Sunday lunch there as well, it was delicious, just how a Sunday roast should be. Again, a warm, happy, relax vibe. I know that I will return when I am next staying with my friends.

One of the loveliest pubs I've ever been in. Really good food, well supported by locals, beautiful building. Loved it.

Nice old village pub popular with local community. Got two local ales. One I had was nice. Got a log burner on the go so it's pretty cosy. Closed Monday and Tuesday and open from about 4 midweek. Not sure about opening hours on weekends. Friendly service and locals. Welsh language friendly. Log burner. Recommended 🍻 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

What a lovely,friendly pub set in a small village this is.We stopped off on our way home for a Sunday roast which was spot on!! Beer very reasonably priced as well.We will certainly return in the future.Keith and Jackie.

It's been a couple of years since we popped in for a drink. What a very pleasant surprise it was, to see it be refferbed and yet still kept its cosy character. Very good beer and excellent customer service. We'll be seeing you soon for a meal. Thank you.

The staff were v accommodating with us turning up just before last orders for food. They were really attentive and friendly throughout, despite being busy. Tasty food, cosy atmosphere.

Closed at 12 noon, sign of the times, opens in the evenong i think.

Food was very good. I had fish and chips and hubby had liver and onions. Fish was lightly battered and fresh and chips were crispy on outside and fluffy on inside. Mushy peas were excellent as well. Hubby raved about his liver and mashed potatoes.

Stopped in for a spot of Sunday lunch and was blown away, the food and service were amazing, really friendly staff and even the locals made us feel like part of the family!!!

Nice atmosphere,very friendly and food was good ,we got there about 4.30 and they still offered us cooked food plus i could take lily my dog in with me which was a big bonus.

Macmillan coffee day. I went yesterday (1st oct 2016) with 3 friends to support this really good charity. Never been there before, what a welcome, we were made to feel like we were old friends. The landlady her name was Vicky was so friendly and really bubbly nothing was too much trouble. We didn't have a meal because of the charity do it was sandwiches cakes etc, all very nice though. I will definitely go there again and have a meal next time. It was a lovely afternoon and to top it all I've found out today they raised £6000. Well done all concerned.

This is my favourite pub in this area. Landlady and owner Vicky Jones has done a really great job since she bought the business a few years ago. Very good food, excellent beer and very friendly locals make a visit to this pub a must if you're in the area. Also open lunch times at weekends.
