The function room needs decorating. And the bar staff need to learn the difference between half a lager shandy and a pint of lager shandy.

That place it will be ok at the royal Oak quite nice drink with cold at Saturday night

Under new management and you certainly can tell!, the atmosphere is lovely, relaxing and cleaner now. Bar staff are very welcoming and professional. Would definitely recommend visiting now there is new management and staff, they are always friendly and have a smile and happy to be of service.

The Royal Oak is a community pub set in the heart of Crofton. Currently undergoing refurbishment, the pub is family run, offering an excellent range of draught and spirits. The Royal Oak also offers local hand pulled ales which are very popular. The pub boasts 2 comfortable lounges, Sky & BT sports, beer gardens & a function room. The Royal Oak is family & dog friendly, the staff are bubbly and attentive, always offering a warm welcome. Weekly entertainment also features usually ranging from quizzes, to live music & karaoke. Well worth a visit!

Great, welcoming local pub. The staff are always happy to help. There is a great selection of drinks and a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Lots of effort has been put into making great changes and it just keeps getting better.

Since December it's just getting better and better. The drinks, the look, the events. Definitely worth a few visits at least to appreciate the hard work being put into the place. The staff are friendly and welcoming 😉.
