The Shahi Balti in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Can't go wrong with this place and looking at my other reviews you'll see how particular I am.... especially when it comes to food! Well priced, cooked well, friendly staff and parking across the way 😁 Waiting area isn't the most comfortable or warm but it can be forgiven. Wonder why the food never stays warm for long though 🤷 Yep, order from here with confidence 🙂

Stayed in travalodge next to the harvester pub 26/9/24. Ordered over the phone food cane fast piping hot was a really nice curry prices very reasonable. A must try. Great job Shahi Balti.

Best Indian I’ve ever been to no word of a lie the man serving us is son nice the food was bang on chips brilliant Balti medium lovely rice class as per usual naan was really tasty had all their badges so there really good owners and chefs waited 15-20 minutes so not too bad at all and there was a tv in there too!

There’s a reason why they are still going strong after 30 years+ , great prices , tasty freshly prepared food. Enjoy !

Great currys! Gone of meat so I ordered a mushroom sagwalla with extra mushrooms and a thick sauce. The staff has no issues with that and the staff are friendly even the delivery driver.

Whilst grateful for the late delivery, the Korahi wasn't what I expected. I order a lot of Indian food because I love the flavour, but more often than not and like this occasion, I'm greeted with a sauce which tastes like 90% base sauce rather than the varying vibrant & authentic flavours offered on the menu through a variety of curries. A real shame. They often taste the same which is frustrating, especially when the reviews are good. I'm also positive it's not me and my taste buds because they all have the same consistent base sauce colour and texture compared to a real curry. To add to the disappointment, the pakoras were not authentic pakoras, either. They were plain battered supermarket chicken pieces with a bit of chilli powder and no yoghurts to accompany them. I'm a heavy regular of another local Indian takeaway and would now rather go without than order from anywhere else when they're closed. Once bitten twice shy, multiplied by 10.

Absolute best indian around. Never had a bad meal. Aways use here. Quality and portions are far the best iv had. Absolute gem of a find.

As a group we used the Shahi Balti restaurant when they were located in Abbey Street, after moving from here I wasn’t sure how the move would have affected the food, service and attitude. Absolutely nothing to worry about, food is still top notch, service is second to none with nothing being to much trouble, keep it up gentlemen.

Best, Gujarati style, always delivered reasonable time, can request extra like corriander on top, starters with plenty salads and chutney..., the curries and baltis seem like home cooked. Great ser vice. I've tried other take aways at intervals but I always found this take away to be best, so no grass is greener on other side, sticking to this. Sometimes when phone for order, staff sounds arrogant, not good service type, will sound upset, ask us to see menu online and call back. They are not ready to recommend a meal in manner McDonald's would

We have been using the Shahi Balti for quite a while, always on time and delicious. Yesterday though, we decided to try something new and ordered from the Specials . What an excellent choice, the Shahi Bhoona and the Tawali were both amazing. Will definitely order again .

when I received food the chips were like boiled very soggy and the tikka roll was absolutely disgusting also very sloppy It had a weird sauce on it Also the mint sauce was cheeky watered down ,very annoyed

Been going to this place for years, the staff are freindly always go the extra mile, the food quality is excellent any issues or problems they are quick to fix. their menu is vast and always willing to help with any custom dish must try Kati roll, kebab roll, chicken tikka masala, bombay biryani, rogan josh and madras, one of these dishes i always get with a order . the price is excellent better then most... alot of places decided to increase prices for no apparent reason other then greed or take advantage of the current crisis.

Not too much good experience Asian food not like this if someone wants reall Asian food then go to Birmingham and try there I'm not happy to this restaurant Its my personal experience maybe another people's love this but sorry yo say I don't like sorry

Ordered for delivery, asked for a specific dish not on the menu and it wasn’t a problem. Arrived on time, meals were good, sides were good, naan’s were good. Only thing it lacked on one dish was a little more Fresh Coriander as it only had a couple of leaves. Well done though, Friday night busy time and you delivered. Thank you. 👍

Ordered for delivery to hotel. Unfortunately everything was cold when it arrived and no way of being able to heat it up. However I was also extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. Onion bhajis were 2 flat discs which were as hard as concrete, mixed kebab would have been nice, had it not been in some sort of gravy, I've never had anything so bizarre. Chicken tikka karahi, the chicken was fine, however the sauce was extremely gloopy and not nice, naan bread being cold along with everything else made for a total waste of money and a hungry evening.

keema naan was very nice...rogan josh could of had a bit more fresh tomato but all in all it was acceptable...rice and popadoms were nice...will have another....

Good indian taste. Fast delivery. I've ordered several times from here and never had any complaint. Vegatble Balti is a very good option for vegetarians and they also make very good biryani.

Fantastic food great value for money

Very good Indian and Pakistani food takeaway. The biryani there is on point. If you like spicy food they can make it very spicy, but at the same time they can do mild if that's your thing. Only negative is that they are a little on the slow side when it comes to delivery times.
