Good was excellent and the staff were friendly. On the smaller size and it felt it during lunch time but it was handled well and it was a delight to visit.

Lovely spot! We tried for the first time a couple of weeks ago and where that impressed we used their services to prepare food for our Halloween party! The food was fantastic the cheese cake was incredible! Friendly staff and a great atmosphere, overall a lovely hidden gym

The perfect place for either just a lovely coffee or coffee with a snack. Last time that l was there l had the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. The staff are lovely and the atmosphere really relaxed. Prices good too. I definitely recommend.

Trendy wee cafe on Moira's Meeting Street. Attractive interior decor with indoor and outdoor dining options. Whatever you order be prepared for a hearty helping on the plate, no skimping here! Very friendly staff, children welcome, pleasant welcoming atmosphere. Clean toilets with baby hygiene attachment.

Went to the quirky bird 🐦 absolutely fabulous. Had a beautiful experience from start to finish. The meal was scrumptious 😋 and the guys were brilliant, attentive and nothing was to much trouble. 2 whole years today ive been the chef at the quirky bird cafe in moira and its still the best place ive ever worked in . Amazing wee cafe and and the staff are an absolute joy to work with. What makes it for me is our customers ....they make me smile every day . Heres to many more happy and quirky years ahead <3

Would definitely recommend a visit here and especially on a Thursday evening, the food we received was beautiful, the service was great and the staff very friendly.

Always good food and excellent service. I've visited twice and on both occasions the staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Portion sizes are also great and the menu is extensive. I also love that they do all day breakfasts :) Really affordable too!

Not a big vegan menu. But still there is something for us. Staff are really really friendly attentive and patient. Atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Good decor. Large food portions.

I arranged some catered food from here for my wife's birthday and it was always absolutely lovely at a very fair price. I can't fault them at all, everything was superb.

Absolutely brilliant little place. Stopped here for lunch on my way south from the airport. Super friendly welcome, fresh and healthy food cooked to order which far outstrips most "up-market" cafes I've been to. Well priced and all for a a good cause, too. Can't be happier.

Always try to pop in when in Moira. Range of tray bakes, breakfast and light snacks available throughout the day. Love the apple and rhubarb tarts - large portions! Friendly staff. Great social enterprise cafe.

My wife and I went to Moria today for a we drive and walk around the lovely park …we called into the Quirky bird -social enterprise cafe for a bite to eat ,I had the tastiest chicken wrap and coffee ever !!..a real treat to be in ,staff were just lovely….would highly recommend a drop in ,if ever in Moira 👌🥰

For a work conference I ordered 3 platters of gourmet and 1 signature with a mix of traybakes. It came to 100gbp. The quality of the sandwiches was excellent. Really lovely bread and interesting mix of flavours. The portions were really good and the whole spread went down a storm with the international guests who all complimented the food and presumed we had ordered in some michelin starred crowd to cater. Great to know some money goes back to a good cause too. Roy sorted the whole thing and was fantastic. Couldnt fault a thing. Well done quirky bird. We'll be back for sure.

Good food and friendly staff. A great lunch spot in Moria with a large selection on the menu. Cold as feck though with the door needing to be open, not sure if the heating was on but if it was it certainly couldn't cope with the 6c day. That was the only downside and I will be back

Staff, food and atmosphere are fantastic in Moira. The coffee dock at Lurgan Park is excellent. Stephen is so welcoming and coffee is superb. We visit the park a lot more now for a walk and a coffee. Keep up the good work!

Horrendous food some of the worst tasting stuff I've ever eaten. Chips and chicken Goujons were straight from the freezer and stale. Some chips were cooked whilst others were under cooked. And the goujons would be better used to break windows. The cheese burger was like eating carpet. Only edible thing on the plate was the balsamic vinegar on top of the smallest of salad ever. 100% would avoid. Staff were okay I guess.

The coffee was cold and the scones were not baked in the middle, first time here and it will be the last.

A superb experience. The food was really very good. The staff were excellent and attentive. They could not do enough for us, even to the point of giving the dog a sausage and a bowl of water. Will definitely be back.

Lovely social enterprise cafe in Moira with it's heart in the right place when it comes to thinking of others. The coffee is superb and the snacks are enormous. I got a lovely cappuccino and a marshmallow krispie that lasted me the whole day. There's a discount for cyclists and it's dog friendly.

Excellent take away service during lockdown ! Full menu available 😋. We sat outside on car to eat ! Worth every bite . Thoroughly the lego chocolate figures.

Unfortunately not the coffee I expect. Poor, tasteless and lacked in flavour. Staff were slow, unwelcoming and rude. Avoid at all costs and take your good teeth if your buying some of their cakes

Excellent little coffee shop in Moira. Caters for everyone. 10% discount for cyclists. Traybakes are excellent and more than enough for one person, you could actually share them they're that big. Staff are brilliant, very welcoming and friendly. All in all a little gem out there.

Have been going here since before it was changed over just about a year ago. What an improvement it has been. The food is continously great, the service is amazing and the prices are so reasonable. We go at least once a month. The owner makes sure to spend some time with you and making sure you are welcomed. Their theme nights are great and I've had better food here than paying twice in some restaurants!

We met up with friends today for coffee and scones and were very impressed with The Quirky Bird. I recommend the savoury specials in the choice of scones. There's nothing cautious or bland about their (possibly experimental) recipes! We were very impressed by the whole ethos of the place and we will definitely be back.

One of Moira’s best kept secrets. Freshly cooked food, presented well and supported with warm personable staff. The Burrito was beautiful. I am still thinking about it! Well worth a visit for a meal or a stop off for coffee.
