First class Service and all home baking, the Coronation Chicken was Top Marks along with the very friendly staff. all very welcoming after travelling 21/2 hours drive too get there too Judge at the Peebles Agricultural show the next day

A friend told me the breakfast here was excellent so i tried it and was so happy i did. Travelling up from London on a road trip this was a perfect stop for a propper Scott breakfast even my fusy 10 year said the breakfast bap was amazing. Very popular with locals so book ahead. Linda your a star and thanks allot for the hospitality and giving us the tips for our trip to Avimore. Will return for sure.

A beautiful place to dine, the soup I had ( sweet potato, ginger and chilli) was absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive and can't do enough for their customers and are so lovely. A place I would highly recommend to everyone to visit.

Great little gem. Its amazing when its sunny outside. You can sit under the shade of the trees and enjoy tasty food. The selection is not huge, but its cooked with great care. The sitting area inside is a bit depressing for me as it looks like an old tearoom from the 50s, but still kind of ok. Its not expensive either.

Definitely will be back. Popped in today on the way home and so glad we did. Service, hospitality and food was spot on. This place is definitely inexpensive for the quality and portions. Table down from us had afternoon tea, I was so tempted to pinch from their plate, it looked amazing. That will be definitely on the next visit. Five stars.

The food here is DELICIOUS and the staff are so sweet and helpful. I was riding a rental electric bike from Edinburgh and was running low on power, so as I ate my lunch the kind ladies let me plug my bike in so I could make it back to Edinburgh. I really enjoyed my time there and loved hearing the staff and customers all chatting with each other like a big happy family!! I highly recommend the food and the decor and the atmosphere 😊

Arranged an afternoon tea for family members at rather short notice. Manager could not have been more accommodating. When we arrived we were greeted with smiles and a lovely spread. Such delicious, home-made treats. Really traditional afternoon tea with really generous portions (we took quite a lot home with us). Such a lovely atmosphere - regulars and newbies (like us) treated as old friends. We will definitely be back!

We were passing on a wet windy day and visited this lovely tea room .we got a very warm welcome even thought they were about to close . They stayed open for us . We had toasted sandwiches served with a lovely salad crisps and coleslaw also the best scones ever and tea in a real tea pot . Food excellent staff lovely and very reasonably priced we highly recommend this place to eat and will definitely be paying another visit 10 out of 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful family lunch today for my Husband's birthday- it was really amazing! There were 4 children in the oarty, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Food was delicious, and we will definitely be back. Thanks to all at Scot's Pi e today!

A fantastic afternoon tea,we arrived early and as it was being prepared were asked our preference on sandwiches fantastic as my wife is bit fussy, the pastry was very flaky, lovely and the staff were very friendly.Very reasonable priced and well worth it when you get a doggy box to eat later .Thank you and we will be back

We always make a point of stopping here to eat when visiting, or passing through Peebles. On this occasion, the daily special was blueberry pancakes with bacon, and maple syrup, which certainly didn’t disappoint, and is worth a visit all of its own. Service is always with a smile, in this warm and cosy environment, with its log fire, and great view.

Came here yesterday and took my cousin out for lunch and had macaroni cheese and traybakes which were delicious, 5 star to the chef. The girls working out the front were extremely nice and friendly and were very quick with our order. I also love how we can come to a tearoom and have a talk and laugh with the staff which really made this experience better. I definitely recommend this tearoom for lunch as the food was amazing.

Just visited here for the 3rd time yesterday and it was fabulous as usual. We cone all the way from motherwell just for the afternoon tea that they serve here. It's the best we have had and I have anywhere. Afternoon tea consists of sandwiches, savouries including sausage rolls and quiche, scones with jam and cream, and cakes. Unlimited tea and coffee as well. Service was spot on as always Will definitely be back soon x

A brilliant cafe. We called for breakfast, the place was busy but had a couple of tables available. Woodburner lit. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Superb breakfast, really nice quality ingredients, nicely cooked. Even the coffee was much better than you’d expect. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place. Great selection of soups, obviously proper homemade. I had a soup and sandwich deal and it was delicious. Good portions and really tasty. Staff super friendly and helpful. Lovely warm atmosphere. Always a telling factor for me is when locals to the area, take the time to drive out and enjoy the ambience. Cracking little stop off and one to definitely revisit. You will not be disappointed.

This is a very friendly cafe. The food is great and best of all it’s dog friendly. It’s well worth a visit. You can sit inside or outside it’s up to you.

A wonder evening with friends celebrating Burns Night. Great food and service. A bagpipe player piped in the haggis and played throughout the evening. Great value for money.

Often passed by but never went in as it looked a little run down. Ended up going in as part of a walk yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Food is classic cafe food but very nice when it came. Decor is a little dated but don't let it put you off what is otherwise an okay place for a bite to eat.

Great coffee, the staff are lovely, and they always have gluten free cakes. I know they try very hard to cater for coeliacs. Whenever I'm cycling out this way, I always ensure my route takes in a cake stop at the Scots Pine!

We traveled from Penicuik and found Such a lovely wee cafe and lovely food. The service was spectacular and very attentive despite the owner Sarah being on her own, she served every table with attentive care and knew most of her customers and they all knew her by name. So nice to see. An extra pair of hands could have helped.

It's like visiting granny and I love that feeling. It's homely, cosy, warm. The place and food make me feel happy. And the service is outstanding from a very kind staff. It's a very special place.

The cafe now has a barista style coffee machine which is so noisy my friend and I could hardly hear each other. Great to have nice coffee but not at any price! My panini was almost burnt. The food used to be good.

This place is an absolute wee gem! My friend and I came upon it on our way home from Peebles. Food is fabulous especially the homemade coleslaw, try it - you'll love it. Everything looked so good it was hard to choose what to order. The staff are very friendly and chatty. We will definitely be back.

Very cosy and well run little cafe set a little back from the run. Been in situ for decades but the food is good, the staff are attentive and the prices are good. Indoor and outdoor seating and nice large grassy area around it also. Worth a visit if you need a bite to eat.

Took our four year old and family for High Tea. Everything fresh, homemade and delicious. We were truly spoiled and so much scrumptious food we must have taken almost half home. Very very reasonably priced too !! Excellent.

This is a great place to relax and watch the world go by. There is a friendly welcoming atmosphere about this place. The staff will make sure that you are well attended to. The coffee shop is great for its home cooked food with a baker and chef on site to met all your culinary requirements. All the food is cooked to order and is well worth the wait. We love coming here with our dog who is very welcome too. At the time we were there, there were three dogs with their owners. The staff made sure that when they left the area was spotless for the next set of customers. There is plenty of space to park your car. There is also art for sale.

Excellent! Fresh food, comfortable surroundings and friendly staff. My daughter and I went for breakfast together. Staff were friendly, chatty and helpful. Filled rolls were packed with lovely fresh ingredients (the black pudding was the best I’ve had)! Piping hot and scrumptious! A real gem! (Plus parking!!)

What a gem of a place. We received the warmest of welcomes! We called in for coffee whilst riding our tandem from Lands End to John O Groats had coffee and a delicious warm scone straight from the oven. Had a long chat with the friendly staff. Can’t thank them enough for refuelling us for our onward journey. Highly recommend

I have been through A703 many times but stopped. Today, I was on a bike ride and we stopped for a refuel. We had coffee, tea and cake. We sat outside and it was just perfect. Great service, great cakes and a lovely place. I'll be back.
