Tried their pizzas for the first time tonight. Easily the best we've tried in Retford.

Ordered a pizza and a garlic bread took almost 2 hours to arrive and then my garlic bread had onions on after not stating so on the menu

I've been enjoying the occasional pizza with these folks since they were in Hallcroft. Their pizza is very different to your normal delivery type pizza and is a cut above the rest. It's proper thin base Italian style pizza and the toppings are interesting. Give them a try!

Why have we never had a takeaway from here before? Keep reading the reviews and yet never been until tonight! Not the biggest pizza fan but loved this pizza. Will definitely order again. Ordered online, within a couple of minutes Brian rang to give us a time of 15 mins. Friendly conversation felt like a personal touch. Had 3 different pizzas, all delicious. Nice thin pizza base, with tasty toppings that were different. I normally order vegetarian pizza despite not being vegetarian, I don't like pizza with meat because it's usually salty and greasy, I had the bacon, brie and cranberry and it was delicious. Can't wait to try some of the others. We devoured the food and commented on it being the best pizza we've had! Will definitely be returning! Many thanks.

A pizza from Saucy Pizza is always delicious. Prepared and cooked to perfection, whether delivered or picked up service with a smile! It's a treat rather than every night but boy it is a treat!!!!

We were camping locally and wanted some good pizza. This place ticked every box, fast to prepare our quite large order, well priced and tasted fantastic. If we lived closer we'd be here all of the time.

We ordered 13 pizzas for our sons 18th party last night. We thought this would be plenty but as soon as everyone knew where they were from they were demolished. We ordered a few different types and they were all absolutely gorgeous ❤️ thankyou so much saucy pizza. Not only did they go down a treat but they were on time and kindly brought in and set out by the owner ❤️ ❤️🍕sorry no pics as they were gone too fast

Best pizza I have ever eaten! Not greasy or heavy. Some really lovely topping choices. The pizza base is light and authentic. Highly recommend the bacon, brie and cranberry pizza it’s sweet and salty and perfection in the form of a pizza. Support small businesses!

Having not ordered from here for a while I did so on 30 Oct and bought a hot and spicy pizza with cheesey chips online. Excellent and back to its best. Superb pizza and a huge portion of chips. Easy to order for an old duffer like me, fast delivery and excellent food - what more could you want? I'll be back.

Exceptional! First time ordering and was not disappointed. Fresh, fast and delicious. Not the cheapest but beats any other pizza takeaway hands down. From placing the order online to it arriving at the door was 20 minutes and we are a good 10 minutes outside Retford. Fantastic. 2 very happy customers thank you 😊

I didn't used to like pizza because it made me bloated & was stodgy and greasy. But now I am hooked on the saucy pizza company pizzas. They don't lay heavy on you and are absolutely delicious. They are always hot when they are delivered and the waiting time isn't long when they aren't busy. I always get a OMG moment from the first mouthful. I love the chicken thingy they do because it has fresh salad with homemade raita. It feels like having a posh kebab but it's healthier and fresher. My son loves the Nutella pizza for pudding and doesn't like to share lol

Great Italian style pizza and amazing cheesecake. Edit, gone down hill. Flavour lacking, bases too thin, like paper, sauce rather tasteless. Bit of a burnt garlic Flavour sometimes. Sides are way way over priced. 5.50 for some mozzarella sticks.

Quality authentic tasting food, the pizzas are delicious and if you don’t fancy one off the menu, then construct your own toppings! The Thingys are really tasty and the chef is always coming up with new ideas which we can’t wait to try. This is a small local business but with great potential. Friendly, professional and reliable! The pizzas are authentic and the best I’ve tasted in a long time. I have recently had the Lamb thingy which was gorgeous, the doughnuts wrapped in is delicious. I don’t know where you find your delivery drivers from but they are really polite and friendly

Best Pizza I have ever had. All items we have ever ordered are always amazing. The garlic Pizza bread is literally heaven. All the pizzas are made with quality ingredients and you can tell. The chips, onion rings and other sides are always crispy and reasonably priced. Delivery is always quicker then quoted which is a win in my eyes. The online ordering system is so easy and the fact that you can customise each item as much as you want is a nice addition. Price is always very reasonable. Lived in Retford all my life and have tried them all. Saucy pizza is the best.

Literally waited a year for the the best pizza in town after driving from Aylesbury this was my first stop, if your a fan of bacon brie and cranberry have it on a pizza you will not regret it , but with the home made doughs and top notch ingredients anything on the menu is to die for, cant wait to visit Retford again.

Fabulous home made pizza’s with FRESH ingredients that taste amazing. We had a Pollo and Pancetta, together with a ‘make your own’.Both were incredibly tasty and obviously full of fresh produce which made them very ‘moorish’. The service from Saucy Pizza is incredible. Ordered at 17:00hrs, delivered to our home at 17:17hrs.Great selection to choose from and if you fancy a pizza, pointless looking anywhere else.

