Para empezar personal incompetente y pésimo,después de dos horas esperando nos fuimos sin cenar,nos decían que ya venía nuestra comida y a la hora lo mismo, luego quisieron cobrarnos lo que no nos habíamos comido. Hay muchas pizzerías en Rota así que no os aconsejo que vayáis a ésta.

Normally 10/10 and my go to pizza place however today my cheese pizza was burnt to a crisp, not cheesy in the slightest and uneatable so was a waste of money

both pizza's base's were burnt and inedible there toppings over cooked. the chips and poto wedges not the best. i would not buy again.

Ready made bought in dry pizza base, far too much cheese on it. Just not a great pizza.

Food was delivered earlier than the estimate which was good in my case. The quality of the final dish and the ingredients was high. It has a much more natural flavour than the big chains which tells me there is not as much rubbish in it to enhance flavour. Plenty of cheese and it stretched beautifully. The cost works out about the same as ordering from a chain using a voucher but you don’t need to mess around with vouchers here and the quality is much higher. Delivery was good and the driver followed the instructions on my note to the restaurant. Overall I’m very pleased I finally tried this place.

The best pizza and customer service. Order from here all the time and everyone loves it. Tonight, we tried to order food from elsewhere that didn’t show up, told this restaurant and the guy hurriedly got a pizza to us earlier than stated. Definitely order.

Usually food really good however took initially 1.5 hours to arrive and then was still 15 mins late. Pizza was over cooked and not as good as usual standard. Will not order again on a Friday evening.

I kid you not. The pizza I received was a frozen Goodfellas pizza that tasted like cardboard. I called up to complain and said how unhappy I was about paying £7 for a £1.50 frozen pizza and the response I got was complete bull about how they aren't £1.50 in the shop ect ect and full admission that they simply cook frozen pizzas and mark them up massively.

Have seen this little takeaway on many occasions on passing and for the life of me don’t know why we haven’t tried before.. Last night finally we did and now we are kicking ourselves we didn’t try sooner.. Ordered on Just Eat ( to pay with card) and our order turned up within an hour, piping hot, the pizzas have LOADS of toppings and probably the BEST takeaway chips I have EVER had!!! Lovely homemade coleslaw and delicious garlic bread.. only slight ( and it’s very slight) is I prefer my pizza base a bit more doughy ( not sure if they make their own bases?) and it’s quite a limited menu. Having said that if you’ve not tried then definitely give them a go because you certainly won’t be disappointed.. WE WILL BE BACK.

First time ordering from Pizza, i ordered a medium chicken BBQ pizza. To my disbelieve this is what i received. 1. A tomato based pizza (they messed up my order) 2. The pizza base was completely stale - like eating cardboard. 3. Toppings non existent. 4. Pricey for a medium Pizza & chips £14! Was expecting something the savoy. How hard is it to mess up a pizza? Ive had better Asda Value Frozen pizza, and the sad thing is im not joking. Better establishments in the area for the price.

Came here after the pub. Was originally headed to Dominos when we spotted it. It's a basic place with a limited menu. After ordering we were told it would be 25 minutes which we hadnt realised, but then the guy offered to deliver it for free which was great so we were able to head home and then only had to wait ten mins. Lovely biscuity base.

Friendly service. Excellent quality. A good local and friendly service. Have been using them for years now.

I seldom eat pizza but the pizzas from Pizza Spot are good value for money - lots of filings, not just scrape like those from the famous name a few metres away..

Ive been using Pizza Spot for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They do great food at reasonable prices. If I could change anything I would say add meal deals. They do an amazing salad with coleslaw and potato salad. I wish it was bigger as it’s that good.

waited an hour for one pizza. finally delivered and was cold and dry. Topping didn't taste fresh and the base was like cardboard. very disappointing.

Well I am lactose intolerant so I can't have milk. After 3 years of not eating pizza I thought I would call around to see if anyone would make a pizza with lactose free cheese and dominoes said no, papa johns said no and Pizza Hut said no so I decided to try PIZZA SPOT as a last ditch attempt and to my surprise they said yes amazing tastes amazing friendly catering to every need and whim and I will always use this place from now on.

Pizza was way too dry and doughy. Garlic bread wasn't great either. And it took an hour to make the pizza and deliver it from 5 minutes driving distance.

This place was established long before Dominoes moved in down the road. The pizza's are excellent & deliveries always prompt. I recommend this place

Even though pizza spot had forgotten about my order, until I phoned them on a delivery time. They redeemed themselves by delivering a great pizza. I have ordered plenty of times from them before and I will always order from them whenever I fancy a pizza.

We were on our way back to Essex when we realised the Dartford Tunnel was blocked, so to spend some time wisely and to fill our tummies, we looked around for local takeaways. We came across the Pizza Spot and we're so glad we did! We ordered two pizzas - a Hawaiian and a Vegetable - and they were delicious. Fresh, crunchy veggies, yummy sauces and great bases - tasted like they were made with real care and certainly beat mass-produced chain pizzas! When we picked them up, we saw the chef (we think the owner?) making up other orders and he was doing a great job. Keeping an eye on multiple orders and doing everything to perfection. The kitchen was super clean and organised too - great to know! When we told him about our traffic problems, he was even good enough to share some local shortcuts, which saved us about an hour in traffic - what a hero. We may not be local but we'll definitely be back when we're next in the area! Great to support independent business and enjoy brilliant food too.

We have been ordering pizzas from this family run take away since about 1992 and have never been disappointed. Check out the homemade coleslaw and potato salad accompaniments that they off as these are great too. My personal favourite is a 12" Meaty pizza that is perfect if you like lots of salami, ground beef and cheese but you don't want it spicy. Sadly at the request of one of our kids who'd promised their friends that they could come round for tea and have pizzas from a nearby pizza chain we obliged and ordered about 3 pizzas which were gross by any standard. Doughy, not properly cooked and arrived like they'd been round a washing machine. That was a few years ago and we have been back to THAT chain. The same chain will leaflet drop very often with a multitude of 'deals'. I've never found that they have come anywhere near the Pizza Spots prices myself and are certainly an inferior offering. Plus why are we ordering take out in the first place? Because it's cheap or because we want a tasty treat? I read one of the reviews about the staff being grumpy as I just couldn't accept that. These guys and ladies have always been nothing but ultra polite and courteous on the phone and when delivering. So I checked out the persons other reviews.....and I think I can see who is the grumpy one. So there you have it - a great family run pizza delivery with friendly staff - some of the SAME staff from over two decades and an exemplary hygiene record unlike some others. Or you can order a pizza from a kid who's doing the job whilst at college and isn't really bothered. PS Don't forget to check out Pizza Spots late night deals. I forget the exact details but if you order after a certain time in the evening then you can get great discounts. Also they are closed on one mid-week night I think so check that out before getting your hopes up. Finally enjoy :-)

Excellent food and wonderfully family run business

This was our first time ordering from The Pizza Spot and we really wanted it to be a positive experience as good pizza is hard to find locally. Initial signs were good when we received a call soon after ordering to check our order and introduce themselves as we were shown as first time customers. Delivery time was estimated at 9.20pm and despite our order arriving at 9.30 (1hr after order) that was no big deal. Unfortunately both our pizzas had slightly burnt crusts and base which totally spoilt the pizza. The toppings and cheese were lovely but biting in to a hard crust ruined the experience and sadly we ended up throwing our half eaten pizzas away. Such a shame as we really wanted to like this lovely looking independent outlet but we won't be using them again. We can appreciate Saturday evenings are busy but there is no way pizzas with overlooked crust and bases should be sent out.
