Lovely warm atmosphere.always have a good cask beer available last night it was Sunbeam a blonde ale with a nice tang to it.I finished of with a Guinness properly served and very tasty.A good village pub recommended

Always busy , always fresh . Has sorted me out with my really awkward picky tastes . Gent on the desk always a legend . Highly reccomended. Always smells amazing when we drive past everyday.

Only slight "whinge" is that you can't alter the Full English - you get what's on the menu. Service was fast, pleasant and efficient. Atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, without being rowdy. Great background music. £24 for 2 (very) Full English and teas.
