Another lovely pizza from The Real Pizza Company. Never disappointed with our order. Wish there was a way to tip the delivery drivers without needing cash though!

Zero stars if I could. Ordered online on a Wednesday night (three hours before they close) and they cancelled our order with no explanation. It’s a total pain to figure out what your entire family wants to eat only to have it cancelled and you have to start at square one after a long day of traveling.

This place used to be a gem. Now the prices have been hiked and the portions / toppings reduced. I guess that’s what happens when a small company committed to quality gets a bit bigger. Real shame. Don’t even get a little dip with your sides anymore. £1.50 extra.

We have had numerous orders from the Horley one which have all been great, we decided to preorder a large order for 30 guests which was supplied and delivered hot and on time from Crawley. The customer service and food was perfect. Everyone loved it. Would totally recommend. Thank you to Jen and the team for everything.

have picked up from the Manor royal branch at least four times now; the pizza is always freshly cooked, hot and delicious. the cheesy garlic dough balls are also a must. The price is excellent, and much better value than other takeaways especially as the pizza tastes so fresh and not greasy at all.

I wanted to write a review that most people would see. This place is absolutely amazing! We got a vegan pizza with vegan doughballs and they were the BEST I've had in 17 years of being vegan! Thank you Real Pizza Company!!

Ordered in advance for 10 pizzas delivered quite a distance away, in a hard to find location. They arrived on time and were delicious. Great service, great food, website makes ordering easy.

Great pizza, only moan is had a £18 minimum order for delivery, then got charged extra £3 delivery charge on checkout. Why have a minimum order charge when you have to pay for delivery?

Ordered pizzas for delivery. Arrived in under 20 minutes, really hot and delicious as always. Much better pizza than bigger chain pizza companies. Order from here you won’t be disappointed

The pizzas from here are delicious. So we’ll made, good quality ingredients. The pepperoni dough balls are so good too! Never really have any problems with them. I have (and will continue) to recommend them.

Always used to get our pizzas from here, recently really gone down hill with their attention to order changes, this is the third time they have got our order wrong. They are usually happy to replace it once we ring and let them know but this time they were not interested in correcting our order even though I had explained what had been requested, the girl on the phone was not budging and I wasn’t going to have an argument…so much for the customer is always right! We have been loyal customers for a while so this is very disappointing. Overall they were very unhelpful and a waste of money on food that we were unable to eat. We won’t be using them again now and will be looking for somewhere else to get our pizzas from in East Grinstead.

Ah man. I used to love getting these pizzas. I mean, really love them. They are a step above in terms of quality. The base is amazing. You can customise. The range is really good, especially for a veggie like me. The East Grinstead branch delivers to Crawley Down, which we always appreciated because so few takeaways deliver here - dominos was the only competitor. But, sadly, you have to wait AGES for the pizza. I've just eaten one I ordered at 7.10. It said 40-60 minutes on the website and it took 1hr 40 minutes. They're clearly busy. That's fine. But it's the same almost any night. Either hire more staff, or stop advertising the delivery time, or stop delivering to Crawley Down. Please.

We ordered a meal deal which was £25 for 2 pizzas a side and 4 cans of drink . My partner rang the east grinstead branch to order and made a change on one of the pizzas so instead of blue cheese she wanted goats cheese, and to swap the base to bbq base the young guy on the phone agreed and placed the order, whilst reading back to confirm the changes We got our pizza delivered to find it looked like it had been dropped as it was all squashed to one side of the box and we had been charged an extra £3.95 for goats cheese and bbq base without being informed but quickly realised that the pizza had blue cheese as well as goats cheese which we just wanted swapping as well as finding they had also forgotten the garlic and herb dip , We rang the store back up explained the situation and the forgotten dip and sent the wrong pizza back with the delivery girl and half an hour later got the right pizza but again no dip , We rang the store back up again and the guy on the phone had no customer service skills at all and was told they would get it right next time , we told the guy there will not be a next time . Such a shame as the pizza is good but lacks phone skills and getting orders correct

