Incredible food! Beef was slightly salty when I last came but the chicken both in the quesadillas and burritos are amazing. Love that they do vegan cheese and can accommodate for a dairy allergy :)

£11.50 for a large burrito that was no bigger than a regular size from anywhere else. It was a tortilla filled with rice and little else. £11.50 for a wrap and rice? You're having a laugh! I've learnt an expensive lesson...never again.

Got the silver bullet burrito. Cochinita pibil pork with Mexican rice, black beans, salsa verde and chipotle mayo. Decent burrito and excellent size, though the pork wasn’t the most flavourful sadly. Open to trying it again and getting a different combination, but for the most part a very nice burrito.

The food was absolutely amazing, with bold flavors that left a lasting impression. The hottest chili sauce is not for the faint of heart, but it adds a thrilling kick. The portions were generous, and the service was quick. With affordable prices, it's a great spot for a satisfying dinner.

The only burrito I’ve had in the U.K. that lives up to those in California! I had the large size and it was big but not excessive.

Amazing! Best place for Mexican food in Sheffield. Whenever I visit the city I always have to come here! There is a vast array of menu options, all great, but the stand out is by far the burrito. And just for that one item there are so many options to customize you never get tired of it. 100% would recommend!

The mole for so many times now has had some type of like bone white fatty thing. It’s disgusting and off putting when you trying to eat a burrito. Check the chicken please.

The letter box and door handle are comically oversized. As are the burritos - but their taste is no laughing matter. Phenomenal. 🤤🤤🤤 Cracking tunes as well.

Def not authentic, but you are in England. Are you really going to find that? It's decent , I would go with a burrito or quesadilla , I tried the summer bowl, it was lacking kinda everything, and it was cold which is weird cause it was built in front of me.

The food was OK. Maybe it was the holiday season, but i missed some love for food. The burrito i had was good, but very standard and prepared without any interest. It had a fastfood vibe and should not have i guess. the buritto deserved better.

I ordered food for you Uber eats and received the wrong item. Uber eats wasn't able to correct the issue and I'm very displeased

Always banging food 👌 However the attitude by a particular, pale skinned member of the team is what lets the experience down. Often very sarcastic, bordering on the rude side which just puts you off. Last time we were in, my partner asked if we were able to have extra cheese, his response was “you can have whatever you want as long as you pay for the thing”. Just not really necessary and unfortunately, not an isolated occurrence.

My burrito was great, juicy meat fresh salad and pico de gallo. Also the attitude by a particular, pale skinned member of the team was amazing. I was stood behind a gentleman who asked for extra cheese and staff member responded “you can have whatever you want as long as you pay for the thing”. Absolutely hilarious, I appreciate a member of staff who isn’t essentially a robot dispensing food. 10/10 Will recommend to all my friends.

Great burrito (and it was big too), easy going but efficient staff, good atmosphere. Nice little touches like water (or cordial) available on the side. If I was local I would return frequently but alas I'm only visiting Sheffield.

We have visited many times, and the food and service are always excellent! I always have the naked burrito. The staff are always superb, helpful, and friendly. Good selection of beers and other beverages. There are plenty of vegetarian options.

I ordered the pork burrito as they had sold out of pretty much everything else, it was delicious, loads of flavours, had a corona to go with it. If it wasn't for the English weather I could've imagined being in Mexico, very friendly staff too. Definitely recommend

Really quite disappointed. We ordered for the second time on uber eats (last order was a few weeks ago). I ordered the naked burrito again, this time I opted for the large, but what I got was much smaller than the regular. Won't be ordering again in a hurry.

so i was having a dream of this giant burrito because of all those tiktoks of the american mukbangs and i knew that street food chef would fulfil my craving. and i was CORRECT. guys if you have not tried get the silver bullet burrito on uber eats and do the grande upgrade. it's the biggest burrito i've ever seen in my life and i did not regret it a single bit. love this place, best burrito i've ever had in my life. so flavourful. get the chicken tinga filling + guac if ur gonna come here. but i love this place with my whole heart thank you for fulfilling my dream of the giant burrito.

