Georgia was amazing kept checking us topping us with drinks she is at the top of her game knows what she is doing and the food from the kitchen was amazing.

Went on a random tuesday! georgia was working and she took SUCH good care of us. we were a table of five for brunch and the food was amazing but so was the drinks. Georgia made us ALL feel wanted and needed, never missed a check back. as a table of hospitality workers, she was all we ever wanted and more. 10/10 recommend to a friend

Had a lovely time with my group for bottomless brunch this afternoon. Georgia was such a lovely server and kept us all with a drink in hand. Can't forget Leroy who cooked us all a fantastic meal. Couldn't recommend more :)

Booked a Bottomless here. We couldn't of had a better time. Matt & Martin were so lovely, kept the drinks flowing and were great company for a laugh. Food was fantastic and the cocktails flowed well.

Had a virgin gift experience bottomless brunch - food, a kilo of hot honey wings, a meaty pizza. A bottle of Prosecco upon arrival. Then cocktails till u burst! Lovely atmosphere and sweet Georgia serving us was amazing! Deffo be back and also gift this experience to others!

Fun Bottomless Brunch experience. Group of 10 people with 1 person serving us so food was a little slow to get to us. But it was tasty and there was a pretty good choice of drinks. Will revisit!

Came in for a family brunch was looked after by Ethan and Leroy. I must say it was an amazing e Ethan really knew all of his specs and about the menu and was really entertaining and fun to be around

Regularly attend for meals and drinks, all the staff are amazing people especially Georgia who always has a smile on her face and makes us feel so welcome; A real asset to the team. Food is great and very well priced for the area. Always leave in a better mood than I arrived in!

Had quite a few great times at The Rose. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Mateusz specifically had helped me many times before, always quickly dealing with any issues I have and he's always fast and good to talk to when serving.

Disappointed to see that real ales no longer sold. AS a pub that until quite recently supported the CAMRA discount scheme, to drop real ales, and with staff who didn't appear to know what real ale was, when asking, seems a major change in direction.

Just been refurbished 👍🏻 We visit to watch sport as a group of 3 always happy to put different sporting events on different TVs in the pub. Food is always good, staff are excellent. You do have to pay to get in later on in the night £2 I believe but we are normally gone by then (7-10 in the evening ish). They have music after the sport has finished… “Rose till close” I believe. Good pub!

Lively despite the weather! The little huts outside are cute and cosy, and the drinks though not the cheapest were served quickly. We'll definitely come back when we're next in the area!

Wasn't allowed in, though girls with the shortest skirts in the world were allowed in. This is ridiculous and unbelievably sexiest. When I asked the door men to speak to a manager, they first said they didn't have time and then point blank refused. I would hate to see whatbwpuld happen if a guy had a skirt on. Can't believe this behaviour is still allowed in 2024!

Why some people think that being rude and not understanding to customer needs is ok. I just wanted something very simple that I was willing to pay no matter the cost because that's my favourite drink. I wanted red wine and coke, common in UK, of course not, but if i say just follow my instructions and then you do as you like and then you say it it's not working that is your problem. If I showed my frustration it is your fault, not mine. If you go abroad and you ask for something unusual you won't be treated like that for sure. It is without saying that it is my last visit to your venue, I do not need to feel like this just for a drink. Learn some manners.

Went in for a light snack, and the service from Niles and kev was amazing. The pizza i received from the kitchen was also amazing which was prepared and cooked by Mat. Will definitely be back.

Bouncer Alex is rude and unprofessional to customers for no apparent reason, I asked him if he was alright and he basically told me to F off, I don’t appreciate this from the staff at this pub

It was my first time in a real British pub. The folks here were really friendly. It was recommended and the food did not disappoint. Beer recommendation was perfect and great place to watch a football match.

I was out with a group of friends on Friday night (12/04/24) for a 21st birthday and my handbag was stolen. All the staff including manager and security staff were amazing and acted extremely fast. I was very lucky to get my handbag back and the contents especially my mobile after the guy who stole it turned it off and wrapped it in tin foil. Very grateful for the quick responses from all staff.

Came in the other night for a few drinks myself and some friends, good atmosphere, drink selection was amazing! Couldn’t choose what to drink so Emily the lady that served me helped me pick the perfect drink, good to finally be served by a knowledgeable bar person! Would recommend to anyone and great location on the high street.

This place is certainly the centre of a night out in Bedford. Always bustling on a Friday and Saturday night. Great outdoor seating area with heater so not to freeze in the winter months. Compliments to Emily for always having a smile when serving!

Georgia was the most amazing host of our brunch. She was smiley, quick, friendly and happy. Honestly, I think you could search the ends of the earth for a better brunch waitress, and ultimately fail. Georgia is the GOAT. When she bought our drinks over her legs moved quicker the speed of light and she didn’t spill a drop. When she collected our glasses they were picked up as quickly as a bowling alley picks up the pins after your first go. Cleared in a matter of seconds. It was truly a sight to behold. I don’t think I’ll ever forget this experience at The Rose, it will be talked about to my future grandchildren, and mentioned in my wedding speech. And if there’s one thing I know for sure, Georgia will be invited. Georgia, from the girls at table 6, we hope you live long and prosper.

Popped in for some lunch and had some dishes of the festive menu. The Mac cheese with pigs in blankets is my new fave and the halloumi fries were bargain. Service was brilliant from Leroy who told me about the new MiXR app which is fantastic.

I often take a group of people to The Rose. I must say the service is great. The staff look after us so we'll with nothing being too much trouble. We have an allocated space where the group can socialise and enjoy their meal. We will and have booked in for twice in January. We'll done fantastic food and place to eat. April

Went here for a bottomless brunch at the weekend and really enjoyed it. Food was decent, but the best bit was the bottomless drinks and the service. Leroy was brilliant, clearly explained everything at the start to us and then kept the drinks flowing. He was a great laugh too, and a credit to the team!
