it never came I will be wanting a full refund

My food was freezing cold I only got half a medium chips and waited over 45 mins

did not get my sugared dounut

my food was cold and I'm missing 9 chicken nuggets to

Due to the courier not going to the correct place and me having to walk and get it the food was the cold

The delivery time got pushed back so many times and it took almost two hours since I had ordered it

deliver driver was really nice but my food was cold

Honestly yous might aswell just take dips off the menu at this point if you aren't gona give them out.

Took a very long time to find a driver.

Driver was grand sound fella, food is nothing short of taking the hand. absolutely nothing in the "large fries" and the burger looks like it was made by a blind paraplegic.

Never write reviews but honestly probably the worst service and atmosphere from this McDonalds There was not one empty table in sight that was clean. It was filthy and no sign of cleaning in sight. I tried to ask the lady to clean my table she ignored me and walked out of my way. She eventually answered me after the third ask and snapped back at me saying she was busy, she’ll be over soon and it was only her and another man on the floor and walked off. (Btw, She never came over!) After waiting for ages, we then seen a table that was slightly better and moved to it and it was only slight better because the previous customer had cleaned it up before they left. I’m sorry, but I have seen this McDonald’s WAY busier than what it was when I was there on Saturday. The standards have seriously dropped, considering the standards and procedures during Covid times, these seem to have completely disappeared. Customers had left trays and rubbish on the tables beside us and they weren’t lifted for the entire time we were there. Rubbish was on tables when we sat down and still didn’t get lifted at all. It was seriously not acceptable. Some people went as far as cleaning it themselves. It was disgusting and there was no reason at all why nothing could be cleared or cleaned. I have worked in hospitality and understand the stress sometimes but this was totally unacceptable and the attitude of staff members. The lady that said she was busy was walking about as unconcerned, clearly didn’t want to be there. There was a few men on the floor, one was talking more than working to foyleside security and cleaning staff. The other man I saw was fine, brought food over and I’ve seen him a few times working there but he also didn’t clear the tables that were sitting dirty. As I said at the beginning, I don’t write reviews usually but this was appalling

put an order in at 4 only got my wains food at 6 just shocked use could leave food orders this long and it was freezing fries we couldn't eat it

forgot the straws and the sauces. also forgot the bacon I added on the burger. you'd think since they're almost charging a pound to add bacon the would remember.

I would have given 5 stars but the courier had to take a wide detour due to a march taking place enroute which resulted in the food being colder than normal. Not the fault of anyone and it was still very pleasant to eat. Very friendly delivery driver

Food was grand, as usual. But as soon as the food was brought up to me, I was told that the McCrispy and fries were the only in the bag, when I ordered a McFlurry and a Coca Cola along with the food. Greatly disappointed with that.

Maybe we were there at a bad time but it was probably the worst experience I've had of a Macdonald's. We were there about 45 minutes before closing and they were pretty busy but what McDonald's isn't busy?or maybe they were short staffed? Anyway..... The place was so messy. Trays and rubbish lying on the floor and under our table. The food was the normal for McDonald's food. Looks nothing like the picture but it's edible. Though they seemed to be out of BBQ sauce and also no ice cream so pretty bad experience.

I paid £46 for an order and most of it was freezing cold and uneatable. The milkshake and mcflurry were liquid. I was told they cannot help me and offered no assistance. The driver himself even told me he was stuck in the town due to marching and couldn't move. Just eat offered no refund or anything to resolve this issue. I am disgusted as I am a very regular customer and order from a dew restaurants. I responded when they basically told me they wouldn't help and no answer was received.

Ordered from McDonald’s, a whole meal was missing because they didn’t have the burger Instead of contacting me or sending a different burger meal, they sent nothing .The driver just arrived and said they had no big tasty’s left. So my husband waited for his food, we got ours and he got nothing. Disappointed
