We finally got round to trying the food here having been in for coffee many times. We enjoyed an excellent late lunch. Our pizza, curry and garlic bread were all so fresh and tasty and quickly served. More nice coffees rounded off an excellent meal. Highly recommended all round.

Visited heart and soul saturday morning to taste new brunch menu. We were all impressed with ths quality of the food and thought the service was also very good! Bacon paratha is amazing and will defo have again! Must try.

My husband and I decided to take our baby Grandaughter out in her pram and stop at Heart and Soul for a bit of lunch. We enjoyed everything about it. Excellent food at a very reasonable price, accompanied by a delicious wine Someone was gently playing the piano and an artist was painting. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The baby changing facility was good and the staff were very accommodating with our rusty pram steering skills!! We are keeping up with events that they hold and look forward to going to one very soon.

We have visited Heart & Soul a few times now and we are always really impressed. Excellent service. Food is great. Pizzas are huge. Entertainment is great. A must visit.

I think Heart and Soul is a great place to visit if you are in the Romford area. I was kindly served by Emma who gave me a complimentary drink because I was waiting such a long time for my meal. I am very grateful for her kindness. The staff here are really friendly, the food is nice and the drinks cost less than you would find elsewhere. Check it out for yourselves.

Been here for coffee and for dinner and it's lovely. A really nice interior, laid back and scruffy but in a good way. All the staff are both friendly and competent. Food is good and prices more than fair. A great place to relax and chat.

Went to a music event (Helen Yousaf) which was brilliant in itself, but the food made the evening outstanding!

Unique venue this one. You get a choice of either gourmet Pizza's or burgers all hand made from scratch as well as traditional Punjabi cuisine. I watched them hand making the pizza dough for the evening service.. none of the pre-packed stuff. Well done guys! My friend (a celeb chef) had the Heart and Soul signature burger and was very impressed. Apparently it's all locally sourced produce and made fresh daily. The Mediterranean lamb burger was melt in the mouth. I was in there for Echo Motown band and had a great evening with my family. The place is little bit of Shoreditch in Romford and the girls in the group loved it. Friendly staff, safe environment, great sound system for the bands and good (but not extensive) selection of beers including Meantime IPA and Kingfisher as the draught highlights. Try it out..

Great live performances, worth paying a visit! Loved it. And the food is great, loved the Signature Pizza.

Really yummy food with such a great atmosphere. Loved the Christmas menu. I had the Christmas pizza. Lovely and cheesy with red onion! Great live music. Really worth a visit !

Had a great time with friends, we had an amazing dinner while listening to a fantastic band playing. The best place to be if you want to eat well, meet friendly people and staff, listen to fantastic live music and dance!
