ORDER NEVER ARRIVED!!!! STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND!!!

Over an hour late missing items as well

Never came, I would love my money back

No dips this time. the last few times I've got delivery there was always something missing

Food was cold even though it was delivered early

I ordered 20 chicken nugget’s and the didnt bring them they were £6.99

my food was freezing an rotten

never arrived. waited 2 hrs for it to say delivered when no food was ever delivered

absolute joke ordered the Mc muffin deal and they didn't send the mc muffins only the hash browns

Always missing items especially the dips. Mc Donald's need to start hiring people who can read. Driver was 100%

Ordered from McDonald’s, a whole meal was missing because they didn’t have the burger Instead of contacting me or sending a different burger meal, they sent nothing .The driver just arrived and said they had no big tasty’s left. So my husband waited for his food, we got ours and he got nothing. Disappointed

The food was freezing cold and it was missing a main from a meal. Will never use again. Is it that difficult to get a 2 item meal correct

Most of my order missing all I got was chips and milkshake and a share box of nuggets all burgers were not delivered

i ordered food for me and my boyfriend, his big mac came fine and same with my nuggets but my burger came with pickles which i cannot eat, yous also forgot the sauces i asked for (barbecue)

Awful! Food was freezing and had to wait an hour! The delivery time kept getting moved.

Food was not delivered the delivery man was so rude and told me the code was wrong and that the last 4 digits of my mobile number were incorrect as well and that he could not hand the food over without this. Joke of a company

Mcdonalds is overpricedand over rated . Service and accuracy of order is inconsistent.

Driver was so rude at the door came in the back door instead of front told me to take the food out of the just eat bag that keeps the food warm myself food was absolutely freezing keep in mind ordered to happy meals for my nieces had to put in the air fryer fed up of this happening as it’s not the first I’ve experienced horrible drivers and food being freezing it’s always the happy meals

At the time I’m posting this we’re still yet to get our order. Money has been taken out of my account and yet they keep checking their computer. I don’t even know what’s going on

Their ‘Large’ portion sized chips wouldn’t fill the hole in my tooth. Very stingy with their chip portions and the toppings on the McFlurries and £0.90 extra for coffee toppings way too stingy as well! Staff though are super friendly, courteous and lovely and they do always get your order right. Nice clean restaurant. Just a pity about the stinginess of their fry portions and extra toppings on desserts, coffees etc…

There is always something missing in my order am finished with McDonald’s

Over 2 hrs from ordering I received cold food for my children, after having to cook them a meal. As the food took over two hours to arrive and is stone cold

Terrible service, ordered 3 milkshakes and watched 4 staff stand around doing nothing and waited 20 minutes.

I ordered pancakes with extra bacon and no egg. But I received egg, no bacon and no syrup.

Service was terrible, waited 20 minutes for food. Once I received my BACON double cheeseburger, I noticed it had one pathetic slice of bacon (image 1). Therefore I returned it and was issued a replacement and an apology. Once I unwrapped my new burger I was once again disappointed by the pathetic piece of bacon (image 2). How hard is it to add the correct amount of bacon? However, I suppose fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. That will be the last time I step foot in foyleside McDonald's. Update: I'm a man of second chances. I returned to McDonald's Foyleside. Despite my fear and apprehension I entered the humble fast food restaurant. In order for a fair retrial I ordered the same dish (Bacon Double Cheeseburger) albeit 5 months later, I do admire the consistency of the McDonald's menu. These false pretences of respect and civility were not to last, as when I ordered the bacon double cheese burger I was once again deeply saddened by the underwhelming amount of cured pork aka BACON (image 3). Between the impressive scope of architecture within the shopping centre and the false wolf in sheep's clothing smile that adorns each McDonald's employee face, you may be deceived into believing that this establishment will treat you with dignity and respect. However, as far as fairness and consistency goes they have no time for you. A wise man once said that the greatest trick the devil ever played was convincing the world he doesn't exist; whoever that man is, he had been to Foyleside McDonalds.

MY FOOD TOOK 20 MINUTES TO COME. AND WHEN IT CAME IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER! ALSO MY FRIES WERE UNSALTED AND COLD. SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR, AVOID EATING HERE AT ALL COSTS

Left the wrong order was gone by the time I checked it and had to go to get the food myself

order never came to my address, no I have upset kid, who r Hungary and I used nearly 40 pounds on food, this is a joke
