Very good range of choices for your sandwich, good service and right by the train station too which is good for when your need a quick snack whilst waiting for your train

Best jacket potato I’ve ever had!! Lovely place with great service. Always clean and staff really friendly. The menu is vast and the portion sizes very generous. Delicious food. For any of you who have not been this place is worth a visit, you will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately I’ve had to remove my 5 star rating for this cafe. This cafe has gone down hill since the change of hands. Unfortunately you can no longer call to place your order, which means after a 10 minute wait for your order to be cooked, it’s very disappointing to find out they got it wrong.

I would like to say a massive well done to this establishment. For a new start up, the service you feel as a new customer is second to none. The menu has such a variety and prices are more than reasonable for the fresh food you get. Have not been disappointed such a gem for the area. Thanks again guys

My workplace have been using my sandwich club for a while now for breakfast. Ravina and Ranjit and their staff are lovely people and and their customer service is impeccable. They deliver to us but I have collected before and I can’t fault the cafe because not only does it look good but is extremely clean and inviting. The most important thing is the food and what I will say is my colleagues have high expectations and some are very fussy eaters but it’s cooked to perfection and excellent quality produce, definitely no cheap meat here and never greasy. It would be nice to see some Indian dishes on the menu but sometimes quality is better than quantity. After trying many other cafes we wouldn’t use anyone else now and will continue to do so while they continue to serve. Thank you Ravina, Ranjit and team for your hard work and yummy food. Oh also I would have posted a picture but I was so excited for my breakfast I forgot to take one but will add next time.

I’ve been coming in for the last 2 months and the food and service has been amazing. Breakfast is always cooked to perfection especially the bacon, when I ask for it well done. The staff are ever so friendly and go out out their way to customise the food to your taste. Th new management have done such a great job! Today I went for the avocado on toast.

Under new management and standards are well below par! Been a regular customer for the past 2 years, spend on average over £30 a week and they either seem to get the order wrong, never have it ready on time or don't even cook the food properly. My orders are placed an hour in advance and this week it was the same story. Food delayed by 25mins and the bacon was hardly cooked so had to throw it away from each sandwich. The staff can only seem to apologise but wont offer to put things right. My suggestion avoid this place and spend your money at a more reliable café with decent food.

They sell the best food and the store is highly hygienic.

No boiled eggs. No chicken samosa. No lamb samosa. No veg samosa. Not even any hot drinks! What a joke! Staff look depressed!

Was driving past it, and randomly walked in with my mate. Off chance to try a quick bite. They do sandwiches, delis, jacket potatoes, baguettes, grilled chicken, and loads more. Breakfast and dinner. Awesome location, and the place had recently been done up. Members of staff honestly lovely people. Customer service was excellent. We weren't actually sure what we wanted to eat, so we left it in the capable hands of the staff. He made my mate a tuna pannini, and I had a chicken one. My mate got his first and already started saying how nice it was before I got mine. I just thought he was being nice until I got mine. The guy serving clearly knows his stuff well! We asked him to make it special and that it was. Taste was bang on. He knew exactly how much of each ingredient he needed to put in. Cooked perfectly. Right amount of sauce. Right amount of salad. He made me an iced coffee, which was also great. Overall, excellent quality of food and service. Honest genuine people. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏

Recently visited after several months & was very pleasantly surprised by the new, modern & stylish decor. Staff were welcoming, friendly & professional, as always. However, the positives certainly end there! Menu options seem to have dramatically dwindled! A breakfast/lunchtime cafe that does not offer any kind of burgers or chips? Furthermore, very sad to see the mozzarella & halloumi choices swiftly axed from the menu. Nevertheless, I chose something from the new 'deli' counter. A ham/cheese/salad baguette. SHOCKING! Although very hygienically made and beautifully presented, to my utter dismay, WAFER THIN HAM? From a 'DELI' counter? Purchased this with some BOG STANDARD Walkers crisps, offered as part of their "meal deal". Unfortunately, the owner seems somewhat AMATEUR in their recent attempt to create a new menu. Having achieved nothing more than some sort of cheap, low budget, busted up Subway! Will NOT be returning! AVOID!

I work nearby and often order lunch from this place. They are always efficient and the food is good with a varied choice always available. They have card facilities and on the whole it represents good value for money. I would recommend anyone visit here whilst in the area. Be aware sometimes they close a little early, oh and the jacket potatoes have a habit of selling out fast.

Visited The Sandwich Shop on my lunch break as I was working in the area and thought I'd give it a try. First impressions of the café were that it's very clean and well presented. Menus visible on TV screens with a great selection on choices. Indoor and outdoor seating also available. Ended up going for the special - Chicken curry and rice - One of the best curries I think I've had! Would highly recommend based on food quality and price. Definitely give it a try if your in the area - I will be back!

Passed by when driving into Birmingham town. What a lovely find - modern clean and quick service. We had a large breakfast and my fussy son was even pleased! Don't come this way often but if i did i would definitely pop by again.

I went to this establishment last week with a friend for lunch, I'm usually quite fussy where I go for lunch but noticed this place was very clean and I was greeted with great service that came with a smile! I ordered a fried breakfast, the portion was generous and the food was very nice! I would definitely recommend this cafe, my friend and I were both impressed at how reasonably priced the menu was. I will definitely be going back when I'm in the area again! Thanks!

I really enjoyed my breakfast sandwich, the sausages were amazing 😍 and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I now go there daily for my lunch also - the paninis and baguettes are delicious!

Looking for a lunch to eat nearby to where I was, i came across this sandwich shop which i never visited before but knew it had been open since last year. After entering the shop it looked very clean and the food displayed nicely, with the menu on the TV screens so it took me a minute or so to decide what i wanted. I asked the lady if I could have a chicken tikka panini with a just a touch of cheese and some hot sauce on it as well. As she started to make the panini i noticed the bread to be very small compared to other similar establishments that I've eaten at, also the filling was a very small amount much to my surprise. The panini was made and another member of staff was at the till and charged me £4 when the menu stated £3.50, so i questioned the price difference but she told me the extra charge was for the cheese much to my shock because of any other sandwich place cheese is included in the price of a panini because this is the foundation of the dish. So not only is this generally expensive for the area as these prices are similar to bham city centre but the portions are small too so its a double blow to the customer. Oh and finally it tasted just ok, it didn't have much chicken because it was a filling used rather that whole meat cuts. My advice stay well away.
