Been visiting the pub over the last 6 months and I have got to see a beautiful pub with very friendly people great staff and the owner who runs the place is amazing #YNWA

An ok pub, a few rough characters and definitely a local pub for local people kind of vibe, Guinness wasn't great and the lass behind the bar doesn't know how to pull a Guinness. I'd revisit but not for a Guinness.

My experience in Sporting Green was out of this world. The service the beer and atmosphere it was exceptional good. The Pub has all football matches to accomodate any football fun. I highly recomended. I was told there is music on the weekends. Congratulations to the management and staff who they run perfectly this great Pub. I will be back again.

This is a family run pup that has 10 screens of which you can watch anything from tennis to both soccer and Gaelic football!!! Fun filled friendly pub with live entertainment on most weekends.

Enquired earlier in the day whether they were screening the Sunday night American football. Owners replied promptly that they would happily put it on a screen on for us. Went there for a hurling match. There were a few screens to watch the game. The drinks prices are one of the most expensive in the area.. in my opinion, it has gone down a lot. There used to be family and a good atmosphere, but not anymore..

A stranger made welcome - went to watch GAA - but hoping to see Arsenal slip up in their title race- COYS

Staffs are rudest, services one of the worst u can ever get. After making above review, the guy who claimed to be the owner of the place came to where I was having food and threatened me. Then he came to my way and asking me to go with him because cameras are around so he gets into “fist-fight” where there are no cameras. Ridiculous! He then threatened to put car’s plate number on Enfield FB webpage.

have not been in the pub for over 20 years. this was the 1st pub that I did as a karaoke DJ. was OK has change a lot. Music well lets say could not hear my wife talk just too much. I now go round Pubs that do karaoke and this pub put Next Karaoke: 18-MAR-2023 21:00 on the my karaoke site when we got there no Karaoke just a DJ. (opps now i know why no Karaoke) as said pub is Ok price of drinks very good. would just turn down music a bit. will come when Next Karaoke is on with luck my be Jason as DJ. do like the lay out of tables. not 100% about pool tables bit close to DJ or Singers will see.

First visit back to the Sporting Green in a while and it was so worth the wait! Great atmosphere with friendly staff and the outside area is absolutely smashing. Would highly recommend it 🥳🥂

This is my local pub, a few mins walk away from where I live. The staff are friendly and the prices are fairly cheap compared to other pubs. There's entertainment in there constantly , a pool table and a garden where BBQs often take place. What are you waiting for? Head down there and see for yourself how good it is

Only 2 pool tables and you have to put your money on the table to play the winner,we wanted to play each other my friend and I so a little disappointed,it was a Friday night though so it was busy, it wasn't in the afternoon on s weekday visit and we did get a game together 👍

We normally go to a pub before a football match for about an hour as somewhere to stop off and have a couple of drinks and a bite to eat, as Middlesbrough we’re playing Millwall we chose to stop off at the Sporting green and it was brilliant, one of the best pubs we’ve been to this season, staff were really friendly, London prices didn’t exist as it was £3.50 for a pint instead of £5 like we expected, the pool tables were in good nick and there’s football on the tv’s, for an awayday pub stop you could want nothing more, whenever the boro are in London this is the pub we’ll be going to. Thanks again to the staff at the sporting green for having us.

Best local in the area. Family atmosphere with a diverse crowd to all people from all backgrounds to feel welcome. Brilliant managing staff rules are pretty stringent to ensure we have the best atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

It's a bt pf a trek for me (I'm in Cheshunt) but always a good night in the Sporting. Great staff and beer. Looking forward to entertainment re-starting when safe.

It was a few years back and it was full of the local ignorant populace ...slightly more advanced than early apeman. Irish geezer had and he was OK. ....he knew about the pub game .....he couldn't stand the stand sight of the locals eother but was a professional bar mansget.

New manager has just taken over. Really nice guy. Staff are very polite. The pool table was clean and the beer garden was large. I highly recommend this place for group meetings or the more intimate setting..