There is a lot of choices here its kinda subway style made in front of you it was nice & hearty food but could do with more taste a bit bland the veg and seasoning and it felt a little rushed but it gets quite busy near the university a nice hot & filling lunch but we have had better 🌯 burritos but it was hot and well wrapped and served with actual cutlery and really helpful friendly staff so would come back but try something else probably too But feedback they could add a bit more salt and flavour to the rice and mains and more salad options perhaps some pickled or raw red onions or charred corn, fajita peppers & onions cooked or some lime or Mexican seasoning would really help to bring it up to the best burritos in Sheffield they often do claim to be but would come back here with friends yes but will compare to the other burrito restaurants in Sheffield and see who is our favourite one

Richard and the team at The Street Food Chef are brilliant. I've dined in at their Arundel St place several times, and last week I ordered 28 burritos for a special event. The food has been delicious every time, and the team are friendly, helpful and super reliable.

We ordered a quesadilla, burrito and dirty fries. Whilst the quesadilla was nice, the burrito was cold, especially the beef chunks. Worst though was having seen the cook get the fries from the freezer, they were not cooked when given to us. Can’t even say they were rushed as an excuse as there were three cooks and no orders before ours. Really disappointed especially with the burrito as this should be the house speciality!

Always sat across from here on my smoke breaks. Get a great atmosphere from it and the foods great 🤪💖💨🍁🌯🥰

A decent little venue, definitely has the street food vibe and of course with really tasty food. I had the burrito which was mega filling and my fella had tacos, I tried the pork and it was divine I'm sure the beef and chicken would be the same. The cheese was a quid extra for the burrito and I'd have thought that would have come as standard.

The food here is amazing! The staff are so lovely and great at offering recommendations. The atmosphere is fantastic, the Mexican theme shines through beautifully. There's great options for vegetarian and vegan dietary requirements and they serve some alcohol. They do Takeaway and Delivery too! I ordered on Uber Eats the other day and was so impressed, exactly the same great quality I would expect when dining in.

Been visiting this place for years . Never fails to dissapoint. The best breakfast burrito you can find and everything on the menu is worth trying. Always leave with full belly and satisfied.

Bullet burrito 🌯 best in Sheffield.

Food was okay but the concept was confusing and really wound me up. Menu board was messy and had no idea what was going on. Turns out it's a 'subway' type deal where you go along the counter and pick what bits you want but no instruction of that and didn't even know which end to start at. Worst part was when I got to the end and discovered you pay extra for guacamole or cheese. In a burrito. CHEESE. Who charges extra for a sprinkle of cheese in a burrito?! Is anyone getting a burrito sans cheese? Stop hiding charges - everyone wants cheese and guacamole. Put me in a mood for the evening and I couldn't wait to leave.

I can’t believe I found this cute little restaurant, everything inside here is really authentic Mexican food and it’s a really good value for money! The staff are really friendly and welcoming, they recommended us some great food and we tried the silver bullet burrito this time. It has a bit of everything and next time we’ll try the other burritos and my husband wants to try the churros. Everything on the menu looks delicious 🤤 . Looking forward to trying something else on our next return. This place definitely hits the spot when it comes to taste and price.

I love Street Food Chef! It's affordable for the amount of food you get and the staff are always super friendly. Great veggie and vegan options! I had the dirty fries (£5) loaded with a 3 bean chilli & cheese which was good! I would maybe have had the fries a little crispier - but that's down to personal taste really. So far, nothing's topped their quesadillas for me, which are amazing. The churros are also a stand out!

It's gone down hill recently. Been coming here for years and make it a staple on my visits to Sheffield. Just had a burrito in london (battered cauliflower at Brorritos in Brockley) which reminded me how disappointing the one I had here last weekend was (and the few before it). Uninventive with veggie options and last weekend only had the bland 3 bean chilli unlovingly made.

Had a really good beef burrito from here, didn't have loads of messy wet mess at the end, was piping hot and tasted great. Lots of options available, although slighlty pricey the portion sizes are quite generous. Warning it can get really busy
