The Seafood Shack in Maldon

The seafood shack now accommodates for non seafood lovers by offering freshly cooked baguettes with a choice of filling •carved ham •cheese •chicken mayonnaise. These need to be pre ordered by 11am on the day or phone up during the week to get your order in ready for the weekend!

What a great little business opened up by Tony and Lauren. Excellent seafood and very reasonable prices. Great atmosphere, always very friendly and the bonus of the pub next door so you can have a cheeky pint with your seafood. Great location with stunning views of the bay. Highly recommend

Great quality seafood at really fair prices .good choice of seafood and they serve coffee and soft drinks as well .it’s sited in the pub garden so you can sit and have a beer with your seafood whilst looking out over the water

We bought a seafood platter from The Seafood Shack and it was absolutely delicious- brilliant value for money as well!! There is so much selection, all fresh and delicious and eaten in the beautiful surroundings of St. Lawrence Bay… couldn’t want anything more!

I don’t live far from this place and always walk by the water when I have friends over. We saw the seafood shack was open and decided to give it a try. My friend decided to try an assortment of different seafood and it was all well priced, delicious and the staff were friendly. Great place to stop enjoy the weather some great food and a drink. Will be stopping there a lot more from now on.

Lovely little place great location. Food was nice and the people are lovely. Everything is fresh and the shack is clean. My only criticism it is a bit expensive but totally enjoyed it. Will return for a sunny afternoon.

Beautiful location. Relaxed and welcoming venue. Dog/child friendly. Right on the waterfront. Fresh seafood and a great little pub, winning combination. We’ll definitely be regular visitors from now on.

So today we took a lovely dip in the sea at st Lawrence bay beach with the kids, and finished of with some fantastic food at the Sea Food Shack on the river bank at the back of the stone pub. Great choice of fresh fish and shelled fish. The kids also loved the hot chocolate and and a cheeky ice cream . Well worth a visit and thanks for making our good day a great day . So lucky to have the Seafood Shack in our village, perfectly positioned on the river with great views, fantastic fresh seafood, it's a must to visit and enjoy the hospitality of the Seafood Shack and the pub The Stone. Dog and child friendly. Perfect for a sunny afternoon by the river.
