Popped in when passing. Had Indian style chicken curry and chips, thoroughly enjoyed.

Ordered a munch box tonight freshly cooked to order piping hot. Great Value for money the staff go above and beyond for customers. Will be back again again and again

Ordered food from my local Posh Plaice in Evesham… a technical error on my part, the order went through to Ebbw Vale. They were very understanding and made a full refund. Thank you guys! I promise to visit when in South Wales

Lovely food and friendly staff would definitely recommend.

We ordered fish & chips, sausage and chips with curry sauces and it was delicious. Cooked fresh and tasted lovely. The portion sizes was perfect and the size of the plaice fish was huge. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. Would also recommend a custard slice for dessert..yummy 😁

Ordered 2 cod meal deals and a 1/4 pound burger and chips meal deal. Large portions of everything and cooked to perfection, the batter on the fish was crispy and not greasy. The lettuce and onion in the burger were fresh and crunchy. More chips than we could eat. 100% recommend, will definitely be back.

We placed a big order on Friday and everything was so fresh and tasty. I had the kebab and burger and was the nicest I have been had. Can’t wait to have it again. Fantastic place

Ordered online twice recently. Everything was perfect. They do some really good meals deals and service was really friendly.

Went in 12 06pm no chips oil still warming ? Calling for service 2nd time won't be a 3rd hilltop for me open ready to serve also cheape. Great service there too ..Will not be going back to posh no way . They go no idea sorry . Stewart james

Ordered food on opening night - Food not great. Small portions, Gravy like water. Won’t be going back.

Attempted to order in shop tonight but stood for ten minutes without being acknowledged. This was the reopening night so I can imagine it were very busy, but this isn’t really an excuse. The whole setup looked very disorganised with people sat waiting for their food longer than I had and staff having to ask them what they’d actually ordered. I’d also suggest not to try and take Uber Eats orders on the first day of opening because you clearly couldn’t handle things tonight at all. Really disappointing given the fanfare surrounding the reopening.

I looked on your Google entry and Facebook to check what time the shop was open tonight (Saturday). It says 12.00 to 21.00.I arrived at 19.30 only to find the shop closed.

This chip shop gives opening times on their website. Unfortunately, it opens when it feels like and isn't open when it says it is. Who closes a chippy on a Saturday night?? Terrible way to run a business.

Tasty chips and very good portions for the price. Good kids deal too.

It's a pity they have closed down again as they are missing out on trade. Don't know what happened...one day opened next day closed down. All staff sacked.?????

Always had generous portions of quality fish and chips

Never again. Couldn't even bit into the sausage it was so over cooked. Opened our trays of food all I could see was very dark brown chips. Best place for our food was the bin

Absolute shambles food never even arrived and told a load of lies when calling

I’m absolutely shocked by this chip shop having the nerve to charge £8 for cod that was basically a lump of horrible tasting greasy batter with hardly any cod in it at all. I feel completely ripped off. I don’t know what other people experiencing from the “good” reviews but it’s by far the worst and most expensive fish and chips I’ve ever had and that’s no exaggeration. I was expecting something vastly different for the prices they are charging. Everything Cooked in stinking old oil, there was little dirty black bits over everything. You won’t be in business long with that standard….As a reply to the owner no you don’t charge the same as other local shops you charge £8 for a piece of cod. No I’m not a troll or a competitor I’m leaving an honest review about a real experience. I’m purely motivated to write this review by the poor food in both standard and value that I received. I appreciate it may be a one off momentary lapse in standards when I was served my food, maybe you should have a chat with your staff? I would accept my experience, take it on the chin and in future don’t serve to that standard again. Maybe rethink your prices so they represent better value instead of business greed. Anyone in the locality would agree that the pricing at your shop is ridiculous.

Just had fish and chips x 2, well it Could have fed a family of four! Chips were stunning and plentyful, Cod was lovely and moreish. Definitely recommend, and will surely be back, next time will probably share! Whoever gave the 1 star- I’m baffled!??
