Worker getting angry over their own actions just because they gave US the wrong order. HOW CAN THEY BLAME US FOR THIR OWN ACTIONS WHEN THEY DELIVERD THE WRONG ORDER WE SPENT 30 POUND ON FOOD JUST TO GET SHOUTED OUT BY SOME RANDOM PERSON

Ordered 2 large cheese pizzas and a vegetarian pizza with a large fries and received 1 large cheese pizza and 1 large vegetarian pizza. After they called back after I told them about this situation, one of the workers are shouting and blaming us for this cause. As a customer you should treat the customer with respect . How is this good customer service ? Shouting and being rude . If I could give 0 star I would. Horrible customer service just and blaming us for wrong order. Are we at fault? No.

Just simply THE best pizza around. Use these whenever we want pizza because they absolutely brilliant pizzas

Beautiful food as always but you need to sort the menu out a bit, when you add cheesy bites on a free choice pizza it doesn’t add them to the price so the restaurant don’t put them on very disappointing when your expecting something and it’s not what you ordered, otherwise lovely food thankyou

Baguette was dry, the other half I ate had nothing hardly in as the filling I chose was chicken. Not much salad added or cheese. Very disappointed. It was short stop as I was hungry after a hard working day. Travelled past this place wouldn't recommend.

THE worst pizza we have ever eaten… I say eaten, had a bite and it all went in the bin! I have had some questionable takeaways around the country, but none as bad as this. Pizza base as hard as a rock. No sauce. Slither of cheese and the chicken was just awful. Wouldn’t feed it a dog.

Pizza was good the last couple times I ordered , today they were terrible , no taste whatsoever , not sure why the pizza’s are so inconsistent. Burger was very dry . Dissapointed today

ordered 2 spaghetti bolegnaise with some sort of questionable cubed 'meat' that was dry and just all around disgusting. The meatball baguettes had some tiny meat balls on, no sauce and was also dry. The food was just disgusting. I wouldn't order from here ever again.

Waste of money ordering from here iv been a regular customer for years and over the last few times had from here it’s been nightmare missing or food is wrong then when you contact them they are ok on phone but the delivery driver is rude I will not be ordering from here no more

The food is always hit and miss as other reviews have said, however the big issue here is the customer service and attitude, whether in the shop or being delivered it’s like you’re bothering them by ordering food so we have stopped using them. Why should we support the business that doesn’t seem to want or appreciate the custom?

Been a loyal customer for at least 10yrs. Always only order pizza from Ginos and it used to always be fresh and delicious. The last 3 times I've order myself/with family, the chicke and meat has tasted and smelled weird on the pizza. It's old/not fresh or edible. Completely put us off.

The order was 30 minutes late but my brother wanted pizza for his bday dinner. I had 1 slice of my pizza and threw the rest away after finding a black hair in the cheese on the slice! It made me feel bad, no way could I eat any further. And before suggesting it was ours, my brother is mousy brown and I'm a red head, it definitely isn't our hair. Will NEVER be ordering from here again! The response from them: We will try to get a manager to contact you.

We’ve ordered from Gino’s ever since we moved to the area two years ago. We’ve had our food delivered and we’ve collected and every time it’s been on time/ready and cooked to perfection.

Couldn’t seem to find the High Street, turned up late whilst trying to find us for over half an hr as the restaurant called to ask where we are and the driver couldn’t find us 30mins earlier so when he finally turned up we said the food will probably be cold now, he threw the food back in his back saying OK and stormed out the shop. Ordered from shop before and food is good but this driver had no idea what he was doing. Use maps on your phone, it’s not hard

I had pizza which was Apna style I personally think it was worth it would go again because it’s open during the day

No issues with service or delivery time. However the ordered 2 pizzas. 1 of them was great. However the other was meant to be vegi hot however no heat and the bland taste. Very dissappointed.

The spaghetti Bolognese was not edible it was mushy and stuck together with a layer of mozzarella the sauce was sour and there was chunks of unknown meat it wasn't ground beef, it was vile, the onions rings were fine but the chips were soggy and cold by the time it arrived, definitely won't be ordering from here again

The worst pizza i’ve had in my life, the pizza and garlic bread pizza was undercooked as the dough was chewy the ingredients tasted out of date. Chicken nuggets came with the deal but they tasted like fish nuggets, luckily i’m not allergic to fish. Ironically the chips were over cooked. Do not recommend this place at all

Worst pizza I ever had it wasn’t even cooked the chicken was old. After having 3 4 bites I vomited. I don’t recommend this place worst pizza shop.

To be honest I ordered my pizza multiple times from this guys yes it takes around 30 min or might be a bit more but it's always been delivered correctly as ordered and hot never received a cold pizza as I seen mentioned in some viewers great pizza for the price keep up the great service highly recommend out my experience

What happened? Food used to be OK. I had the chicken and mushroom pasta, it was vile! Soggy chips. Sub-par pizza. Used to like this place. Will not order again.

They didn't give no sauce even though i had them requested in the NOTEs but they didn't give a single dip of sauce.

Quite possibly one of the worst takeaway i’ve ever had. It will still hard (frozen) by the time i’ve noticed it was hard in the middle I had already ate half! I was sick after 1 hour as I couldn’t stop the disgusting feeling it had took affect on my body. it’s been many hours now, I still disgusting. This whole encounter has made me appreciate home food a lot more!!!! If you want frozen food, go here.

I ordered two XL pizza and nugets and chips. The nugget meal and was decent enough and warm. However pizza wasn’t warm at all and tasted different then usual. Wasn’t happy with the service received on this unfortunately.

Food tasted like it was warmed up in a microwave and previously cooked, food arrived cold and didn’t taste right so everything went in the bin, I’m not sure if this place has new owners, awaiting refund from just eat.

Ordered through uber eats, when the food was 15 min late (over 1h total waiting) I called the restaurant and they cancelled the order. Not bothered to cancel any earlier I litteraly had a cancel notification while on the phone.
