New manager, very friendly and knowledgeable. The pub was really and a good variety of beers. Karaoke night on Friday was a great night

Got catcalled by a customer stood outside this pub drinking whilst running alone this evening. Disgusting. Will never go here. Used to work in pubs for many years and men like this need banning to show their behaviour isn't ok.

Had no food but good atmosphere a few in good lager aswell

only ever had the usual bar snacks however they do have some entertainment evenings. BUT the staff and atmosphere are generally excellent. Beers good all served with a smile or interest in customer. makes a nice change these days well done from Paul,Sue and all the gang

Amazing pub, friendly, kind and everything else. The beer as cheap as it is wonderfull. Only topped by the friendliness of the landlady and staff member. I think her name is amy?, both are truley great people

Wir waren während unsres Aufenthaltes in Chesterfield an 2 Abenden im "The Stars" Pub. Bei unserem ersten Besuch (Freitags) fand ein Karaoke Abend statt (wie im übrigen an jedem Freitag). Der Pub war gut gefüllt (jung und alt) und auch die Stimmung war top. Die Gertränke waren vom Preis / Leistungsverhältnis total in Ordnung. Generell herrschte auch eine wirklich tolle und gelöste Atmosphäre. An unserem zweiten und leider auch letzten Abend (Folgetag) war es dann im Vergleich zum Vortag recht leise und man konnte sich auch super unterhalten. Das Personal, sowie auch die restlichen Pub Besucher waren alle wirklich herzlich. Ich kann einen Besuch nur absolut empfehlen!

Very small cramped area so large parties not recommended as you will struggle to find space.