Best pizza in Horley by a mile, always hot, fresh, perfectly cooked and fast delivery. They have a wide variety of pizza's that are extremely tasty and some excellent options for vegans and vegetarians. Would recommend 100%

Amazing pizzas, the vegan pizzas are delish, and the vegan dough balls too are the nicest I’ve had (the vegan cheese is great here). My partner/friends have always had great meat pizzas too. The offers are good value. Usually great service from Horley/Crawley branches, had an issue once (out of ordering a bit too often) which was quickly fixed, they were apologetic about the mistake, always had great customer service. The rest of the time always been great with delivery or collection.

We order from the East Grinstead store regularly and they literally do the best vegan pizzas ever. We have tried all the different ones over the years and these are the winners. Pizzas are always delivered hot, taste fresh and authentic and arrive quickly - staff are always friendly and respect social distancing. I wish I could eat these everyday!

We ordered a collection last night. It was ready in less than 15 minutes and when we arrived I quickly checked our order (I am that annoying person that puts pineapple on EVERY pizza I have) and the pineapple had been forgotten - it was an honest mistake, pineapple shouldn't go with the pizza I ordered... BUT the staff were so friendly and just threw a big handful of pineapple on my pizza when we took it back in. Couldnt fault them at all! This was the best pizza I have had in years.

The pizzas are great and we always go back as we live locally in copthorne however, if you are ordering on a Friday or Saturday evening be prepared for a long wait for delivery. The food is fantastic but it is a shame about the wait time. Unfortunately the long wait time has happened to us on more than one occasion and we were recently waiting over two hours for our food to get to us. Please could you be more precise with your delivery timing on your website so that customers know what to expect. Couldn’t fault the food though it’s delicious and arrived very hot.

Incredible Pizza!! I just tried The Real Company for the first time from their new Crawley location. The quality of the pizza is great, really good quality ingredients and perfectly cooked! Not heavy or greasy at all, the chicken and garlic bread was delicious too! Will definitely be coming back for more!!

When they first open, the pizza was really good. Then sadly as most restaurant they start using cheap quality ingredients and the quality goes down the pan. Twice now I purchased pizzas and both time very disappointed. There was no smell of the ingredients or the fermented pizza dough, that's the best part. will not order again until they start using good quality ingredients

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN CRAWLEY FOR A PIZZA! Only go HERE for takeaway or delivery. By a long way the best base, taste and value. Pretty sure the dips are homemade too. VERY Strongly recommended!

We were staying at the premier inn outside Gatwick and didn’t really fancy anything on the hotels menu so found the real pizza company through just eat and thank god we did. They were lovely, and agreed to deliver right to our hotel. We had the pepperoni pizza and wedges.. it was amazing.. we are massive pizza lovers and this was by far one of the best ones we have had. It’s a shame we were only there for one night before our holiday as we definitely would have ordered again.

Have ordered from this place a few times and it’s such great food for good value. The staff are so friendly and puts the big pizza chains to shame.

We stumbled across The Real Pizza Company van in Lingfield and they were some of the best pizzas we have had! We even decided to order again the following week, and once again the pizzas were perfectly cooked and brilliant quality. Exceptionally good value compared to others in the area too. Delivery was prompt and curteous, they are definitely our new go to pizza place

I am so impressed. We received a flyer for deliveries a few days ago and saw the vegan section, so tried with trepidation, as I t is incredibly difficult to find vegan pizza that tastes good. We were amazed! Great friendly speedy service, Twosday Tuesday deal a bargain, but best of all, hot delicious pizza.

Had a few pizzas from here. All very good/excellent. I'd say they're pricey if you pay full price, but there are always various offers, like Groupon or the Tuesday special (and others) which make them great value. Very convenient if shopping in Crawley/east grinstead and you're going to be passing - order before you leave and they'll be ready to pick up by the time you get there. I woudln't mind them cooked for a minute longer, but nevertheless, how they come they are great. They have a table to eat inside if you want.

