The Sandwich Company in Derry

Went to McDonalds for lunch with a work college, and ordered table service. Food took a long time coming. We sat in an alcove over to the left of the restraunt which had two fixed tables and fixed stools at a shelf that was at the window. Sitting at the table looking over at the stool area the floor was dirty with ground in dirt that hadn't been washed for ages. The wooden panel below the shelf hadn't been cleaned for ages and had a splat of stale tomato sauce on it. It always makes you worried when you see the front of house looking like that!

Called them from 1:15 and it is 2:09 and still doesn’t answer 1 star do not recommend

Horrendous, the food was 20 minutes over what we were advised but no big deal at this time of year HOWEVER! When it arrived one of the orders was wrong, all three were congealed like they'd been lying around for a good while before being sent out. They charged £8 each for three specials the first two practically inedible and were dumped the third one after eating two thirds I discovered a piece of slate/tile/stone whatever the hell it was is not intended to be in food whatsoever. First and absolute last time I ever order food from here seriously folks don't waste your money 🤬
