A pleasant place to meet for a catch up over tea/coffee and perhaps a piece of cake. Be aware that they allow dogs inside. Can get very busy, but if weather okay there are tables outside.

Fantastic coffee shop , best cup of coffee by a mile . Far superior to the chain coffee shops . Staff are always warm and welcoming.

Love this place, my friends and I often meet here for coffee. Hot beverages are great and it has a varied selection of cakes to choose from. The ladies who serve behind the counter are friendly and engaging and they are one of the reasons we choose this coffee shop over all the others around. It’s a really nice place to spend a few hours either alone or in company

This is a great coffee shop. The staff are really friendly and there are some lovely cake options. Im in there at least 3 times a week! Pleased to have this on my doorstep!

Since opening, The Sip House has become the best place in Hornchurch for coffee. The coffee served is prepared properly and is miles better than any of the chains in Hornchurch Town Centre. They always have a lovely selection of fresh cakes and pastries available, as well as paninis for lunch! The service is friendly and genuine - staff are always happy to chat and take an interest in every customer. The layout of the coffee shop is nice, with indoor and outdoor seating - and a very nice decor... can't find any negatives whatsoever - a real gem of a coffee shop in Hornchurch!