My first pizza with vegan cheese ! The pizza was so nice lovely base , I had Garden of Vegan but instead of mushroom I had peppers and chill . The vegan cheese was nice enough just like mozzarella neither have much taste ! The pizza is so nice with the topping next time I won't bother with the cheese ! This pizza is one of the best I have had I don't like other takeaway pizzas so never have them. So pleased I have found this local company, I had one from Crawley outside wickes, today Thursday 27th Feb 2020 the 2 girls serving where lovely , friendly and helpful discussing vegan options . I'll certainly be back. My husband had ham and mushroom pizza equally as good.

We won a facebook competition to win a family feast... the food was delicious! I have ordered from the real pizza company lots of times and never had a bad meal! The staff are all really friendly and delivery is always in the time they advise. I would always recommend them... best pizzas around!

Ordered pizza 18:43 delivered at 19:00 this is fast. BUT the problem was the pizzas were ordered for 20:00. So 2 of the 4 people were not available to eat the pizzas while fresh and had to ear reheated. This was useless BUT as an extra insult to myself The Real Pizza Company pretended to say on JustEat that they wanted to make it up to me after admitting they messed up (as in pic) and that I should email Paul at the attached email address. But this was just lies as he has not responded to 2 emails. So The Real Pizza Company are just another company that does NOT genuinely care when they let customers down and just fob people off by pretending on public forums that they care. Incredibly disappointing that they do NOT follow up on promises.

I used to order from these guys in East Grinstead and now order from the recently opened Horley branch. Can honestly say that it’s my favourite pizza ever - nice quality ingredients, always hot and fresh when delivered, good service and really really tasty. Used to be a great pizza but i cant accept a hawian with 6 bits of pineapple when its an 8 slice pizza... thats a bit of ham and a single piece of pineapple on 6 of the slices which is a poor show, and the other 2 slices are just a ham pizza. And how about some cheese on it?? Try elsewhere because this place are penny pinching and im fed up with it at this point.

Although the pizza bad/crust was good but the caramelised onion was far too sweet and completely over powered everything. Chucking it in the bin. Delivery was super quick!

Fantastic pizza. Was absolutely gorgeous so happy. My kids absolutely love the stuffed doughballs with ham, they thought these were just the best. Pizzas were hot and tasty, looked great. Would highly recommend the szechuan beef.

First time we have tried it and it was really, really excellent. Ordered extra bacon on the three cheese pizza which wasn’t added but regardless still the best pizza we have had in years.

Pizza quality is very very good and my visit last week was no exception. However, they simply cannot cope with busy times. Have not been there for 18 months due to similar problems. Ordered over the phone, told 10 to 15 minutes.

The sour dough crust on these pizzas is really good. We ordered the mighty duck and the full house and they were both good. From order to when they were done was 15 minutes.

First time using The Real Pizza Company last evening and used our local one in Heathcote Drive East Grinstead. Friendly service on the telephone and excellent delivery time, earlier than quoted and again friendly delivery chap. The pizzas were excellent, far superior than from the usual more well known "High Street" chains. The meat and peppers smelt and tasted fresh as did the pineapple. Very impressed not only with the pizzas but with the price as well. Better quality and cheaper so a win win all round. Will definitely use again on the rare occasion we have pizzas, and have no hesitation in recommending.

Forced into leaving our 4 star due to cold food, we found this place tucked away. We ordered a pizza and returned to the hotel with it, it was really nice and tasty. They had a large selection of food that could be ordered and it was cooked quickly and service was great.

It’s been a while since a visit to the real pizza company, but it was a welcome back. Easy to order online, and you collect yourself the service is very quick in mid week. I had a “Sgt Pepperoni “ it was very tasty. You can have a 9 inch or 12 inch, Excellent !! Will be back soon

Before going gluten free, Real Pizza Company was my choice of takeaway pizzas and I much preferred it to the likes of Dominos etc.