Ordered a standard Hawaiian. Authentic, thin base, fresh tomato sauce and pulled ham (not processed cubed ham). Outstanding quality, looking forward to our next order! Great value for money too!

We moved into a new house last night and ordered from Saucy Pizza as a treat. We had a pulled pork pizza and a Bolognese pizza, both of which were fantastic. The toppings were really tasty. We also ordered some cheesecake for dessert which was delicious. We will be regulars from now on!

I only created this account to express my love for Saucy Pizza The best pizza in the world!!! So fresh, so saucy, so tasty!!! The food and service is second to none! Excellent value for money especially on Wednesdays and Thursdays when it's 20% off on line but I don't mind paying full price, they're worth it.I recommend them to everyone I meet. Even people who usually aren't fans of pizza rave about saucy pizza. They're not too greasy like other pizzas and are served on quality Italian thin bases. I was sad when I moved to Retford and Pizza Hut wouldn't deliver here.... Now I couldn't care less. My only problem with Saucy Pizza is its so addictive they're making me fat and skint lol

Hi, my names Christie and I’m a pizzaholic, fact! Me and the mister decided to get ‘saucy’ tonight, all in the name of Lurrrrrve and all that and wow - I actually teared up from the first bite. As well as being hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had (and trust me, I’ve indulged in a LOT of them in my time), the service was outstanding. I expected a bit of a wait what with it being Valentines weekend but our order arrived within 30 minutes and was piping hot and delivered to my building by a lovely chap. I was also really impressed when I received a text to say my order was 2 minutes away ... giving me time to do my little pizza dance . This place is a game changer !!

This place is great. Alongside amazing homemade pizzas they offer the best side snacks. I have always looked for somewhere that offered sweet potato fries instead of normal and I've finally got it! On this occasion I also had chilli cheese bites and a rocket and parmesan salad. Altogether made a lovely meal!! Support this local business guys if you want authentic well cooked takeaway without the added grease

After seeing the name ,saucy pizza co pop up from time to time we decided to give the ago and order,The online ordering is easy to use and very straightforward, after completing the order a text and email confirmed the order, which is pretty standard these days, what I found nice was to get a text saying the order was out for delivery .The food on delivery was piping hot and was full of flavour , more so than I have noticed with others, we haven't got anything negative to say and the garlic flatbread was perfect, not something covered and swimming in garlic oil it had a little oil and fresh chopped garlic which gave it lots of flavour.They might not have the biggest selection but better a few done really well than loads done mediocre,

We discovered Saucy Pizza company following our move to the area a couple of years ago and we have made them our regular take away of choice. The pizzas have that authentic Italian taste and texture and genuinely take me back to my holiday in Florence, every time we frequent the establishment. I would highly recommend Saucy Pizza Company to anyone looking for a pizza worthy of the ninja turtles.

A regular visitor here and my review is based on the numerous order rather than just a one off. Great fresh pizza’s with plenty of flavour. One tip only would be ‘less cheese’ as the weight of my pizza last night enabled some slices just to fall to bits.

Me and the missus stumbled across this place for the first time, we will be no longer ordering anywhere else. The pizza’s we had was beautiful and the sides were also lovely, for a cheap price. The order came in the allotted time and the delivery driver was appeared very friendly.

The pizzas are absolutely superb! Freshly baked pizzas with a homemade base and are completely packed with amazing ingredients on top of the base. The delivery always arrives within the estimated delivery time. They also send a text to confirm the order has been received and when your order is out for delivery which I think is a brilliant touch to good customer service. The delivery drivers are always pleasant and polite. Look no further if you want a takeaway pizza; I will go nowhere else! I highly recommend the pollo and Pancetta pizza.

We often order from Saucy Pizza, its slightly more expensive than your usual pizza shop but that because its so much better! The ingredients are top notch and the pizza base is really authentic Really enjoyed the new tear and share with onion chutney Oh and if you are gonna order you must try the Nutella pizza its soooo nice!

Bought five different flavoured pizzas, vegetarian, pepperoni, sausage and pancetta, cranberry, brie and pancetta and a marguerita with stilton and pineapple added. We moved out of Retford recently, but I ordered pizza to pick up after work, which did require a detour. I was called promptly after ordering online to be informed of when it would be ready to collect. I asked for a later time to match that of my ETA. This was absolutely fine. When I got to Saucy Pizza, the delivery guy was on the lookout and brought it to the car, extremely polite and friendly also kindly asked me if I’d write a review. I remember him delivering the pizzas from when I lived in Retford and he is nothing but a credit to the Saucy Pizza Company. The pizzas were amazing, as they have always been. But if you’re keen on kebab shop, deep pan pizza, this is not that. It’s far better. Fresh ingredients, fresh dough, herbs, far better for you. My only comment would be that since moving, the meatballs have been taken off the ingredients... however, it forced me to discover the spicy sausage!
