Always something missing from the order or just the complete wrong order. so now I have to order again and pay for delivery again. this is a joke and needs to stop

my order says delivered but I haven't received it??

forgot the straws and the sauces. also forgot the bacon I added on the burger. you'd think since they're almost charging a pound to add bacon the would remember.

A £30 order and all i got was my 3 drinks absolutely disgusted

requested no cheese to be on my burger as I am allergic. the burger has cheese.

Took over an hour for a burger and it landed freezing

chip cold and like rubber three 3 plain big mac had Cheese on them Coke is flat and the cappuccino is freezing really nor haopy

I would have given 5 stars but the courier had to take a wide detour due to a march taking place enroute which resulted in the food being colder than normal. Not the fault of anyone and it was still very pleasant to eat. Very friendly delivery driver

Got the food correct but ordered milkshakes none came ice cream and coke came instead(with no straws)😂

Food was grand, as usual. But as soon as the food was brought up to me, I was told that the McCrispy and fries were the only in the bag, when I ordered a McFlurry and a Coca Cola along with the food. Greatly disappointed with that.

Maybe we were there at a bad time but it was probably the worst experience I've had of a Macdonald's. We were there about 45 minutes before closing and they were pretty busy but what McDonald's isn't busy?or maybe they were short staffed? Anyway..... The place was so messy. Trays and rubbish lying on the floor and under our table. The food was the normal for McDonald's food. Looks nothing like the picture but it's edible. Though they seemed to be out of BBQ sauce and also no ice cream so pretty bad experience.

This was totally unacceptable. My order was confirmed but I was not able to track the order at any time or contact anyone to find out what was happening. The order arrived half an hour late

it's the McDonald's staff forgetting items all the time the annoys me then they blame just eat its their staff that's incapable of reading and completing an order

I paid £46 for an order and most of it was freezing cold and uneatable. The milkshake and mcflurry were liquid. I was told they cannot help me and offered no assistance. The driver himself even told me he was stuck in the town due to marching and couldn't move. Just eat offered no refund or anything to resolve this issue. I am disgusted as I am a very regular customer and order from a dew restaurants. I responded when they basically told me they wouldn't help and no answer was received.

Ordered from McDonald’s, a whole meal was missing because they didn’t have the burger Instead of contacting me or sending a different burger meal, they sent nothing .The driver just arrived and said they had no big tasty’s left. So my husband waited for his food, we got ours and he got nothing. Disappointed

Mcdonalds is overpricedand over rated . Service and accuracy of order is inconsistent.

Driver was so rude at the door came in the back door instead of front told me to take the food out of the just eat bag that keeps the food warm myself food was absolutely freezing keep in mind ordered to happy meals for my nieces had to put in the air fryer fed up of this happening as it’s not the first I’ve experienced horrible drivers and food being freezing it’s always the happy meals

At the time I’m posting this we’re still yet to get our order. Money has been taken out of my account and yet they keep checking their computer. I don’t even know what’s going on

Their ‘Large’ portion sized chips wouldn’t fill the hole in my tooth. Very stingy with their chip portions and the toppings on the McFlurries and £0.90 extra for coffee toppings way too stingy as well! Staff though are super friendly, courteous and lovely and they do always get your order right. Nice clean restaurant. Just a pity about the stinginess of their fry portions and extra toppings on desserts, coffees etc…

There is always something missing in my order am finished with McDonald’s

Over 2 hrs from ordering I received cold food for my children, after having to cook them a meal. As the food took over two hours to arrive and is stone cold

Great today but I ordered yesterday and my order was cancelled was very disappointed

All was excellent. It's worth five stars, although no straws were provided!