Had to wait a little longer than perhaps Domino's but it was worth it. Pizza's were delicious and so were the dips. Loads of toppings and they really tasted of quality ingredients.

Ordered online for delivery from their East Grinstead shop. We ordered the Meatfeat pizza, American Hot, Chilli Doughballs, Ham Doughballs, Chicken Goujons and dips.

Nice pizza using fresh ingredients. Makes a change from our usual pizza takeout and feel that we’re making a healthier choice. Kids love it which is important. Only thing we’ve encountered so far is very very long delivery times. Both times waiting over an hour for food.

My husband and I have been buying our pizzas from The Real Pizza Company for years, way before they even had a shop and were cooking them from a van!

Saturday night we ordered their Real deal. It was really busy when we collected our order but the staff kept us informed and were polite. We had 2 large pizzas of excellent quality, some sublime dough balls! (These are a must if your going to try) unlike any other dough ball I’ve ever tried. And a large drink. Great service, great food and good value.

We really love the Real Pizza Company but sadly they need to sort out there customers with realistic timings very unhappy and hungry!

Delicious pizza, definitely not anything like Iceland ones as mentioned in another review, which are not top quality ingredients like these. You pay for what you get, if you want a top quality pizza, you go here!

We have been supporting them now for about 3 years, generally they make the best pizzas, sadly on Saturday the hawian pizza I ordered was shocking, all base and really very little topping, I hope this is not a sign that things are going down hill

I was pleasantly surprise by the delicious pizza made by The Real Pizza Company, being Italian and loving pizza I can say that it was not bad at all. I hope they will continue with the same nice food products and not start using cheaper to save money.

Used this local pizza company for the first time this month and were not disappointed. The pizzas are fantastic, all made fresh to,order with local produce wherever possible. There’s a menu of set pizzas but you can add additional toppings or build your own from scratch. We opted to collect but they do offer delivery. Great food and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

My kids persuaded me to treat them to a pizza, I could have bought 4 equally good pizza's from Iceland for £4, a fraction of what I paid.

The pizzas from The Real Pizza Company are incredible, beautiful thin crust with the perfect amount of topping. The sides are really good as well espcually the wedges. The garlic and herb dip is the perfect way to finish the pizza! The delivery service is speedy and the delivery drivers are always extremely pleasant.

The Real Pizza Company is definitely worth a visit, the pizza is freshly prepared and is truly great. Probably a little more expensive than the corporate's but worth it.

This was the first time I used this takeaway. I enjoyed the pizza although a bit big for my appetite. I should have cut it in half & had the other half the next day and I will do that next time.

Stopped here for a pizza during our over night stay before our flight from Gatwick. We were starving after a long journey so searched for something local to our hotel. I am a massive pizza lover, so to say this was possibly one of the best pizzas I have ever had is a pretty big deal!! Slightly disappointed the one pizza I picked from the menu they no longer made. So I made my own, chorizo + mushroom. My boyfriend had the duck pizza and that was outstanding... definitely a go to for any duck lover! Not quite sure how anyone could rate this place less than a 5, maybe they can’t quite appreciate a pizza like I can!

Ordered, picked up 15 minutes later, great pizza. Had 1 large spicy nduja and 1 large vegetarian. Very tasty indeed. Excellent website and friendly staff. Would have been decent value at £20 but with the Tuesday deal (buy 1 get 1 for a pound) it was fantastic value.

Just had my first pizza from here, absolutely delicious, I find your normal pizza from dominoes and pizza hut very greasy and heavy, so I can only eat no more than 2 slices, but this was very light and tasty with no grease, I actually ate the whole pizza (small size) lol

Everyone in Crawley is raving about this place, so thought it was only right to give it a go. Surely giving to local businesses is better than the large corporations that seem to dominate the market.
