Advertised as “fresh” but the sushi doesn’t look or taste fresh Staff are nice

Believe it or not this place is still around from when i was a kid 40 years ago and the meatballs taste exactly the same now as they did then,amore contempory decor which im not a lover of eating in but takeaways always good

I don't write reviews in general but about this restaurant I'm going to provide my review as this will help others to make their decision. I've good and bad points so you are the best judge. Good: - The staff was very polite - Dock's view was great - Food was ok ok you can eat, but don't expect the wow factor Bad: - There were only two staff members who were handling all the tables so it was taking a lot for them to take orders and serve them. Since it was a London Summit day so it was fully packed. - Our side table folks got their food quite late and the food was not up to the mark, so they complained about it, instead of just an apology the owner started arguing and forced customer to pay for the food they didn't like. - I've to wait approx 20 minutes to get the bill that is too hand written, not very professional. I can understand the owner has to pay the bills too but such behaviour with the customer is not acceptable. I could have ignored what I have gone through but what they did with the other customer, forced me to write this long review. I wish the owner understood that word of mouth has a lot of power, it can build or destroy your business in the long run. People share their good and bad experiences with others so as a business owner he should think for the bigger picture.

Absolutely horrible, had items on the menu that had been discontinued, mean server, uncomfortable atmosphere. Don’t go here.
