We are quite new to the area & stumbled on this cafe when walking around the town. We had a lovely breakfast & saw the Curry Night advertised so booked. The cafe has a lovely feel to it. The staff are all family & very friendly. We had chicken madras, chicken balti, pilau rice, garlic rice, sag aloo, bombay potato, poppadoms & chapatis. So much food & all beautifully cooked. The chapatis tasted better than we had had in an Indian restaurant! It was a lovely evening, with good food & friendly atmosphere. We have already booked for the next one!

Stumbled on this after struggling to find somewhere to park. A short walk from the seafront this unassuming place was immediately welcoming. The place was spotless and adorned with knitted cakes and a few other personalised touches that were a nice touch. Some scrumptious looking cakes were on offer but I opted for a lovely bacon sandwich which I always think is a good measure of a place. The bread was super fresh granary stuffed with thick, nicely cooked bacon ....yummmmm! There was a steady flow of customers who were all greeted by name and after an initial rush, an endearing knitting corner was put to use. My guess is that this lovely café is one of those places that regular customers enjoy at their leisure and now I've found it I will be sure to pop back when I'm in the area. I recommend you seek it out as it really is rather good.....

Very friendly cafe run by two sisters. Excellent all day breakfast and very good value Happy to see that the place is Dog friendly.
