I had a call at 1:30 asking for my address which they already had and I had to repeat because they were unhappy I had a house name instead of a number. I have then called them on the number they used at as they have stated they have dropped off my delivery and haven’t

delivery time kept changing. well over an hour from time of order to travel 2 miles

excellent food. However... the delivery drivers/shop pays no attention to delivery requests. asking to leave food at the door via just eat is ignored. I would ask that the shop/driver pays attention to delivery notes in future.

Ordered pizzas online and collected. The pizzas at Papa John's are the best takeaway pizzas around. Lots of flavour,plenty of topping,no greasyness at all,delicious. Price is good also.

The pizza itself could have been nice, but absolutely stone cold. £16+ got me a small and stone cold pizza . Really disappointed as first time I have ever ordered.

Pizzas very tasty, dough a little tougher/firmer than most places which makes it unique I myself love it my partner prefers dominoes style crust. Only criticism I can offer is the garlic sauce! That yellow stuff is vile.

Never turned up and the delivery driver argued that he didn’t have time to look for my home. After 20 minutes of telling him directions I had to cancel my order. This was after waiting 2 hours for the order to be dispatched

For a big name, the food was Poor quality charged at a high price, it was cold on delivery, I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered 2 pizza's original crust and stuffed crust. Dough was cooked to perfection without burning the cheese. Highly recommend try papa johns wakefield.

Food was nice and came hot. However I asked for no onions on my pizza but they still put them on which resulted in me having to take all the toppings off my pizza, so it wasn’t enjoyable.

They have good pizza, it's the same pizza as at all Papa Jones pizzerias, not phenomenal but very good. It's a shame that they don't have the classic Italian pizza types on the menu (quatro formagi, diavola...etc).

Love your pizzas but won’t be getting your tatty tots again put French fries on the menu please😀

Food was ok but cold. Don't try ordering for a specific collection time like I did. They notified me my order was ready to collect almost 30 mins before the time I had requested and then tried chasing me up by phone. I tried to ask the staff when I arrived if my order had been sat there for 30 mins but no one seemed to understand what I was asking.

You acted as though you’re open, accepted the order, took money and didn’t deliver the food. Appalled!!!

I ordered food at 1208hrs today. Its now 1622hrs and my portal says delivered yet i havent got any food. What kind of service is this. Was supposed to deliver ASAP!! But nothing. The number for restaurant says does not exist!! I have commented on Food quality only because the app is not allowing me ti submit withoit answering!! Very Abysmal indeed. I want a refund!!

And the driver said it wasn’t busy It was ice cold 🤬 I request a refund

They said they called me, (didn’t call me) I ordered at pm 07:05 and just got it at pm 9:58.. good food, bad delivery today, other times no problem.

This was the first time I have ordered pizza from this Papa Johns, and it didn't dissapoint. The pizza was tasty, well made and seemed to be good quality. The sides I ordered is a different story. They were edible and tasted ok, but thats about as far as it went with them. They were just bland and didn't have much going for them. This might be just a Papa Johns issue in general however, as this was my first time ordering sides from them. Staff seemed friendly and nice. There was one that seemed to be confused by us picking up food however, as he handed us our food and then proceeded to run out to our car asking if we had paid or not, even though the order was ordered online and paid for then. This left us a bit confused. Prices are normal Papa Johns prices - expensive. If you're looking for a pizza and a side, you're better off going to a local takeaway instead of a chain one like this. However, if you're buying a few pizzas, there is plenty of deals that reduce the price by a lot which makes it a bit more worth. All in all it seems a pretty good pizza place. Definitely not the best in the area, but not the worst by a long shot.

The quality of food is fine but the staff can’t seem to get an order correct. The last 4 times I have ordered from this restaurant they have got my order wrong/forgot to bring part of the order. I called up to request a replacement pizza to be brought out and they told me it was too late to deliver another one at 9pm when they close at 11pm? The manager doesn’t seem to care. They take your money and refuse to refund you. Very poor. I advise you spend your money elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

I called the restaurant after order was 20 minutes late, they said driver was outside no one was there, they hung up so i rang back, confirmed the driver would call me and could i go outside, no one was there was freezing and no one called me for 15 mins until i called back. They had gone to wrong address even though clarified where we were, i stayed stood outside in cold, got cut off again, driver drove past the street so was trying to call and tell them and then still forgot some of my order and pizzas had gone cold.

Ordered for collection and gave me a time of 1pm. Went to collect and it was closed. Tried to ring, no answer and tried to email but there was no option. If the business isn't open it shouldn't be taking collection orders.

Totally cold not worth the money . For a single.person . Won't use you again

Pizza was tad a bit undercooked

Ordered from here for the first time ever, as I’m finding it hard to find a decent pizza locally. The pizza is pretty good, a bit less flavourful than other chains, but at least you know what you’re getting and can expect consistency. I also had the chicken bites, which were made out of real chicken! Overall the food was good, and the delivery was super quick.

Had 2 medium pizzas and a potato side with dips. Really tasty food and the staff and delivery driver were lovely. Will definitely be back 👍
